• Marko (6/5): Amazing nature, but left with bruises due to bug bites and door lifting. - Note that I have booked this vacation home for my fiance and her friend. Generally, the rooms were well arranged, and the kitchen had all the tools needed to prepare a proper meal. All you had to do was bring the supplies, which they did! If you travel and don't have time to get them, there are big shops nearby (the place is just about out of town). To their surprise, the toilet had things like soaps and shampoos; perhaps you could save a bit of money by not getting your own. The beds and chairs were comfortable, and there was AC, which is super important in the summer. Also, there are indoor swing and outdoor trampoline (if you travel with a kid or feel like one!). The place is very close to the river where they spend most of their time swimming and sunbathing. The front yard is big, and you even have a place for a barbeque if that's something you prefer to do. At night, you don't hear urban life, just nature. Unfortunately, even if the place was cleaned before they arrived, it was barely done so. You will quickly realize that there are a lot of nets and bugs around, and the dust was dusted off from major parts. If you move a chair or a bed a bit, be sure not to get too surprised. The place would definitely benefit from a deep clean! The absence of mosquito nets (for opening widows) and proper sunshades can be easily addressed by the owner. With these simple fixes, the comfort of your stay could be significantly improved. Of course, sun shades are optional as not everyone needs complete darkness to sleep, but be mindful before booking. The poor WiFi signal makes this place unsuitable for work-related stays. While it is passable for leisure, serious work is not advised. Additionally, the lack of shower curtains is a minor inconvenience that, if addressed, could greatly expedite the post-shower cleaning process. But the most important part is that the fence was broken at the moment of their stay, and random animals (dog and cats) would roam free. For them, it was OK, but it might not be for others (or if you bring your own pet). And another one which needs to be taken care of as soon as possible is a not-fully-functional door. What we mean by that is that you had to pull and lift a door a bit to lock it properly. Since two girls were renting the place, it can be super hard doin' that everytime they leave a place. The lack of fence and bad door added to the feeling of not feeling safe, which is not something you would want from a vacation place. With some fixed, this place can be rated way higher than it is now! We will definitely consider it for future relaxation spots.
• Hana (7/5): beautiful place - Silent place to relax in deep nature, fresh place in the summer. Great place to spend free time. Very large place. Very friendly dog in the garden. Very helpful and kind boss. There was no food for the puppy dog protecting the cottage.
• Skarleta (4/5): Disappointing - The owner was very flexible and kind, waiting for us when we arrive. Google took us to the property via road which was almost impossible to drive through. Be careful to arrive from the main road. Another thing we really didn’t like was that we couldn’t lock any door in the house. WiFi didn’t work which we didn’t mind much but all together it gave the place a creepy feeling and we haven’t felt either comfortable either safe.
• Alexandru (8/5): Great potential as a transit and independent living, but some necessary effort needs to be put in. - The location was ideal for us. It was situated in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and offering a wealth of green spaces. It also boasted a range of essential amenities. The owner was extremely kind, readily available to address any concerns and kept us informed promptly. There is a trampoline in the yard, a lot of space, a lot of oxygen, birds, forests. 1. The property is in need of a fresh lick of paint and a general clean. The floor, windows and doors could do with a good scrub. 2. There was no internet, but the owner kindly left us his phone as a home router for WiFi. This was a great help to us as it allowed us to stay connected during our stay. Thanks to him for this help. 3. Mosquito nets would be a useful addition to the house, and our children found two spiders on the bed. We were fortunate to find this accommodation at a very reasonable price, so we were happy to overlook any minor issues. 4. It would be very helpful to have a kettle and microwave. 5. The bathroom could do with a curtain or a shower stall, as the water from the shower currently floods the toilet and the bathroom. 6. It would be very useful to have hooks for clothes and towelsin the bathroom.. 7. One day, the lock on the front door might need repairing. It might be a good idea to fence the yard with a fence.

• Глория (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy villa.Quiet place, next to the river and really big yard. Animal friendly as well. The host Bogdan is amazing, he was really helpful with all the inquiries we have. If you want to have an amazing holiday in the forest, next to the city, that is the place. I really recommend it. Only the road to the villa is not in a great condition.
