• Andrei (1/5): Good location and fast Wi-Fi, but the apartment is outdated, poorly maintained and has cockroaches. - The location is great, pretty close to the center, near the Pak Shuka (Yerevan City supermarket, 24/7) and there's a fine elevator, the apartment is pretty big, and the Wi-Wi is really fast. Also, the AC is fine. THERE ARE COCKROACHES. That about covers it, but there are a few other downsides: the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling, and the keys are really big, and it's not that easy to lock the front door, you have to manually turn the lock from the inside for like 5 seconds. The apartment is pretty old and it's obviously not been renewed in a while. The furniture, silverware and plates/cups are either just old or old and damaged. Also, the balcony is just too small and the view is nothing nice. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody, and especially not for a long stay if you have a couple or several people in general.

L'appartamento è grande, sembra di stare a casa Uno dei letti in sala è veramente scomodo, sembra una tavola di legno. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione
• Zohreh (7/5): Overall with this price, it worths rento! - The hosts were very helpful and kind! It was a big house with all the facilities! We had very good time there! The beds need to be fixed, they were not very comfortable!

• Aleksei (1/5): an okay appartment with a coackroach infestation in the bathroom - The host was very friendly and met us in the middle of the night after our late flight. The location is great, the vast majority of places we visited were within walking distance (~30 minutes). Having a washing machine comes in handy. There are very few things that make an apartment worthy of such a low rating, but we encountered one of them. The apartment is marked as "pet friendly", but unfortunately it comes with pets included. On the first day of our stay there we found multiple HUGE bugs in the bathroom and the entry hall. After some investigation, we found out that they were not bugs, but oriental cockroaches, which are known for their size and love of water (there was a leaky faucet in the bathroom with a bucket collecting the water, which was quite convenient for the cockroaches). We contacted the host, but he didn't seem to be surprised, shocked or appalled like us. He excused for the inconvenience and said there's a cockroach spray in the kitchen, which makes us suspect that he'd been aware of this problem all along. During our stay there (a week) we used this spray regularly, and removed at least 3 cockroaches of different sizes and colors per day. Once, a cockroach fell down out of the hole in the ceiling while I was brushing my teeth. Recommendation to the host: renovate the bathroom, making sure there are no feeding spots (picture attached) or convenient living crawl-spaces in the false ceiling (picture attached), make sure you constantly deal with them so your guests don't have to do it themselves.

• Zarehbin (10/5): This apartment is perfect for both solo travelers and family stays. - این آپارتمان نسبت به قیمت آن بسیار مناسب است. البته نباید انتظار یک آپارتمان لاکچری داشته باشید اما برخلاف ظاهر این آپارتمان که در بدو ورود با آن مواجه میشید و حتی عکس های داخل سایت، مکانی دلنشین و مناسب است. آپارتمان دو اتاق خواب دارد که من فقط از یکی از اتاق ها که اتاق خواب اصلی بود استفاده کردم در این اتاق یک تخت دوبل، یک تخت سینگل، کانپه، اسپلیت، بخاری گازی و تلویزیون وجود دارد و پنجره آن به داخل کوچه باز میشود. آشپز خانه هر وسیله مورد نیاز برای کارهای معمول آشپزی دارد. از همه مهمتر صاحب آپارتمان است، آقای آرمن یک مرد شریف و بینهایت مهربان است که به کمک دخترشون خانم لیلیت هر کار و سوالی داشته باشید همیشه در دسترس هستند و با یک تماس یا پیغام تلفنی به شما کمک میکنند همه اینها حس خیلی خوبی برای مسافر ایجاد میکند و اصلا حس غریبی به شما دست نمیدهد. موقعیت آپارتمان هم خیلی مناسب است و هر آنچه که شما نیاز داشته باشید با فاصله کمی دسترسی خواهید داشت. دقیقا روبروی خیابان آپارتمان سوپر مارکت، نانوایی، داروخانه، قصابی، چندین فروشگاه پوشاک و کفش یک ساندویچی هست که نهایتا به فاصله 3 دقیقه ای پیاده به همه آنها دسترسی دارید. فروشگاه بزرگ ایروان هم به فاصله 5 دقیقه ای از این آپارنمان قرار گرفته که هر آنچه نیاز داشته باشید از پوشاک و لوازم خانگی و لوازم تحریر ومیوه خوراکی و نوشیدنی اونجا هست و طبقه دوم این فروشگاه انواع رستوران و فست فود قرار دارد.حدود 10 الی 15 دقیقه با پیاده روی میتونید به میدان اصلی شهر برسید. درکل این آپارتمان که در طبقه چهارم ساختمان قرار گرفته محیط دلنشین و بسیار امن برای مسافران هست که نسبت به پولی که پرداخت میکنید کاملا قیمت منصفانه ای است. من از آقای آرمن و دخترش لیلت بینهایت تشکر میکنم که در طول مدت اقامتم برای هر کاری که نیاز داشتم مثلا گرفتن یاندکس کمک کردند.
