• Rachel (10/5): Excellent apartment close to the train station - Large and comfortable , comfy mattress, nice kitchen , laundry machine, good wifi, location is excellent and you can walk to market right by the train station and public transport is very easy . owner David is exceptional he left some treat in fridge gave very good instructions and really wanted us to enjoy our stay Nothing

• Katherine (6/5): Overrall the place is good but bad experience for safety - Location was great I lost my work phone in the apartment and I checked everywhere and did not find it. I called the management and they said they were going to look. I’m not here to point out fingers because I don’t have anything but I lost it the first day we stayed in because I was working. Left it there and didn’t use it for the rest of my stay. Last day I went to collect my things and that was the only thing I couldn’t find. So just be careful.

• Diego (10/5): A very nice home away from home - highly recommended! - - Location: walking distance to/from main railway station and metro/tram/bus stops - Clean and spacious apartment - Great kitchen with almost all of your basic needs (microwave, kettle, stove, crockery/cutlery, fridge) - Washing machine in bathroom was a big plus (useful for travellers) - The host Dávid is very friendly and welcoming, who goes all his way to settle you in, help and guide you with all your questions about Budapest - His instructions in how to get inside the apartment (door code, keys) were very clear and easy to follow - Almost nothing! Not a big problem for me, but given the 2nd storey location and age of overall complex, there are only stairs and no lifts, so perhaps more problem for those with large luggages.
• Capital Entertainment AG (1/5): A dirty, moldy, and musty place is often a sign of excess moisture and poor ventilation. - As a host, you must accept criticism and feedback constructively to foster a respectful relationship with guests. Your flat was extremely dirty, almost in a disgusting condition. Stop calling your guests pathetic liars.I strongly recommend that you improve the quality of your services immediately to ensure a better experience for future guests.

• Christian (7/5): All in all it was a good stay, I would recommend it for this price. - I liked the flexibility of the host. He was very friendly. The bed was very simple and cheap. The bedrope was cheap and only syntetic. The pillows weren't comfortible (only syntetic).
• Ana Maria (9/5): Muy acogedora - La cama era comodísima, te costaba salir de ella por la mañana. El anfitrión muy agradable. En la tv podíamos poner netflix y eso nos hizo las noches más amenas. Apartamento tranquilo. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el aire acondicionado. En el horno nos encontramos bandejas sucias sin fregar. El baño era sin ventana, y el extractor de él hacía mucho ruido.
• Dmytro (8/5): Хорошо. - Квартира фактически находится на 3-м этаже. В квартире сделанный продуманный ремонт много красивых декоративных вещей. Все компактно но продумано. В квартире очень тепло мне приходилось открывать окна и закрывать батареи. Квартира во внутреннем дворе который идет квадратом, не слышно шума с улицы. Но так как соседи из других квартир проходят мимо вашей квартиры их слышно, дверь входная со вставками стекла. Продуманная кухня в которой все есть. Удобный матрас. Кровать находится на парапете нужно подниматься по лестнице, немного скрипит лестница. Было достаточно чисто, немного пыльно в углам и на вытяжке было немного пыли. Но это мелочи. В основном было неплохо. Расположение отличное. Близко метро и магазины. Администратор всегда на связи очень много полезной информации сообщает. Мне связь с ним очень понравилась. Постельное белье было синтетическое, не приятно спать. Подушки из синтепона, очень тонкие, кусочки синтепона скатались в шарики очень не удобно. Одеяла тонкие тоже синтетика. Считаю что для этой квартиры можно приобрести хлопковое белье и хорошие подушки это очень повлияет на качество отдыха. В душе плохо сходит вода в слив из-за этого из душевой кабинки всегда выливается вода, нужно следить чтоб на затопить. Не понравился шум из канализации и счетчиков на воду в самой квартире. Видимо они не защищены шумоизоляцией. Постоянно слышен звук падающей воды когда соседи купаются и щелкающий счетчик. Днем нет проблем но ночью это не очень хорошо. И слышно проходящих мимо соседей из окон и двери. Если на это не обращать внимание то все хорошо.

• Danielfccorreia (8/5): Very good. - It was in a calm area of the city but easily reachable to the city center, 10 minutes walking. You have the needed services around. Also close to the thermal main place, 10 minutes walking. Overall the location is good. The upper bed is not so good for tall people. For the rest, everything was ok.

• Tolnai (9/5): - A szállásadó rendkívüli kedves és segítőkész. A szállást könnyen elfoglaltuk az útmutatás alapján. Nagyon jó meleg fogadott bennünket. A lakás tiszta, rendezett volt. Ár-érték arányban egy éjszakára ez a szállás nekünk tökéletesen megfelelt.
• Raquel (9/5): Muy buena estancia, volvería - El apartamento está genial y tiene de todo. La estancia fue muy cómoda y la ubicación es perfecta, con parada de tranvía, bus o metro a 5 minutos. El anfitrión deja todo muy claro para acceder y está muy atento a lo que necesites, contesta al minuto a las solicitudes. Amabilidad y disposición. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

We felt very comfortable and we will definitely come back. The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. It is very well equipped. Excellent location, only parking spaces were limited. We were lucky to find a parking space in a short time. The difficulty was with paying for the parking, not having forints ready. But the host helped us and we managed to pay online.

• Mariam (9/5): Superb - The apartment is just as it seems in the pictures. It is very comfortable for three people, a fourth person could fot as well. The apartment is also very warm in winter. The location is very convenient, metro is very close and the famous sights are not that far on foot if you like walking. The host was also very kind and nice, gave us a lot of good recommendations.

• Pană (8/5): Good value for money - I loved the location, it was near every important touristic attraction, or it was 2 metro stations away. I loved the high ceilings and the bed. The price as well, was great. We even got to drink coffee from an espresso machine, all provided by the host. The sheets and towels didn't seem clean enough. Maybe its a taste thing, David, the host, was so caring with us. We did have to wash the towels tho, because they smelled a bit stale.
• Fabricio (6/5): Nice apartment but not clean and lacking comfort - Easy checkin collecting the keys in a safe next to the door, good communication with the host, room facilities matched photos and description. Nice location next to the train station, in case you are arriving or leaving by train. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean. There were too many personal items in use from a resident or owner, kitchen utensils were all a bit dirty. There was only one clean bath towel (though the booking was for a couple), and the bed sheets were very worn out - that ultimately defined the experience as significantly unpleasant.

• Maxim (1/5): Bad - This apartment doesn’t have condition system! It was amazing hot inside and you have only 2 windows which you can open but it’s not safe. Be careful. We can’t stay inside more than 30 minutes and need to change for hotel( all staff inside is very old( only one plus: old and beautiful historical building.

The location is perfect and you can easily visit all of the tourist. We received detailed instructions for checking in. The host was very helpful and nice. Our flight was delayed and I texted him in the middle of the night with some stupid questions and he was calm and kind to explains everything again and again. He also give us detailed instructions for the transportation to some of the plat that we wanted to see. I will recommend it to my friends and book it again in our next visit to Budapest. Everything was perfect
