• KEISHU (9/5): 快適に過ごせました。 - 空港に到着したのが夜中でしたが、その時間の連絡にもすぐに対応していただけて安心しました。 基本的な設備は整っており、困らなかったです。 温冷の給水機があり助かりました。 湯船もありました。 2日に1度、掃除に来てくださいました。 階段しかない為、チェックアウト時は重いスーツケースを下ろすのが大変でした。

The fridge in my room was very loud and distracting at night. The bath could use a curtain. In general would be nice to have a bit of a refresh for the room, but it was ok.

• Ashleigh (8/5): - Very good location - close to transport, local pocho eating area at night, lots of cafes, close to other attractions. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and it was nice to be able to open up our luggage bags easily. The bathroom had some slight stains but it was still clean. There’s no elevator sadly but we were only on the second floor so it was still manageable to carry our luggage. The bed is a bit hard so we would wake up with sore backs, but we still slept easily - we’re probably just not used to this (since we sleep in western, soft beds back home).

Lit plutôt confortable, guesthouse assez calme. Les dalles de bain sont un peu vétustes, méritait d’être rénové et mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain laissez ouverte la fenêtre. Mais prix plutôt abordable pour Séoul

Nous avons eu une excellente communication avec le gérant de la guesthouse, il est vraiment très sympathique. Les lits sont assez sommaires mais c’est un bon qualité prix. Die Matratze und Kissen waren etwas hard für mich. Die Küche könnte etwas in Stand gestellt werden aber das ist nur Nebensache.

I contacted them mostly through this chat and they responded quite fast. Requested to be placed at the ground floor as my knees are not fit for climbing stairs and the staff catered to my needs. Really thankful 😁 - Sharing kitchen that comes with hot & cold water, microwave, toast maker - Sharing iron on the ground floor - There’s no dryer in this place or nearby places but you can ask help from the staff like I did. - Room is pretty small for 2pax especially if you prioritize big beds - There’s no bidet for the toilet and so alternatively you can use the portable shower head

• Clàudia (5/5): Compensa por el precio y la ubicación - Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación. Del aeropuerto hasta el alojamiento puedes ir con el bus 6011 17.000 wones) con asientos MUY cómodos (business experience) y te deja a 2 minutos caminando del alojamiento. La habitación es bastante espaciosa tratándose de Asia. Primero de todo: bastantes factores incómodos. El edificio no dispone de ascensor. Una de las razones por las que me decanté por este alojamiento es porque era de los pocos que tenía bañera en la habitación doble, no soporto ducharme sin un plato de ducha. Y cuál fue mi sorpresa al llegar y ver que las fotos no correspondían a la realidad. Para mi es muy incómodo que todo el baño se quede mojado cada vez que te duchas. La habitación tenía una pequeña nevera que tuvimos que desenchufar porque era muy ruidosa. Y en último lugar las camas: una estructura de madera y un colchón finísimo. Definitivamente no descansé bien. Y el segundo factor que no me gustó es la limpieza: no era horrible pero creo que si eres muy escrupuloso puede ser un problema. En toda la semana pasaron dos veces a reponernos toallas y vaciar la papelera pero ni barrieron ni limpiaron el baño. Algunos rincones como las ventanas estaban realmente sucios. Y la cocina común estaba bastante poco cuidada y con grasa.

• Katarzyna (9/5): BARDZO POLECAM. - CZYSTOŚĆ!!! Lokalizacja, łatwe wejście-wyjście. Bliskość do komunikacji miejskiej - autobusy, metro, autobus na lotnisko. Bliskość restauracji, cafeterii, sklepów. My chodziłyśmy głównie pieszo - 15 min pałac, 30 min główna ulica handlowa, 40 min Seul Tower. Cisza, bezpieczeństwo i wygodne łóżka oraz zadziwiająca poduszka - twarda, a jednak wygodna (dla mnie to ważne, bo mam problemy z szyja). Zapas ręczników i utensylia kosmetyczne:-)) Czasami trzeba bylo długo czekać na ciepłą wode.

• たびまるこ (8/5): ロケーション、コスパ良しのおすすめゲストハウス - 鍾路3街駅から徒歩で10分弱のところにあり、駅からゲストハウスまでの間に人気のある焼肉通りやカフェ通りなどがあるし、コンビニもいくつかあって外食するのに便利だった。また施設は部屋がわりと広く、オンドルが効いており少々暑すぎて窓を開けて部屋の温度調節をしたくらいだった。（暖かくて良かったということです）チャンドックンを初めとして観光名所にも徒歩距離だったりと便利。ゲストハウスのフロントは英語が通じるし、早い時間の到着だったが部屋に入れてもらえて荷物も置かせてくれた。（booking.comのメッセージ機能では玄関の鍵の番号を知らせられないので）メルアドを知らせるようにとチェックイン直前にメッセージ連絡があり、メルアドを知らせたところ、鍵の番号を知らせるメールがすぐに届いていた。（この点だけは間違いなくやり取りできるパソコンのメルアドを知らせる必要があるので注意。docomoアドレスなど使うと届かないかも）500ミリペットボトル水が2本、プラカップ2個、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉がありました。1階奥の共用のキッチン、冷蔵庫（冷凍室あり）が使えた。キッチンに備え付けてあったウォーターサーバーは利用しました。ベッドの寝心地は良かった。寝るだけの部屋としては部屋にトイレとシャワー、テレビもあったし、たまたま宿泊者も少なかったのか静かだったので良かった。トイレとシャワーの間にシャワーカーテンがありました。温水の出も良かった。（使用しなかったがエアコンついていたので夏も泊まれますね） 足ふきタオルは山ほど置いてあったけれど、バスタオルやフェイスタオルがなかった。持参していたタオルを使ったのであえてフロントにたずねなかった。3泊したけれど掃除は入らず、二泊目の夜に部屋に戻ったら部屋の中のごみ箱のゴミだけ捨ててあった（洗面所のゴミはそのままだった）まあゲストハウスならこんなもんでしょう。

• Ru Fang (8/5): 旅館附近真的很安靜、睡得很舒服、房間內有地熱與電毯，冬天使用廁所真的就還是會冷。 - 員工友善，住的舒適、安靜，房間乾淨，有贈送礦泉水、使用完畢後也可以用飲水機（有冰溫熱）。附近有公車（5分鐘路程）就可去明洞、東大門、宏大附近很方便。離宗廟、文青區與韓屋區的益善洞、仁寺洞」也都很近。往地跌沿路有很多吃的、但要注意餐廳時間（10點回去就都關了、除非週末烤肉店會比較晚）。夜歸時地鐵出口（鐘路三街）有帳篷馬車可覓食（不過價格就不好說）。 共用的廚房需要清潔。住宿地點離地鐵有段距離、拉著行李去旅館是有點往上走的（不是像宏大那種陡坡），路程估計是10分鐘多。
• Ru Fang (8/5): 舒適安靜、床軟硬適中、房內有地熱與電毯。 - 房間舒適、員工友善、地點在昌德宮附近、附近就是文青區，喜歡韓屋改造餐廳與文青咖啡廳的會很開心。離公車站很近。 （補充說明前則評論）畢竟是老房子、屋況與房間設備確實有點舊、但看得出來有在維護，沒有電梯要自己提行李上樓（可能我是自助入住）。真的要說的是共用廚房需要打掃。離地鐵有段距離、拉行李比較累。

Cucarachas en la habitación. No había nadie en recepción así que tuvimos que matarlas nosotras. Habitación super pequeña. Limpieza dudosa. Ventana pequeña, sin vistas. Vale la pena pagar algo más y poder dormir tranquila.

Bạn lễ tân Ks cực kì nhiệt tình, chu đáo, hỗ trợ chúng tôi rất nhiều. Nếu đến Seoul lần tiếp thôi tôi sẽ tiếp tục đặt phòng ở đây. Nếu có thể thêm khăn giấy khô và ấm đun nước siêu tốc thì hoàn hảo

• Tenzin (10/5): Place of comfort, a home away from home! - We loved everything about the room and the guesthouse — the location, hospitality, facilities, and the price we paid. It’s rare to find a place that truly feels like a home away from home, but this one fits perfectly. It’s not the lavish kind (nor does its price claim to be), yet you get far more than what you pay for. The people running the place are genuinely the nicest! As an Asian traveling with a 2-year-old, having hot water is a must and they’ve got it covered. The hot-cold-ice water station is amazing, and the kitchen with an oven and tea/coffee available anytime is such a winner. There’s even a washing machine on the rooftop, which is super convenient. The location itself is a big win. The airport bus stop, metro, and city bus stops are all within walking distance, and there’s a 7-Eleven right next door for anything you might need. As for the room, the bed and mattress are a dream. We had the best sleep. The open space under the bed is perfect for storing luggage and other stuff. The room is spacious, much larger than a typical Japanese one. A small fridge is provided, and you can also store items in the larger fridge in the common kitchen downstairs. The AC is soothing and quiet, and the TV comes with YouTube and more to keep you entertained. The washroom is another highlight. It is clean, comfortable, and rejuvenating, with a bathtub, large mirror, and all the necessary toiletries provided. When we visit Seoul next time, this will definitely be our place to stay again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. One comment. No elevator. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the room especially for those travelling alone.

It was super easy to get from the airport to the guesthouse via the airport bus. The management (Kang) was super helpful and made sure to follow up with me for my needs. At this price, it's a steal ! Very impressed! The bathroom is a little small but that's acceptable.

La habitación esta muy bien calidad precio, teniendo en cuenta que es Corea. Ofrecen toallas, champú, gel. Tienes una pequeña cocina y un dispensador de agua.

• Fede (9/5): - We got there before check-in time and the staff was kind as to keep our luggage in the morning while we were out having breakfast and exploring. The reception is very friendly, speaks good english and is helpful, with good communication and fast replying to messages. Our room was on the second floor and for 4 nights it was our home base in the city. Big enough, comfortable for 2 people, good AC and WiFi, the mattress was not very thick but surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was efficient and had everything we needed. We made use of the laundry one time as they have an outdoor terrace were you can dry after washing, just 1000 wong for the soap and machine use, super convenient. The location is unbeatable, close to all the hip streets, shops, eateries and convenience marts. Short walk distance to the subway stations and bus stops, about 25 minutes walk to the popular Myeongdong area (must visit). There is also a kitchen were you can prep yourself some breakfast (you must provide your own ofcourse) before leaving to explore the beautiful city, we had Ramen or Samgak and tea/coffee every morning, super convenient. Overall it was an excellent experience and we highly recommend staying here either for shorter or longer stays. Excellent value and service. There is no small lights or bedside table light, just one very bright white on the ceiling. The bathroom was smelly sometimes, we believe there is an issue with the shower drainage. The curtains are not full blackout so there is some light filtering in the room from about 6 in the morning. The shower sometimes was not as hot as one would expect. The bed could use a pair of extra pillows for reading.

Metroya yürüyerek 5 dakika ve 3 hattın birleşiminde yer alıyor bir yere gitmek sorun olmadı çok rahattı hatta otobüsle gezmek bile rahat. Önünde market var. Biz burada kalmaktan çok memnun kaldık ve kalma süremizi uzattık. Ücretsiz çamaşır yıkama makinesi var kurutucu yok ama hava güzelse iplerde kurutma yapabiliyorsunuz. Sahipleri çok tatlılar ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya açıklar. Teşekkür ederiz. Oda küçük ama zaten resimlerden bunu anlamıştık. Asansör yok ama zaten minik bir tesis. Yataklar ve yastıklar daha iyi ve rahat olsa her şey mükemmel olur.

Sklepy blisko, restauracje nawet na głównej ulicy McDonald's 😁,jeśli ktoś nie może lub nie lubi jedzenia koreańskiego 💪. Pokój mały z łazienką,TV,klimatyzacja i mała lodówka. Na krótki pobyt nocleg i miejsce jest dobre😉 Brak w pokoju czajnika bezprzewodowego(bynajmniej w naszym),poduszeczki małe w stosunku do dużego łóżka i technika spuszczania wody po kąpieli kiepska🫣. Trzeba po troszeczku spuszczać wodę aby nie zalać łazienki. Najlepiej to brać prysznic z małym ciśnieniem wody. • Paul (10/5): - We have stayed on several occasions. Great staff, very accommodating. Held our luggage between stays, laundry service. Self check in worked fine. Great location, can walk9l to palaces, restaurants, cafes and MRT. 200 m from Airport bus stop.

• Fabio (9/5): Excellent value, neat and quiet. - Excellent location, great vibes around yet quiet to sleep. Easy late check-in. Umbrellas provided for rainy days. Shower is not the best, but that didn´t bother us.
