• Matthew (1/5): Terrible, very cold apartment - Nothing, Was in the property with my uncle 70yrs and his wife. Out of the three night in the apartment there was no central heating for two night. The host call Nima was not helpful at all, very poor customer service. I will never recommend the place to no one
• Anita (5/5): Perfekte Lage für einen Kurztrip! - Die Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge, Camden Market 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahnstation in der Nähe sehr tolle Lokale zum Frühstücken in der Nähe! Der Vermieter hat sofort jemanden geschickt, weil wir eine Garnitur Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu wenig hatten. Das Appartement war leider etwas muffig, beim Lüften kam ein marderartiger Geruch entgegen, ich denke aus dem Garten. Dank eines Telefonates mit dem Besitzer konnten wir einen Entfeuchter aktivieren, dadurch ist die Wohnsituation um vieles besser geworden.
• Liza (1/5): Very Disappointing! - Early check in was amazing! There were 7 people in our group, as requested and booked for, however there were only towels for 6 people. There were 2 toilets for 1 day, but the small toilet broke and was unuseable - so we only had 1 toilet for 7 people. The lounge is too small for 7 people. The kitchen was lacking - no tea pot, no grater, no roasting dish, 1 x pot! It was insufficient and only 2 mugs, very badly equipped! Only enough chairs for 4 people - Christmas lunch wasnt good! The back yard was a mess! It really tainted our stay. We also asked the owner of the property for assistance and we were ghosted, not one answer.. very disappointing!!
• Agnes Marina (1/5): Absolutely the worst stay I ever booked. - Μόνο η διακόσμηση. Communication was essentially non-existent until the day of booking, leading to serious issues on arrival. We cancelled a Luggage Hero booking as instructed tha we could drop off the luggage before our check in time, only to arrive and find another family still in the apartment, leaving us waiting outside in cold weather with our luggage and for hours before finally dropping them off. The apartment itself was in unacceptable condition, with dusty and sticky floors, fallen wooden planks and heavy dirt under the beds, a half syringe found in the upstairs bedroom, a filthy bathroom ventilator, and loose plugs already fallen off on arrival. Heating and hot water were unreliable from day one, and despite siting problems from day one,being told that someone would come on day three at 9am, got a text back at 11:00 that someone would come at 12:00. We returned at 18:30 to find lights on and multiple doors wide open, exposing all of our belongings to the street. Entry was made without notice, no confirmation of repairs was given, and our safety and property were put at risk. Although the apartment is pretty and a 7min walk from the tube, the management is absolutely unacceptable.
• Edwige (1/5): Fuyez ne réservez jamais ce « logement » - Rien !! Fuyez !!!! Par où commencer… l’appartement est affiché pour 10 ou 12. Il n’est que pour 6 en vrai car les lits sont cassés. Nous avons voulu annuler la réservation suite aux mauvais commentaires impossible booking n’a servi à rien Ils ont pris leur commission sur le dossier pour un appartement insalubre. L’hôte nous avons confirmé que le nécessaire avait été fait mais les lits étaient toujours cassés. Nous avons passé plus d’une heure à faire le ménage car rien a été fait. La salle de bain pue l’humidité et est toute petite même pour 6. Je dis 6 oui car nous avions réservé pour 10. Mais arrivé sur place impossible d’y mettre nos parents de 70 ans. Nous avons donc réservé à la dernière minute un appartement que Airbnb pour nos parents qui nous a coûté le même prix. La situation n’a pas été géré par booking ni par le propriétaire. Je passe sincèrement tout le reste car ça ne sert à rien de réserver ce « logement » une HONTE !!!

Con el mismo código pudimos abrir dos apartamentos, el nuestro y el de al lado que forma parte de la misma finca, la configuración es rara, ojo con las fotos, porque no son de fiar y están mezclados los apartamentos, limpieza la justa, las juntas de los azulejos de la bañera dan pánico, la cortina de baño de la bañera es pequeña y sale agua por todas partes… las camas son pequeñas y los colchones están fatal… faltan utensilios de cocina y no hay donde comer… y menos 11 personas… ponía que el baño tenía bañera y ducha, y solo hay una bañera…

• Ackroyd (7/5): Good location - We messaged last minute for a booking due to issues with our hotel . The host was accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off before 3pm check-in. The bathroom wasn't the best , mouldy shower curtain, and the grout needs deep cleaning. Cleaning products was left in the cupboard under the sink with children on the booking.

• Sanna (4/5): - Apartment was quite charming London flat. The flat wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. It took hours to get it cleaned. Then boiler was broken and again took a long time time to get it fixed. Also the fridge was broken and even though we informed about that didn’t get any answer. Communication with the owner didn’t work well and they handled informing poorly. With basic things working and better communication, the whole experience would have been different. Luckily we did get good service from Booking.com.
• Loveridge (1/5): It was a disaster. My daughter was in tears and we were only able to stay one night - It was incredibly noisy with pub music next door. It wasnto secure the back doors were left open. the place hadn't been cleaned . THe heating was very low and radiators turned off. The fire alarms were uncovered . there were wires sticking out of walls and electric lights with no shades. There were very few kitchen impliments . Only one pan and the host did not agree to a refund when I demanded on.
• Candelas (6/5): Muy bien ubicado pero bastante deteriorado - La ubicación muy bien y tenía todas las habitaciones que necesitábamos, además tenía todo el menaje de cocina necesario para cocinar allí. Había dos camas rotas que si te movías acababas en el suelo. Dejamos la más deteriorada a las dos niñas que pesaban menos pero había otras dos camas que al moverte se partían los tableros. Además encontré una de las noches una termita que debía ser la reina por el tamaño y forma. Creo que con la amplitud del apartamento debían cuidar lo que más se usa que son las camas. Nosotros solo íbamos a dormir, el resto del día estábamos fuera. Y no pudimos descansar bien por las camas.
• Lennert (3/5): Great location, but poor cleaning, comfort, and amenities. - Great location, with easy access to bus, metro, and train connections. Poor cleaning. Mold in the bathroom and shower curtain, plus a dead cockroach in the kitchen. The apartment was cold and poorly insulated, with no soundproofing against heavy traffic and loud pub noise at night. The coat rack was barely attached to the wall, and the front door was insecure—its mail slot could be removed, allowing access to the lock. The small living room lacked seating for all guests, beds were too short, and blinds couldn’t be rolled up.

• Charlotte (2/5): NEFASTO - Lo único bueno que puedo decir de este alojamiento es la ubicación y el self check in que te permite llegar a la hora que tú quieras, todo lo demás ha sido pésimo. No sé ni por dónde empezar… Después de haber leído tanto comentario sobre la falta de toallas pensé que el dueño habría aprendido la lección pero no. Éramos 6 adultos y un niño de 2 años y para todos nos dejaron 4 toallas… El primer día cuando fuimos a ducharnos nos dimos cuenta de que no había ni agua caliente ni calefacción así que le escribí al dueño para informarle y me dice que lo van a arreglar y que me mantendrá informada. A lo largo del día (tras no saber nada) le pregunto si lo han podido arreglar y me confirma que si, que ya está arreglado. Esa misma noche al llegar nos encontramos con que no era así, la cosa seguía exactamente igual… Tras varios mensajes sin respuesta nos tocó llenar una olla con agua y calentarlo en la vitro para poder lavarnos y así estuvimos durante 3 días. Sumando a esto que tampoco funcionaba la calefacción y la mitad de la casa está en un sótano donde hay humedad y frío, la mitad de nosotros hemos vuelto con resfriados. Me parece vergonzoso que sabiendo que hay un niño pequeño no haya sido capaz ni de contestar, este alojamiento no se lo recomendaría a nadie jamás.

• Kevin (3/5): - „Die Lage war gut: Gleich nebenan befand sich ein Pub, und auch die Haltestelle war nur wenige Schritte entfernt Die Wohnung hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen. Wir mussten erst einmal zwei Stunden lüften, damit es überhaupt einigermaßen erträglich war. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsproblem darstellt. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Obwohl der Vermieter informiert wurde, wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Die zugesagte Reparatur wurde nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr unzufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden hier definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen

• Timothy (8/5): Great apartment, perfect location for Camden - Great apartment, great location. Beds are comfy and it's nice and clean. Very reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again. Needs more cups, was only one. Plenty of glasses, so we had glasses of tea. It was quite funny and actually added to our enjoyment of our trip to London. So it wasn't a problem at all really.
• David (1/5): - Rien du tout Photos flatteuses, réalité désastreuse ! Si vous rêvez de vivre l’expérience unique d’une boîte de sardines surchauffée à Londres, ce logement est fait pour vous ! Une seule salle de bain parsemé de moisissures pour 10 personnes, des lits rafistolés au scotch où l’on peut compter chaque ressort pour si pas de jeux de société, des murs en papier qui transforment l’appartement en open space sonore… et cerise sur le gâteau : une chaleur suffocante sans clim ni aération. Les photos sont trompeuses, mais au moins vous repartirez avec une belle leçon de survie.

• Özlem (6/5): Pleasant - The house is in a good location. It's a short walk from the metro and bus stops. The house has two floors: ground floor and ground floor, and the lower floor is damp. The landlord's installation of an air conditioner was kind, but if you're away all day, it takes hours for the air to clear when you return. The refrigerator's lack of cooling was also a major issue. The items we bought spoiled, and we had to throw them away. The apartment is clean generally, but the photo doesn't fully reflect the actual situation.
• Szafraniec (1/5): !!!!! SCAM !!!!! - Nothing. We get scammed. The owners dont tell us the reservation has been cancel. When we get in right destination some People living there and dont wanna get out. First time when we call and speak we had be told we get temporary room and we must wait only 15 min. When we start calling again no one pick up Phone we try 4 Times no answer. Me with my familly (9 person with me, 2 kids) must start searching some place to sleep. Its be 6pm its hard to find some place at this hour glad we find something on Chelsea because then we must sleep under the bridge. The booking.com also dont help us they Told us To wait 20 min. And they do the same think like this scammer in hotel, dont pick up Phone. We are very disappointed and will for sure never use this service again, after paying so much money me and my family got left stranded in the middle of London without place to sleep. Refund in 14 days doesnt cut it cause we be left to sleep outside if we didnt have the extra money to book another hotel.

• Mohammed (1/5): Won’t be staying here again - The owners thought we were having a party even though we told them they can make checks on the apartment whenever they want or call us (FaceTime) every hour to check the state of the house. We then got moved into another apartment which was apparently the same value of the apartment booked. However there was no tv, only 2 beds and the WiFi didn’t work. There were wet sheets on the sofas and we had to wait outside for 15 minutes upon arrival for him to send us the code to the rooms. May I just add, when we got to the actual apartment at check in time, the “cleaners” were still cleaning and told us to wait 30 minutes before we can come in. Absolute joke of a stay and I do not recommend to anyone

• Moni (2/5): Good location, but dirty place. - The Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Very dirty! The place wasn’t cleaned at all and there was mold in on of the rooms. Also the kitchens didn’t have enough equipment and only four chairs for 6 people.
• Natalie (9/5): Quirky and comfortable! - Spacious and quirky apartment, close to Camden town and tube stations. Very clean and well equipped. I loved the fun furnishings and there was lots of room even for 2 adults, a teenager and 4 kids. The hosts were super helpful. There were air-conditioning units in each room, a washing machine, clean fridge freezer and no worries about losing a key the property is secured with a smart lock. Highly recommend. A little bit of noise from the pub next door but it closes quite early and isn't horrific. We couldn't hear it downstairs in the lower floor bedroom and kitchen.
• Mariola (1/5): I do not recommend - The facility was terribly dirty and stank of mold. The kitchen lacked basic equipment such as knives, forks, spoons, glasses, and plates. The stove, fridge, cabinets, and sink were sticky with dirt, and there was mold in the fridge. The bathrooms were also dirty and moldy. Additionally, one room was very cold and the radiator was screwed shut, with no way to unscrew it. We warmed ourselves with a radiator. It was an apartment shared with other strangers (although the offer stated otherwise). The entrance door to the building was constantly open, both day and night, which made us feel unsafe.

• Krystal (5/5): Passable - The location was brilliant. Great access to Camden Town tube station. We had our original booking cancelled while on our way to London and this was available within the hour of us arriving. So we're very grateful for this. Unfortunately there are a number of things that made things difficult here. *We were a family group of 3 adults and 2 children, staying for 3 nights and 4 days. Of course we spent alot of money on food for our stay but the fridge and freezer didn't work and all our food was ruined. Ended up having to buy food while out. *There were only 2 cups in the whole place. * There were no pots or pans to cook with...but with our ruined food, we got away with this issue. *Coffee machine was available but there was no coffee. *When we arrived there was a rotten bunch of flowers left in the kitchen. *Lounge was really small, so we had to spend pur time in the kitchen or lay down on the beds which wasn't ideal for a family gathering. * the bath mat was already soaking wet and smelt of stale water. *All the kitchen cupboards were full of linen, cleaning products, plastic flowers... *I opened a cupboard to look for cups, but found over 3 years worth of personal post fall out! ID fraud waiting to happen! * We were messaged to say free parking had been arranged for us..however we were then told that they had sent us the wrong address and hadn't sorted parking. It was £40 a day instead....use JustPark it's easier and cheaper! *MOST CONCERNING....the kitchen was in the basement, but we had staff members knocking on the basement door and not the front door asking to come in and get fresh linen!! We hunted out what they wanted but obviously didn't let them in! We then had to take deliveries!! Sadly this made it one of the most uncomfortable stays I've had due to people constantly knocking on the door for these things. This really needs to be addressed.

• Isaac (10/5): Lovely apartment and even better staff. - Beautifully renovated multi-floor house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Very short walk from Camden Town station which was ideal. I would definitely recommend! The fridge didn’t work.
• Ant (5/5): Adequate for overnight stay - Location was good, tube and shops nearby. I was given the wrong address and the property didn’t have a number on the door. I tried to get into next door and the lock wouldnt work so attempted the right door and gained entry. No iron available, did ask and offered to bring one but was too late. Booking.com stated private parking, only on road and payable. Property very hot, not clean in areas. Lamps missing bulbs, fridge freezer didn’t work. Not enough crockery for 4 people. Charging far too much for the standard of property. Dangerous light fitting in lounge, partner cut his head on this. Light fitting in bedroom got too hot and smelled like burning. Dirty bin in bathroom. Cupboard full of post, not good for confidentiality. Food in sink when we arrived, dirty cupboard and sink. Apparently cleaner had been?
• Jo (5/5): The property didn’t work for our family of 6. It would work so much better if the downstairs bedroom was a lounge and th - Communication and ease of access on day one was fantastic. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and friendly and helpful. We were needing accommodation at short notice after our original booking was cancelled. The 5 bedroom apartment has only 1 combined bathroom. There is also only a tiny lounge with an uncomfortable (and broken) couch. We could not all sit in the lounge and had to eat our meals sitting on the floor. Only 1 saucepan and 1 frying pan in the kitchen, and 4 mugs.

• Murielle (9/5): A perfect quiet place for young couples with kids in Central Camden. - Beautiful local proppa pub next door [was calm after 23h on a saturday (saw VinnieJones!)] - 2 bathrooms - 2 showers - effort to decorate & make it nice - away from the bustle while still right in Camden - fully alarmed - 5min from Camden's LARGE sainsbury for shopping - 2 floors - groundfloor livingroom is small but eating area with large table in basement is light, practical and spacious. Large fridge + large deep Freezer - microwave - nespresso (with the large round capsules avail. @ Sainsbury) - very clean - very new - much effort in deco to make it nice. Perfect for young couples/30/35+ year old pple with kids or seniors for instance-100m from GingerLine - Very nice contact with the owner even if we were a last minute booking - there shld be a code for a key system fixed to the wall downstairs by the staircase for visitors to get the key anytime. Perfect. Book it. Nothing. All great - Cannot park close (of course- Camden!). I f you have a car, not ideal. Nothing to dislike really. Could be tricky to use with colleagues as beds are double beds.
