• Susanna (10/5): Home away from home - We had to make a stop to see the Church mountain and this is the perfect location to stay over. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped and heated. It even has a washer and dryer (I did not use) and would be very handy if you need them. The appliances are modern and of high quality. I like that there is a drawer inside the refrigerator for guests to put unused items for other guests to use, to conserve and not wasted which we think is a brilliant idea. The view is also nice. I would recommend to provide operational manuals (in English) for the stove and vent fan. It took us a while to figure out how to use them and we were worried that we would break them and not able to have any meals for the night.

La casa é dotata di lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Manca la macchina del caffè a cialde (c’è per caffè americano e in frigo abbiamo trovato il caffè solubile). Nel complesso consigliatissimo! Nulla

Very comfortable bed. Blackout curtains did a good job. Best lighting for reading of any place we stayed in Iceland. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. No television.

No habían sacado la basura de reciclaje de los anteriores y estaba aún dentro de la habitación de la lavadora. Por lo demás todo genial.

• Becky (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at the Hafnir apartment very much, would definitely stay there again. - The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and warm. We didn’t cook there, but the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was provided for doing laundry which was very convenient. We didn’t need to see any staff, instructions for check-in and check-out was very clear and precise.

• Victoria (10/5): - The room is pretty clean, (Spotless) it has nice kitchen Amenity. Three Coffee Pots (which is excellent). I only drink instant coffee and I need a bigger pot for making my instant Caramel Macchiato coffee. We only used the room for one night to rest (For Kirkjufell waterfalls and Aurora Borealis Photography) The room is sufficient enough for one night.

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and there was even leftover supplies that my husband used to make a late night snack. The parking was right by the door and check-in was easy. There was only pillow for each person provided. The bed had a lovely little shelf but if you were sitting up in bed, the shelf was very uncomfortable to lean on with only one pillow. We used an extra duvet that was available to create additional back support but an extra pillow would have been nice. Also the outlets by the bed are on one side of the bed, so bring an extra long charger for one person if sharing the bed.

• Nekane (10/5): Nos hubiéramos quedado más noches - Estudio muy acogedor, con todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo. Muy limpio, bien equipado y bien climatizado. Está nuevo y el baño es perfecto (secador de pelo con potencia y concentrador), con muy buena luz, y la cocina nueva también. Dispone de dos butacas muy cómodas para estar frente al ventanal disfrutando de la vista del mar. La cama muy cómoda y buena calidad textil de ropa de cama y toallas. Hay una luz fuera que no conseguimos apagar lo encontrar como y se apagaba, y aunque no molestaba consideramos que no hubiera sido necesario tenerla toda la noche En la cocina sólo había una sartén grande
• Jean (10/5): Comfortable and attractive apartment located in the heart of Hafnir. - Very convenient location and very attractive, well decorated apartment. Had a washer and dryer that we took advantage of to wash a load of clothes. Nice big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Large refrigerator and well appointed kitchen. We were able to back our vehicle up right to the front door to load and unload our luggage. We loved it! I can’t think of anything.
• Betty (10/5): A home away from home stay , very comfortable with all the amenities needed . - We had an entire furnished apartment that made this place felt like home . Made breakfast in our kitchen the morning before checking out ( markets are nearby ) Entrance faced the water ( with views of cruise ships ) just lovely , peaceful , a change by not staying in a typical hotel during our visit in various cities on the South coast . Christie the proprietor was so gracious and helpful , a delight. She answered all our questions when we called , since access was around the back of building , we weren’t sure if this was the place upon arrival . Christie took the time to show us how to work the washing machine and dryer although we didn’t attempt to use it There wasn’t anything we did not like !! Convenient to gas stations , a wonderful bakery , markets , and a nice drive to the cliffs and lighthouse as recommended by Christie , amazing sceneries along the way

La zona es muy bonita y está cerca para ver esa parte de Islandia. Hace falta prever que no hay mucha opción para comprar comida cerca y más difícil en nuestro caso, siendo vegetarianos.

• Manuela (7/5): Accomodation in posizione comoda! Pulizia approssimativa, se migliorata sicuramente buona accomodation! - Posizione e grandezza della stanza. Pulizia approssimativa, in particolare nella zona cucina. Il piano cottura era unto, le pentole inutilizzabili perché bruciate o con muffa. Nei cassetti, anche in cucina, c’erano oggetti abbandonati da ospiti precedenti. Il ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice non era chiaro se fosse a nostra disposizione, sembrava più un deposito di attrezzi vari per pulire e altro buttati lì. Per il costo elevato dell’accomodation e le recensioni positive, avevo aspettative maggiori.

• Lester (9/5): Lovely view at a lovely place - Spacious and great mountain view. Dryer and washer was also available which was very helpful. There were flies that kept trying to enter the room so try to shut the door quickly after coming in or going out.
