• Park (8/5): Best choice for any traveler priotizing convenience and affordability. - This hotel offers excellent value for the money, especially given its great location just a 3-5 min walk from the station. And the host and hostess were incredibly helpful and kind! The room was smaller than what I expected but to be honest I do not think this was a problem given the price. If I have to really pick one, returning the key to the reception whenever leaving felt slightly restrictive for late night access.

• HIROSHI (7/5): コスパ高、この料金を維持いただけたらリピ確実です！ - 今の御時世で抜群のコスパと駅から徒歩2分！寒い時期だったので、近くのたい焼き屋が抜群に美味しかった。 エアコンが旧式で細かい温度設定ができなくて、年末12月でしたが、むしろ暑すぎるくらいでした。

• 福原 (6/5): 特に不満はない、オーソドックスなビジネスホテル - 急遽、アイロンをお借りしたが、快く無料でお貸しいただけてとても助かりました。ありがとうございました。 冷蔵庫が大きいのは嬉しかったです。そして今の時期（12月）でもサーキュレーターがあるのも嬉しかった！（ちょっと埃あったけど） アメニティはもう少しあると女性は助かります。 櫛、ハンドソープ・メイク落とし兼用洗顔フォーム（備え付けでも可）など 机の位置は冷蔵庫と入れ替えてもいいのでは。席に座ると洗面への扉が開かないので、一々椅子を入れないといけない。あまりあそこで何かをしようとは思いにくいがコンセントの位置問題かな。

• Ng (8/5): Great value & location, good if you are fuss free. Will consider returning if travel plans can fit. - Location is about 5min from Asakusabashi station, pretty convenient. Price is fairly low for the area, and room was pretty spacious and equipped with basic amenities. Can also borrow umbrella for free, which was great since it rained on my 2nd and 3rd day of stay. Need to return room key to reception which may cause inconvenience to travel plans, though there is a number you can call if no one is at the reception but it is still a hassle if you arrive back late. Most staff do not speak good English so there may be a language barrier, especially if you run into issues when you check in or arrive back at hotel late.

• Chad (5/5): Meh stay here if you have to - Location The staff requested that you could not keep your own key, they seemed suspicious of me for whatever reason. I did not feel welcome and there was active construction going on in the building. The lady at the front desk told me I could not spend another night there even though it seemed like there were tons of empty rooms. It makes it seem like it is a upscale hotel but it is actually so dated and sort of run down, which I didn't care too much about as I was staying for one night

• Marta (8/5): Great stay in central Tokyo - The hotel Is a old style, family run hotel, and It retains a lot of charm from the old days. Tomoko san, the manager, Is just amazing and will make you feel at home. Three minutes from the closest station, private Room and private bathroom for 6.000 tit is probably the best deal you can find in Tokyo. Definitely recommended Nothing

• Laurent (10/5): They have a bit of a unique system, where you give the receptionist your keys (or just leave it at the front desk) whene - I think this hotel is unbeatable in this price range. The hotel is at a very comfortable location, with a convenience store right around the corner, a coin laundry right in front, and a train station within 5 minutes. The manager is also incredibly nice and gave me sweets. The room is small, but I would say perfectly fine for solo travelers.

• David (4/5): Disappointing - Hotel is in a good location, easy to reach, and good stay to go to Airport next day. The staff is kind and service provided is good. Luggage was stored and already brought up to my room by the time I came back for "final check-in" -- very positive. The room, as other described, is quite old, but the price is accordingly cheaper The non-smoking room very much smelled like someone smoke there before. Maybe it came from the ancient AC. I couldn't tell, but it was disgusting to me. Very disappointing. Sadly, also the bathroom started to smell like urine sometime after check-in. I let the fan run the whole night to combat it a bit. The bathroom itself seemed pretty clean! so it must have come from some pipe!? Sadly those two equally disgusting smells made the stay very unpleasant.

• Edith (6/5): The facilities are basic and good enough for a short holiday stay. - Location OK . Near Asakusabashi station. Quite a number of eating outlet & convenient stores nearby. The owner gave us titbits and towel souvenirs. Room was rather cold as there’s no heating. Also my request for comb was never fulfilled , instead given shaver daily.

• Beau (8/5): Fantastic hosts. 4 Sardines in a Yanagibashi tin! - Fabulous hosts. Convenient location and facilities. Hosts went above and beyond and offered an extra room immediately on seeing us arrive, themselves realising the room booked would be a tight fit. A bit of rain about, and they were too helpful offering umbrellas and fresh towels during our stay. Not a hotel issue I don't believe, but there may be some miscommunication via booking dot com. The booking was marked as two adults and two children with ages specifically noted as 14/15 as per the booking request. A single room with two large single size beds was ultimately smaller than we expected. In itself the room size is not a problem, but compared to what we probably expected given the details provided, it was a bit of a shoehorn situation. Given our fairly tight budget, we made it work. Character building is what I'm trying to tell the kids... 😂
