• Traveler991 (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind – welcoming us with drinks upon arrival and even sending us off with a thoughtful gift at the end. The location is perfect: just a 3-minute walk to the beach and right on the promenade, so everything you need is within easy reach. The apartment was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. I especially recommend it for families with young children – it’s safe, convenient, and truly feels like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back!
• Alexander (8/5): - Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Der Balkon verfügt über eine schattige Nische, diese nutzten wir sehr gerne zum Frühstücken. Am Abend war es aber zu heiss. Es steht ein Schirmständer auf dem Balkon, jedoch kein Schirm. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Kleiderschrank verfügt über zwei Laden und eine Kleiderstange, Regalböden fehlen! George war sehr hilfsbereit, man konnte sich jederzeit bei ihm melden! Die Duscharmatur war kaputt, wurde innerhalb eines Tages repariert. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Am Abreisetag durften wir das Reisegepäck im Vorhaus stehenlassen. Küche: es waren nur 3 kleinere Trinkgläser vorhanden Schlafzimmer: Mir hat die Nachttischlampe gefehlt Kleiderschrank: fehlende Regalböden Badezimmer: Regal für Ablage und mehr Haken Handtuchwechsel früher, wurde am vorletzten Tag angeboten Toilettenpapier musste selbst besorgt werden Müllsackerl Allgemein fällt viel verpackungsmüll an, Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung gleich ums Hauseck stehen grosse Container, diese werden täglich entleert

• Bogdanic (10/5): Great vacation, great hosts, great people and place. - We liked the whole apartment; it was clean, and there were towels and bedding changes on half of our stay. We had a very big balcony where we enjoyed our dinners together after the beach. It is 50m from the beach, located for us in the best part of Asprovalta with everything you need a couple of meters away. There was private parking and it was easy to enjoy everything. The hosts Dimitra and Jorgos were great. Their hospitality and being there in a case were so helpful. Thanks for all the gifts, and regards from Serbia and we hope we will see each other again! We liked everything.

• Tijana (10/5): Super clean, modern, minimalistic style, excellent location with respect to beach or main street, great owners, responsi - It is in excellent location - steps away from beach or main street, very spacious, modern, clean. Balcony is much larger than shown in pictures - had table, chairs for dinining as well as swing chair. Has a drying rack too for laundry/towels/swimsuits. The whole building is very clean and has great amenities. Linen was sparkly clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully functional and clean. We stayed there with my parents - so 4 adults and 2 small kids and used kitchen regularly. All balcony doors have mosquito net on it and owner also supplied mosquito repellant the one that gets plugged. Owners were the best! So welcoming that my son thought she was our family. Very thoughtful, she brought us snacks and water upon arrival. They also own family bakery nearby and so far everything we tried was delicious, my favorite was cream pie with cinnamon. Didn’t have a cutting board in the kitchen - trivial but to my mum was very imporant.
• Darko (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location. - A week ago, we returned from Asprovalta, where we spent 10 days at the Anassa apartment, and we have nothing but praise for the place. It was very clean and functional, with excellent WiFi. The location is great—just a few minutes from the beach, the promenade, and the main street, yet tucked away in a quiet, shaded alley, so we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning, and we slept wonderfully. Dimitra and her son George are very kind and always available to help with anything in the town. If we travel that way again, this will definitely be our first choice.

The beach is a minute away which consist of beach bars and plenty of free zone space. There are a lot of restaurants and taverns where you can eat delicious food. The host was really polite and answered all of our questions. He brought us everything we needed for our stay and was very friendly overall. Everything was great!

Great host. - Friendly, kind host, generous space in the apartment, new furniture, location close to the beach and restaurants, basics (plates, cups, glasses, cutlery) available in the kitchen, TV had BBC World News among available channels. Rather noisy neighbours (inside and outside the building), one air conditioning remote control did not work (it took some time until we realised we need to use the other remote control), view not as expected. We would have liked to have someone throw the garbage daily (we noted we had to do it ourselves, as nobody came to do it for two days). Two minor suggestions: 1) the apartment can accommodate up to 7 persons, when there are more than 3 guests, the facilities in the kitchen would need to be supplemented (coffee maker is tiny/for one person only, more plates, cups etc. would be needed) and 2) it would be useful to provide some instructions for the TV set, so that guests are able to take maximum benefit from the options available. Anyway, our experience was excellent. Thank you very much for the kind hospitality.

The rooms are extremely spacious, the kitchen has the necessary equipment for preparing meals, the terrace is large and spacious and it is wonderful to sit on it in the evening.It is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable for sleeping and resting.The hosts are very pleasant and hospitable, they welcomed us and saw us off. We had a great time, and I hope to see you soon!

Everything in the apartment is new, it is cleaned up every day. There is well equipped kitchenette, huge terrace, free bottles . The wi-fi is good.
