• Timo (10/5): Perfect compleet en net appartement met mooi uitzicht - Net vernieuwd, schoon en lekker ruim appartement. Wat ons betreft perfect gelegen, op loopafstand (15min) net buiten het drukke centrum. Gratis parkeren voor de deur, supermarkt om de hoek en vanaf het terras een mooi uitzicht op Cefalu. Bed was goed, badkamer schoon en airco’s deden hun werk. Vincenzo is een hele goede gastheer die erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Absolute aanrader! Niets
• Karen (10/5): Lovely apartment - Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. Only a short walk (unless a train passes through!) from the main area. We are a family of 4 with kids 10 and 11 so walking along the road wasn't an issue for us. The apartment was one of the kids favourite. We had free parking right across the road and a supermarket just a few minutes down.

• Tomaž (10/5): - Zelo veliko in udobno stanovanje za družino (2 odrasla, 2 otroka). Relativno blizu mesta (1,5 km) in plaže (0,5 km). Velika terasa. Mirna lokacija. Zelo prijazen gostitelj. Nima parkirnega mesta. Parkiranje možno na lastno odgovornost ob cesti ali pred trgovino (cca. 100 stran od stanovanja).
• Miranda (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Mooi ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Lopend naar het strand en historische gedeelte. Supermarkt om de hoek. Auto kan je voor de deur gratis parkeren. Ligt langs een drukke weg maar daar merk je in het appartement niet veel van. 1 slaapkamer zonder airco en dat is best warm. Veel trappen omhoog met je koffers.
• Margot (8/5): Prima appartement vlakbij Cefalú - Het contact met de host verliep heel soepel, hij was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Prima bedden. Goed om te weten is dat het appartement aan een drukke weg ligt. Te voet ben je binnen 15 minuten bij het strand en binnen 20 minuten in het centrum.
• Hulshof (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis - Terrasje, grote ruimte, wasmachine Koffieperculator, te kleine douchecabine, bedden matig, extra fauteuil in de woonkamer zou fijn zijn. Twee wijnglazen voor vier personen.

• Franziska (10/5): Molto bellissima, molto gentile, favoloso❣️🤸❣️ - Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht alles zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten! Die Wohnung ist toll, man kann es sich auch bei regnerischem Wetter gemütlich machen! Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sehr wohl! Etwas mehr Küchenuntensilien: kleines Schneidebrett, scharfes Messer, mehr Geschirrtücher

Hôte réactif et sympathique Situé à 20 mns de marche pour accéder au cœur de la ville avec peu de trottoirs. la climatisation dans le salon est un peu limite pour refroidir l’appartement et pour en bénéficier la nuit il faut garder les portes des chambres ouvertes.

• Karin (9/5): Tutto molto bene:)! - Es war alles sehr gut ! Schöne Wohnung, grosse Wohnung mit Balkon, Aussicht auf Meer und historisches Städtchen . Guter sympatischer Umgang und Betreuung mit dem Vermieter! Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist gut befahren , aber hat nicht sehr gestört.

• Heather B. (8/5): A nice apartment with a view - A nice apartment with a view over to the town of Cefau. Around a 10 minute walk along a busy road, with some pavements on either side of the road then through a gravel car park to the beach. A nice beach front walk of a similar distance to the town itself. Vincenzo was welcoming and quick to reply to messages. The apartment was a couple of minutes walk to a good sized supermarket. Only two chairs on the balcony for three adults which was a shame. The shower and unit are in need of updating.

• Valentina (10/5): Predivan stan s još ljepšim pogledom na Cefalu - Predivan apartman s još ljepšim pogledom na Cefalu i more! Objekt nudi parkirno mjesto, do centra ima laganih 15 minuta šetnje. Domaćin je vrlo uslužan, dao nam je sve upute, ponudio suncobrane za plažu, a u stanu su nas docekale vode. Najviše od svega me se dojmila terasa gdje smo uživali u jutro piti kavu i na večer sjediti uz piće. Sve je bilo savršeno!
• Peter (8/5): - Dichtbij strand en stadje Lokatie beetje vreemd, aan doorgaande weg boven een garage en een tegelhandel. In een van de twee slaapkamers was geen airco en het dakterras had slechts een klein tafeltje met twee stoeltjes. Overigens is er ook niet veel meer ruimte.
• Jessica (9/5): Superb - This is our second time staying in this appartement. Appartment is extremely clean and very comfortable. Vincenzo is a great host and extremely helpful. Vincenzo, grazie per tutto! The only thing I would recommend is that the shower would need to be updated along with the outside sink area/washing machine.
• Sharon (8/5): Fab stay, in a great located property - The property overlooked Cefalu with a fab view. You could walk easily to the beach and into Cefalu. The host was so friendly and helpful - answering questions well and giving good suggestions. We enjoyed the balcony. The apartment was fresh and light. The host had umbrellas we could borrow for the beach!! Thank you. Limited kitchen equipment e.g. no cheese grater. The balcony had two chairs and it would have been good to have four.
• Adriana (10/5): Excellent Space! Fantastic Host! - Vincenzo was an exceptional host, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He assisted with personal matter and local recommendations. The space itself is very big with comfortable beds. Its outside the center but only a 10 min walk from the beach and a 20 min walk to the center. We liked the location, it was quiet and near a grocery store.
• Gina (10/5): Perfect family holiday. - Excellent holiday in this apartment. Vincenzo was an exceptional host. He greeted us at midnight even though we could have let ourselves in. He went out of his way to meet our every need. Apartment perfect for family holiday very well located. Parking in front and supermarket next door. Some amazing beaches within short drives. I would highly recommend the apartment in beautiful Cefalù.

• Latica (9/5): A spacious, modern apartment with a really nice host. - The host is super nice, always at disposal, welcomed us at the check in and check out, helped with advice. The place is clean, spacious, modern, with a nice view of the town. The location might be an issue (with small kids) as the road is very busy, but we were aware of that and used the car to get to the town, without a problem. A few extra details would be nice to upgrade this place even further, like having some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt, paper towels etc.
• Marianne (10/5): Spacious, clean apartment with a great view in a good location - We loved everything about this apartment. To us, it felt like the perfect location…in a quiet area, yet only a short walk to the beach or into the town. It was great not to have to use the car. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. We loved the view of the sea and the old part of Cefalù from the deck, especially in the evenings. There is a basic supermarket just about a two minute walk up the road for all the basics, and a really good shop (Gourmet Deco) less than ten minutes away. Vincenzo, the owner, was nice, helpful and good with communicating. He gave even bought us a few things for breakfast the next morning, since we arrived after all the shops had closed. We would definitely recommend Vincenzo, Diamante&Smeraldo, and look forward to returning again soon. Nothing.
• D (8/5): Very modern house, comfy beds, nice roofterrace. - The house is very modern & very clean. The center is around ten minutes by foot, a very busy road.

The apartment is perfect for a family with two kids, it is clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. If we come back, we would definitely choose this apartment. -

• Milan (8/5): Very good - Clean. 50m from supermarket. Good beds. Cefalu and its beach is TOP. Great location if you don’t have small kids. The host was nice and attentive. Its not really family friendly. There is a busy road right infront of the house with railway crossing. You have to walk 5mins on the road until you reach the path going to beach.

Located in a quiet, peaceful area within walking distance of the beach and the old town, it’s a perfect spot for relaxation. Though free parking spaces near the apartment can fill up during the day, they tend to clear out in the evening, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Vincenzo is an exceptional host—warm, friendly, and very helpful, offering valuable tips about the property and the city. We felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
• Claire (9/5): Lovely homely property. - Amazing host, very helpful and easy check in. We loved the roof area for sitting out. Comfortable property, plenty of space for a family of 4. Prefect location very short walk to the beach or town and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend. A few small things could push the property up to a 10. Kitchen lacks some essential utensils , only two cups when property sleeps 4. Would be nice to have a couple of water bottles in the fridge for arrival. Theses are only small issues, we loved the property .

• Tracy (8/5): Lovely stay - The property was lovely and spacious and about a 10min walk from the closest beach. It has a nice view of the ocean (but it was too hot for us to sit outside and enjoy due to the heat wave). It is about a 20-30min walk to Old Town (slowly with kids!) so easy enough to enjoy the area by foot from the apartment. Vincenzo ia a very kind host who did everything to make our stay lovely. He even came to the hospital to help when my son had a fall. The airco and plugs have a key which is attached to the house key so when you leave everything automatically goes off so you can’t charge things or keep the apartment cool when away. Vincenzo very kindly gave us a spare key so we could keep things on as it was VERY hot the time we were there.
