• Damain Child (1/5): - Disgusting and dirty . The hit of urine /ammonia made your eyes water when entering the property. The whole room floor bathroom smelled the furniture smelled and stained.

• Performance (1/5): Fraudulent listing of unsafe and unusable apartment with unresponsive and untrustworthy management- did not complete my - The property was NOT as advertised. The pictures were NOT of the apartment pictured here. There was NOWHERE to hang clothes, or even any drawers. There was no laundry facilities, the oven did not work. The shower did not work. The apartment was on the 4th floor in an unsafe area. As a solo female traveller i did not feel safe at all. It was incredibly loud, people screaming and slamming doors. I had intended to work from the apartment when not in meetings for my planned THREE week stay. This listing is fraudulent. Management was entirely unhelpful. I did not stay and struggled to get a response to get a refund. Worst experience i have ever had. Has significantly decreased my trust in the booking.com brand. To summarize- the listing is NOT as advertised. had ZERO amenities and is UNSAFE for solo female travellers or famiies. • Suet29! (8/5): Very good - The apartment number 1 was very clean, needed some general touch ups but was overall good. Had everything we needed, no issues with anything. Ideal location. Very nice stay would come again. Couldn't seem to turn the heating down despite turning boiler temp etc to minimum, made for some very hot uncomfortable nights sleep. The view from the bedroom window was atrocious, just everyone's rubbish tipped there, broken sinks, empty discarded buildings. Could really do with a clean up.

• Vinodkumar (6/5): It was average. - The property location. There are many issues in the room. Bathroom could have been setup properly. The shower rod was loose and door handle was coming out. TV was not working for more than a week and had to follow up multiple times with staff. No working table to work from home even requested multiple times to provide.

• Chidimma (6/5): Pleasant - It was very neat,good cooking utensils. It was also very close to the City centre and hospital. The heating was also excellent. I didn't really enjoy their Customer service. I complained about the shower head but no one came to check it out. The WiFi stopped working for about a week and nothing was done about it till I left. They talked about complementary laundry but no one came to get them for the 17 nights I was there.

• Aimee (7/5): Would stay here again. - Before arrival we were sent a fool proof set of instructions and the YouTube video was an excellent touch as we knew which door to look out for. The location was ideal and very close to all the local amenities, there was lots of parking around the centre to choose from. Access to the property was easy. Everything was exceptionally clean upon arrival and for being in the centre of town the surrounding noise was quiet, especially as we stayed on a Saturday night. The shower screen wasn’t secured to the bath (only to the wall) so water would leak over the bath on to the floor.

Trying to sort this out took up most of my day and ruined our already fraught visit, as we were coming for a funeral. I had to speak to various different people and on the phone was eventually assured my accommodation was secure, only to receive more emails telling me the accommodation was not available. There was no overnight parking and we could not close the bedroom window (the latch had been removed) which made for nervous sleeping.

• Stuart (1/5): Absolutely Shocking!!!! - Nothing it wasn't very nice! The main front doors didn't look very inviting and very tatty, the radiator was literally hanging off the wall, there was no latch on the double bedroom window so not safe anyone could climb in, I had two daughters with me so we weren't going to stay once we saw this, there were dirty left over kebab cartons on the balcony which was disgusting, and finally the flat front door had a dangerous fault as at one point we were locked in, this was a serious fire hazard, I would like my money back from sunny as had to find another hotel, my girls were frightened as we then were walking around Yeovil at 10:30pm trying to find somewhere else to stay, it was the first night of our holiday, which Sunny's apartment ruined, this property should be taken off until all faults are dealt with, please can I get a refund of £152.00

• Sobral (4/5): Disappointing - Great location As it's summer and there's no fan in the house, I had to open the window to get some air, but it was impossible to keep the window open because the smell of marijuana from the apartment next door came all over the place in the room, and another thing, the pans were all rusty, there were only cups, the noisy floor, loose wood until you reached the door of the apartment, many things along the way, making it difficult to pass with the suitcase as I was on the top floor apart from the dirt returning the dishes from you who cook to save money forget it because the pans are horrible, the bed sheets are all very clean at least I can't complain about that
