- Nikola (6/5): I would not stay in this apartment again - Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Spacious living room. Plenty of parking available in front of the building. The location is very poor; access to the apartment is via a dirt road. The area around the building feels deserted, and the building itself is in very bad condition. The internet was poor and the owner had to be called several times to fix it, but it kept breaking again. The sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and barely suitable for sleeping. The shower cabin looks worn out and needs renovation.

- Victoria (6/5): Centrala a creat incomoditati - Apartamentul spațios, pat confortabil, dotările Centrala era defecta, lipsea caldura si apa calda. Am contactat gazda (a răspuns prompt) si au încercat sa rezolve situația. Au zis ca s-a rezolvat, dar centrala tot nu funcționa, respectiv nu am putut face dus in cele 2 zile. Lenjeria de pat era destul de uzata, unul dintre prosoape era rupt. Se poate mai bine la curățenie. Blocul este inca in santier.
