• Ceri (9/5): We had a lovely time, overall liked the property very much and would return. - Great location- set back from the road in a private courtyard so it was quiet, and well placed for many nearby attractions that we wished to visit. Plentiful games provided for children to enjoy, and a very well stocked tourist information hamper. The complementary coffee, teas and pint of milk were appreciated. The kitchen layout meant that the sink was across the other side of the room to the main kitchen workspace and hob etc, which wasn’t too much of a hassle if a short stay or minimal cooking, but I might have found it more of a hassle if a longer 1-2 week stay.

• Robyn (10/5): Perfect birthday getaway - Returned again for a birthday weekend away. David was there to greet us. Cottage was lovely and warm upon entering with a bottle of wine to wish hubby happy birthday. Every room was clean and tidy. So nice to light the fire and settle down on the sofa with a glass of wine before having a nice hot shower. Bed was exceptionally comfortable- didn’t want to get up in the morning. Kitchen has everything you need and being right next door to a shop is handy so don't need to worry about the essentials. Fish and chip shop down the road. Can honestly say had no issues or problems except wish we could have stayed longer. N/A

• Sarah (6/5): Excellent place to spend time with family to unwind - Location was great shop next door and also 2 local pubs for food and drinks .Great local park which was great for the children. The stairs was slightly difficult especially with 2 children but we made it work

Situada a una petita comunitat de veïns en un punt del.poblet de Blakeney molt apacible malgrat estar a prop de la carretera. Ben comunicat. Botiga del poble al costat, restaurants molt a prop, també. Els llits són maggnífics. Molt ben condicionada, no hi passes gens de fred. Tot NETÍSSIM. L'amo, en David, molt amable i pendent de que tot estigui en regla. No li hem trobat pegues de cap mena.

• Helen (10/5): Loved it - This was a beautiful cottage, the owner was lovely and sorted a small issue with the boiler really quickly. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and was very clean. Nearby was a small convience store, lovely chip shop and a pub /restaurant. Would definitely book again when we come back to the area Its not that I didnt like . Whilst it doesn't bother me there is a spiral staircase to access the bedrooms and toilet, which may not be for everyone. But I knew that when I made the booking.

Delightful cottage, tastefully decorated throughout everything supplied in the kitchen, from cloths to special coffee. Glasses for each occasion. Compact but roomy enough for two people ( up to 4) Supplies for bathroom. Best feature, comfy bed, superb mattress slept like a log. Games, magazines and books to keep you occupied on dark days or nights. Beautiful ambience with music playing and candles lit. (Wood burning fire could be used) The end, having to leave. (Shortstay) Didn't meet the ower but we spoke on phone.

• Deirdre (10/5): - Very well appointed throughout. Super comfy bed. Kitchen well equipped. A pretty little area for sitting out. Really quiet despite being near to a busy road. Nothing.
• Diane (10/5): Stunning cottage in fabulous location - Truly stunning cottage. Fabulous location. The attention to detail is incredible. Everything we needed and more. Lovely outside area. Comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Lamps lit and soft music playing when we arrived and the cottage smelt amazing. Cosy quiet, private and peaceful area but just over the road from a pub, superb fish and chip shop, and a village shop. A lovely park round the corner with a stream running alongside. Cottage is in a private gated courtyard. Plenty to see and do in the area. Will definitely return as a couple so we can take advantage of the cottage itself, the books and the boardgames. We travelled with 2 teenagers this time so were out and about during the day!! Perfect place for families and couples or even a lone traveller. I could happily have stayed there forever. The best cottage we've ever stayed in. Even the teenagers thought it was brilliant. Excellent wifi. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Anyone staying would not be disappointed, exceeded all expectations.

• Clare (10/5): Gorgeous homely cottage - Hubby chatted to the owners who were both very friendly and helpful. They openly shared information about the local area. Property was beautiful and our son said "why didn't we just come here first?" Which says it all - the extra touches of games and Netflix were fabulous 👌 There is a lovely park and field area in behind, which is great for the kids to run around and we got out their kites too! All great thanks very much !

• David (9/5): Excellent base for Forest of Dean - Host very friendly and accommodating, thinking of everything we'd need during our stay. Beautiful surroundings for rambling, biking and cycling. Excellent farm shops nearby. Chippie round the corner good too. Ostrich inn excellent.

Hosts knew we were arriving late, so lights were on as we arrived with music in background. Beds very comfortable, and bedding smelling wonderful and welcoming. This is easily the best accommodation I have stayed in for years and we work away every week up and down the country. If you have the chance ( because I believe this cottage will be booked well in advance) just book it you will not be disappointed Nothing
