• Grace (3/5): Not very good, not managed well, I don’t recommend. - The property was clean, the bathroom was a decent size and the mirror has an LED light, which was a nice touch. The cupboards had pots, pans and adequate cutlery, there is a washing machine which is helpful if you’re staying for a few days, the bedroom is a decent size and the overall apartment is decorated nicely although the mattress and the couch is quite uncomfortable. The staff didn’t send me the codes to enter the front door and various other doors inside until 4pm, despite check in being between 3pm and 10pm and I sent them a message before hand telling them I’d be there at 3. The outside of the building is very rough and looks quite unsafe, there are multiple codes to get into the main door, inner door and each floor and then a last to get your key outside the door, which further implies it’s an unsafe area. At first glance the apartment is nice, well decorated and has adequate supplies, but the furniture is very cheap material eg the mattress and couch are very springy and uncomfortable and various burns and stains are on the furniture, the walls are extremely thin so if anybody were to open the doors across the hall it sounds like they’re opening your door, and it’s very easy to hear other people in various other rooms and halls from inside the apartment. The toilet seat is also broken.

• Claire (8/5): Can’t wait to visit again - We loved our stay here. When we first arrived we didn’t know what to expect, the apartments are on the 4th floor which was fine for us, there’s a lift if needed. The apartment is modern and the view is amazing. The kitchen was well equipped but if you don’t fancy cooking there’s plenty of food places. The bed was very comfy. There were stains and marks on the walls from previous guests and a hole behind one of the doors from the door handle which can’t be helped not everyone has respect these days. The kitchen could do with a tea towel and a mirror in the bedroom.

Great value for money - I booked a two bed apartment, I don't think this was available when I got there so they gave us two apartments instead! Couldn't get into the apartment when checking in but the host was quick to reply and sort out for us. The beds were not comfortable, mattress may need upgrading

• Habiba (1/5): Won’t visit again - The tv cord was cut, the blinds were broken, the fridge was not clean and broken draws. The oven was broken the radiator was falling from the wall. The toilet rim under the seat was disgusting. The door handles were coming out. The sofa seat was completely worn and not comfortable to sit on. When we first came to the place in the night coming out of the lift there was loads of dirt just outside the lift. Basically a lot of things not clean and broken

There was an issue to the bedroom blinds we was worried about people looking in but managed to put it down. Bedroom heater didn’t turn on luckily I brought a hot water bottle. Iron wasn’t supplied but when asked they brought me one. Kitchen stove wasn’t cleaned so we went out for meals instead.

• Shabnam (4/5): - On arrival we noticed mess in the room draws used tissues and balloons the kitchen cupboards were dirty,the property was damaged from before and we was told it was us and our deposit was deducted,anyone staying here make sure pictures are taken before and after, this is one way of them making money from us,we was disappointed at the accusations made, on further messages and emails we was ignored, stay away from this property

• Heather (6/5): Ok for one night but wouldn't stay again - Central location Confusing entry as it looks like an office block, apartments were a bit grubby (beds and linens were clean tho) and the sofas were v uncomfortable and covered in stains. There was quite a lot of damaged areas and stains on walls - we found out later that these apartments are basically a knocking shop used by prostitutes and their clients 😳 horrifying to think of the source of all the stains 🤢

• Michaela (1/5): Very horrible - Nothing List of issues: The entrance to the accommodation is unsightly. Empty bottles of alcohol and rubbish left in the lift. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property and cigar burns on the sofa to accompany this. We had to keep the windows open for the duration of our stay to prevent the smell from lingering in our clothing . The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The oven was dirty and a takeaway bag filled with food waste dated 9th October was left in the property (we arrived on 11th October). This not only suggests poor cleanliness but also contributed to the foul smell. The shower facilities could not be used, as the door could not be locked and the door handle was broken off.

No way !!!! - We have stayed there before and we get different apartment this time so I did like it before but this was a disaster!!! The bedsheet was used, there was hair all over the pillows and it was not washed,no toilet paper and the toilet also was not clean at all and towels was there looking like from the quest before not even folded just dropped on the table in the living room and also we had to kill around twenty big fat black flies which was coming in out of nowhere!!!!!

• Paula (8/5): Good location, comfy and well equpped apartment, and very helpful contact person. - The view was amazing, it was well furnished and comfortable. The noise insulation leaves much to be desired. Our neighbours were on the phone, with loudspeaker on, until 3:00am - and refused to turn the volume down.
