Bushaltestelle Stelle direkt vor der Tür. 3 Stationen mit dem kostenlosen Bus direkt in die Innenstadt. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles sauber und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist etwas ausgesessen.

L'endroit est très bien situé et notre contact a été très prévenant et à l'écoute, malgré un léger retard sur ses réponses. L'équipement est complet. coté équipemeent quelques vérifications à faire sur certains appareils : trappe de la machine à café qui ne tient pas, pas de piles sur une des télécommandes (nous n'avons pas pu allumer la TV, mais je n'était pas l'objectif du séjour)

• Kristof (8/5): Ruim en goed gelegen appartement in een mooi gebouw - Dit appartement is goed gelegen, slechts enkele kilometers van Luxemburg stad (10 minuutjes met de bus). Het is ook ruim, alles was proper en Louis is een goede gastheer die altijd klaar staat als er vragen zijn. Wij hadden een probleempje met het warm water bij aankomst, maar het was meteen verholpen. De aankleding van het appartement is gezellig en sfeervol. De parking is heel lastig om in te komen, zelfs met een normale stadswagen. Je moet of een heel goede chauffeur zijn, of een kleinere wagen hebben om er zonder schade in te komen. Verder is het appartement heel warm bij een zonnige dag. Wij waren er in het voorjaar, waardoor we savonds nog alles konden open zetten, maar ik vrees er toch voor bij hoge temperaturen. De aanwezige toestellen zijn geen airco's maar aircooolers. Misschien daar toch eens voor vervanging zorgen?

Het douchescherm was erg vies (kalk/schimmel) ik zou dit persoonlijk vervangen

• Romina Natalia (8/5): En général, ça a été une très bonne expérience - L'appartement était magnifique, très agréable et très bien équipé. Je l'ai trouvé vraiment très confortable. L'emplacement était également idéal grâce aux bonnes connexions en bus. En revanche, ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que, bien que le personnel de nettoyage ait été très très aimable, j'ai constaté qu'ils étaient très surchargés de travail. Je suis arrivé à midi, comme prévu (entre 12h et 13h), et pourtant les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes. La personne a été très gentille et s'est dépêchée pour me donner la chambre le plus rapidement possible, mais j'ai vraiment vu qu'ils étaient dépassés par la quantité de travail.

• Aleš (10/5): Úžasné ubytování Lux - Ubytování je naprosto skvěle. Plně vybavená kuchyně, koupelna včetně pračky. Krásný nábytek v obýváku, ložnici prostě vsude a naprosto čisto. ALE především veliké místnosti, což v zemích Benelux není běžně, spíše opak. Restaurace přímo v domě, klidná část města do centra je to cca 20 min. autem nebo MHD, které je v Lux zdarma. Možno parkování v garáži. Prostě tomuto ubytování nemám co vytknout, za mě 11 z 10😉 Vždy, když jsem Lux snažím se bydlet právě zde. Byl jsem zde více než 5x.

• Carla (10/5): Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Luxemburg stad te verkennen. - Heel net en mooi eenvoudig ingericht appartement met een perfecte ligging. Busstop net voor het appartement, elke 9 min, 10 minuutjes rijden naar het centrum. Het appartement heeft alle comfort. Alles was ok.
• Daniel (9/5): - Die Zentrale Lage und der Comfort. Die Betten waren sehr gut Die Duschwand könnte mal erneuert werden, die ist in den Ecken nicht mehr sehr schön. Außerdem wäre der Hinweis gut, dass der Parkplatz, den man extra buchen muss, sehr sehr eng ist. Da kann man, wenn man einen Wochenendtrip macht lieber am Straßenrand parken, denn das ist von Freitag 18 Uhr bis Sonntags kostenlos möglich.

• Jennifer (7/5): - Die Lage ist top. Direkt vor dem Apartment gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min an allen wichtigen Stellen in der Stadt. Leider haben die Gäste über uns in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag Party gemacht und auch mehrere Partygänger in ihr Apartment eingeladen. Um 2 Uhr morgens wurde auf Bitte die Musik leiser gemacht und die Gäste haben sich auf zur partylocation gemacht.

• Oliver (6/5): Hübsch auf den ersten Blick, enttäuschend beim näheren Hinschauen - Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, Hygieneartikel im Badezimmer, gute Ausstattung der Küche. Im Grunde alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Vom kurzen Eindruck her eine gute Gegend, gegenüber eine Hochschule. Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und für den späten Hunger Restaurant direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist zwar stark befahren, doch dank guter Fenster hört man davon recht wenig. Man wird hier aber nur schlecht mit offenen Fenster schlafen können. Das Gebäude und auch die Wohnung könnten wieder etwas Liebe vertragen. Couch und Bett waren unbequem (beim Bett aber ja immer subjektiv). Größter Kritikpunkt war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Dicke Staubschicht unter dem Bett und alte Flecken auf der Bettwäsche waren das eine Problem. Das Badezimmer haben wir jedoch nur eingeschränkt genutzt. Die Fugen der Dusche sind verschimmelt und gerissen, der Lüfter funktionierte nicht und die Toilette wurde nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Die Krönung war dann leider die Putzfrau, die wir gebeten hatten die Toilette noch einmal zu putzen, da es dort noch Kot-Spuren an der Außenseite der Toilette gab. Sie hat uns dann erklären wollen, dass es sich dabei um Schokolade handelt und es einfach mit einem Stück Toilettenpapier versucht wegzuwischen. Es ist ja eine Sache nicht richtig zu putzen, aber uns für dumm zu verkaufen ist einfach nur frech. In Summe hat das unserer Erfahrung leider sehr getrübt. Wir werden nicht erneut in diese Unterkunft zurückkehren.

• Markus (9/5): Gut gelegen, modern, geräumig, schöne Terrasse, alles prima. - Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, direkt an der Busstation. Das Apartment ist modern ausgestattet, hell und geräumig. Doppelwaschtisch und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr schön sonnige Terrasse. Es dürfte etwas mehr Geschirr geben. Das Sofa ist recht durchgesessen und dadurch etwas unbequem zum Sitzen. Eine Lüftung hätte der fensterlosen Toilette gut getan.

• Chris (7/5): - Net appartement, hadden het voordeliger en prijs kwaliteit kwamen dan wel over een (580 voor drie nachten). Ligging was rustig en met de bus (gratis) snel in centrum en supermarkten dichtbij. Inrichting netjes, wel wat versleten en hoog gehalte ikea. Ondanks wat minpuntjes leuke verblijfs locatie. Matrassen waren voor ons te hard, zijn dan ook zacht gewend thuis. Parkeer garage erg krap, je moet kunnen sturen. Algemene staat van onderhoud, contact dozen los in de wand, ruikende afvoer in badkamer, keukenkraan lekt, dat soort dingen.. Niet slecht maar kan beter.

• Susan (8/5): An 8 that could easily become a 10 - Great location, right next to the bus stop. And all transportation is free in Luxembourg. Large bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. It was great having a washer and dryer. The apartment was very clean. Not enough toilet paper and toiletries were either empty or only partially full. I was able to ask the cleaning staff for more products. If you are staying at an apartment with a family, you are probably hoping to do some cooking to save money. It would’ve been helpful to have some paper towels, and napkins which are usually available in other apartments that I’ve stayed in while traveling.
• Kimberly (1/5): If you enjoy being dehumanized, belittled, disrespected, and abused this is a perfect place to stay. - Nothing. I did not get what I booked and paid for, a ground for apartment for me and my dog. I had to carry my 65lbs elderly dog up and down the steal spiral staircase. When I called the property manager he said Booking did not communicate to him about my reservation on the ground floor. There was no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the apartment. The trash had not been emptied from the previous guests. When I called about no soap or toilet paper the manager said it was not his problem, it was a problem with the maids and there was nothing he could do about it. He did not offer any assistance and was dismissive of my problems with HIS apartment.

Besonders ärgerlich fand ich, dass mir nach meiner Abreise für das Nachsenden einer vergessenen Sache zusätzlich zum Porto eine Servicegebühr von 20 € berechnet wurde. Auf meine vorherige telefonische Nachfrage hin, welche Kosten dafür entstehen würden, wurde dieser Betrag nicht erwähnt. Das wirkt für mich intransparent und hinterlässt einen negativen Gesamteindruck. Schade, denn die Unterkunft hätte eigentlich viel Potenzial.

• Dominika (7/5): Pekne ubytovanie v blízkosti centra - Ubytovanie sa nachádza vo výbornej lokalite, možnosť dopravy do centra mesta vlakom alebo autobusom v priebehu pár minút. Apartmán je priestranný a dobre vybavený, v kuchyni sme mali všetko potrebné. Zariadenie je pekne a funkčne. Zariadenia je pekne, ale najmä v obývačke pomerne opotrebované (gauč je vysedeny a nepohodlný, matrac v spálni veľmi mäkký, umývačka riadu sa otvára ťažko). Na apartmáne nebolo možné zamknúť vstupné dvere. Majiteľ na nás nebol pri príchode veľmi príjemný, nakoľko sme prišli o 12 s batoľaťom. Problem videl v tom, že sme mali nahlásiť príchod o 12 a že potrebujeme detskú postieľku. Samozrejme, obe požiadavky sme vopred nahlásili a boli nám schválené. Napriek tomu nás obvinil, že sme to nenahlásili a že bude musieť zaplatiť upratovacej spoločnosti navyše za prípravu postieľky, lebo nám pripravili pre dieťa gauc a nevie, či vôbec nejakú detskú postieľku bude mat. Príchod do ubytovania bol pre nás veľmi nepríjemný, ale našťastie nám hneď pripravili detskú postieľku.

• Tourist (5/5): I would not choose to stay here again because of the unpleasant smell and noise at night - Although the hotel does not have a reception, two days before my arrival I received an email with detailed instructions on how to collect the keys. The instructions were very clear, even with photos included, so the check-in process was simple and stress-free. Inside the apartment, there was a printed guide with useful information such as the nearest bus stop (right outside the hotel), nearby grocery stores, and other essentials, which I found very convenient. The apartment itself was well equipped, just as advertised — a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The coffee machine makes really good coffee, and detergent capsules were provided for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The wardrobe with hangers made it easy to organize my clothes, and upon request, I was promptly given an ironing board and iron. There is also a TV, but I couldn’t watch movies online and all the channels were in French. Luckily, I came to Luxembourg to explore the city, not to watch television, so this wasn’t a problem for me. The location is also quite good in terms of public transport, with two bus stops nearby that take you to the main attractions. Just keep in mind that you may need to change buses if you are traveling outside the city center, for example to Vianden Castle. However, unfortunately, all these advantages were overshadowed by the major disadvantages I described below. From the very first moment I entered the apartment, I noticed an unpleasant smell, which was also present in the staircase. Unfortunately, it never disappeared throughout my entire stay, despite keeping the windows open day and night. Another disappointment was that, unlike what some reviews mentioned, there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. After a long trip, I had to go out to a store immediately, which was quite inconvenient. The same applies to the coffee capsules and tea bags: the quantity is calculated strictly per day of your stay, with no consideration for the fact that I was not traveling alone. The bathroom also left much to be desired. The shower cabin had visible mold, and the shampoo provided was already used — the bottle was more than half empty. Personally, I find it unhygienic to use toiletries that are not new. During the night, I was further disappointed to find someone else’s hair under the pillow, even though the bedding looked clean at first sight. Sleeping was also difficult due to the noise. The hotel is located above a restaurant, whose guests usually leave only around midnight. In addition, the windows face a busy road with constant traffic of cars and buses. Closing the windows did not help, so I would say there is no real soundproofing. If you are a light sleeper, I cannot recommend this place. Not all windows had curtains, and there were no mosquito nets. In addition, there was a large gap under the entrance door to the building, so light (and sometimes noise) constantly came through. Overall, I found the hotel more disappointing than satisfactory. I would not choose to stay here again because of the lack of proper cleanliness, the unpleasant smell, and the very poor sound insulation.

• Adrian (8/5): Thinking back, throughout our journey, our stay in Luxemburg was a decent one (a couple of nights) - The location is somewhat convenient (close to bus station), apartment fairly clean and plenty of space (family with 3 kids), usual ikea furniture, but clean bed sheets and towels. There is a nice restaurant at ground floor. For an apartment that large, there was a single bathroom, which for a family with kids, was a bit challenging. The view of the apartment was on a back hill and a garage. Also, we have been told to park our car in the inner courtyard and at check out to pay 40 EUR (unofficially, of course).
