• Γεωργία (9/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό για διαμονή οικογένειας, όπως εμείς. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, όπως και οι παροχές καλωσορισματος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ, γεγονός που σε δυσκολεύει με τις αποσκευές όταν φτάνεις.

• Ioana (6/5): - Este un apartament curat, aflat într-o zonă din apropierea centrului orașului, dotat cu ce este necesar . Mobilierul este învechit (din fotografii nu se observa acest lucru), aparatura la fel. Baia nu este confortabila, in ciuda spațiului. Aerul condiționat este doar într-o cameră și nu face fata nici pe timp de zi nici noaptea. Paturile nu sunt confortabile.
• Joanne (8/5): A retro apartment in a residential area very close to facilities - Fantastic location in a quiet residential area, away from tourists so a genuinely Greek experience, but a very short walk into the bustling 'downtown' and port. Very friendly host keen to provide good facilities. Supermarket and full range of local shops less than a minute away. Very clean. We even had a bottle of wine in the fridge to greet us!! Well, I guess for some people, both the decor and the plumbing is a little dated - even retro, but we didn't mind at all. Plus it's up 50 steps, on the 3rd floor, and the design of the shower (just hand held over the bath) means I can't recommend it for the elderly or immobile. But provided you're fit and healthy, it's a well-priced option that immerses you in Preveza's everyday life. I didn't like the shock of knocking on the wrong door (pictured, no 16) and a guy saying 'this is my house, no rentals here' and panicking about a scam! The place definitely exists, on the third floor of the pictured building. More towels were probably needed, including tea towels in the kitchen, but this is a minor point.

• Diána (10/5): Close to restaurants, cafes, shops. Super clean. - We were there for a week, the Lady who owns the place was so helpful and friendly. The apartment was super clean when we arrived. When we left she called us a taxi and waited with us until the taxi got there.
• Eleni (8/5): An amicable dignified staying on a peaceful Prevezian neighborhood - Airy, 3-floor apartment, in a very good location, walking distance to the main promenade, the port and the histroric and shopping center of Preveza, we even walked to the nearest beach Kyani Akti. Parking facilities also a plus. The house owner was very amicable and we appreciated their gift - a bottle of wine on our fridge. Comfortable apartment overall with the kitchen as a separate room, we really felt like living like a local, since it is part of a casual Prevezian, peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed it and we would pick it again for our next visit. A 2nd television on the bedroom, would help - although it wasn't missed after all. Lacking of elevator could be a disadvantage especially when having too many luggage to carry to the 3rd floor.
