Katrin (9/5): Wir würden wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft segr empfehlen! - Wir waren 5 Erwachsene. Wir hatten 3 schöne große Schlafzimmer - 2 davon mit Balkon, 2 Bäder, einen wirklich großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche und eine schöne große Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf der wir zu Abend gegessen haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, ordentlich und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Fußläufig ist eine Busstation erreichbar, erste schöne Wanderwege, ein Flusslauf und Geschäfte mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war TOP! Eine Pfanne mehr als Selbstversorger hätte uns gut gefallen.

Christian (9/5): - Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage, mitten in Ötz gelegen. 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze, große Terrasse, weitläufig, Küche gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeepodmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Mixer, etc.. Nach einer Woche gab es eine Zwischenreinigung mit Bettwäschewechsel. Verwaltung war immer erreichbar und sehr an unserem Wohl interessiert. Balkonstühle sind unbequem und müssten erneuert werden. Wir hatten einen kaputten Stuhl auf dem Balkon und ein durchgebrochenes Lattenrost, das Lattenrost wurde sofort ausgetauscht, der Stuhl leider einfach wieder hingestellt. Ein Besen oder Staubsauger zur schnellen Reinigung nach dem Frühstück wäre toll.

We stayed in #2 and it was clean, very spacious, kitchen with all that you might need, large bedroom and living room, bathroom with two sinks and a very nice shower, separate toilet which is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave. Big telly in the living room with netflix etc. Eating table for breakfast and dinner. Nice and very large balcony. The location is very central but still, as you are two streets away from the main street with the cars, quiet. Private parking spot in the garage, that we discovered only halfway into our stay :). Not much. This is part of how the property is setup, so it's not really a complaint, but I think it would be extra nice if someone did actually you welcome you to the area and showed you around a bit. But, there are advantages to a completely self-serviced check-in as well. We were out of toilet paper at some point and they should maybe have a better mechanism in place for things like this; now we ran into to the housekeeper by accident who then helped us. They should tell their tenants about the garage! We had no idea (there was still a spot on the street), but maybe that's our mistake.
