• Umar Rajendran (1/5): Booked twinroom. For 3adult and 1 child. But provided single room with double bed - Location Booked for twin room. But they provided a cramped single room with double cot Bed for 3 person, me my wife my daughter and her infant child. I requested them the booking is for twin room for 3 adult and one child but they insisted extra 2200 rs for additional single room which I paid since I don't have any alternative. There are to many ways this hotel can disappoint you and make you feel you’ve wasted your money - The only positive about this hotel is its close proximity to the main railway station and bus stand in Trivandrum. The room despite being small was clean but that’s where the positives for me end. Screen on aircon doesn’t work so you can’t see what temp it is or fan speed etc. No toilet paper and after asking for some it took 30mins to arrive only after a second reminder. Water in bathroom goes hot then cold then hot then cold - on and on. Beware of falling and fracturing your hip. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery No wifi code offered and it was not listed in the room. Hotel staff loudly banging doors early in the morning. Loud piano music from 8am in the hallway right outside the room. Woke us up (despite me wearing earplugs) and after a 4am check in that was not appreciated. Finally when we went to pay with our Wise card (linked to Visa) that we have used all over India during the last two months, we were told they only accept Mastercard. No where was this mentioned on Booking.com Check out time in Booking.com says 12 midday, but at the reception it states 11am. Do yourself a favour. Do NOT stay here. Extremely disappointing hotel.

When we arrived everything was ready for us, what is very helpful traveling for after 8.5h by bus and arriving late h. After check out we could leave our suitcase and bags. I highly recommend

They are actually not providing at least minimum of 22 hrs whereas the others are providing. Location wise it was ok. Not advisable for staying with kids as the room is very small and I think there are bars on the way to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Rajeeve, the CGM, was consistently available with great advice and support. Rashid, the AGM, was also fantastic—always ready to assist with directions and getting to new places. Ananthan at the front office was incredibly helpful, especially with booking rickshaws through my Ola app. Vandhana, also at the front desk, was a star—she introduced me to the Ola app, which made transportation so much easier and saved me both time and money. Nishant was very friendly and welcoming, and Priya in the spa was amazing—I had some of the best Ayurvedic massages ever. A big thank you to Ijas at the front desk as well—he was super helpful, especially during my checkout. he helped me with my suitcase that I had trouble closing, he also got me a tea from outside as the restaurant was closed. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place in the city local to amenities. The room could’ve been slightly bigger apart from that it was fine

• Alexander (5/5): Quick stay near station - Location. Clean room. Front desk was efficient. Clean linen Very small room. Staff were not regular . Shabbly dressed in civilian clothes. The one lift only was use by guests and garbage removal. No spray used to keep the odour out.
• Sarvesh (9/5): Great Calue for money, Attentive & helpful staff across all depts & a Central convenient location.!! - I happened to stay at Goodland Elegance by chance / luck since the property I had booked before abruptly cancelled my reservation without any notification.!! 😡 I am more than glad that I ended up staying at Goodland Residency instead.!! 👍🏻 The location could not be more convenient. Literally a two min walk from the Train station and a short walk / Uber ride to most attractions. Blessen (hope I spelt that correctly 😅) at the front desk & the entire team including housekeeping and restaurant staff at this property were very polite, welcoming, helpful and considerate..!! The Air conditioning was perfect for hot & humid weather of Trivandrum and so was water pressure & temperature options in the shower. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was not only fulfilling but a different menu each of the two days I stayed. That doesn’t happen often.!! 🙂👍🏻 The room I chose was decent size for a solo traveller and very much like in the photos 👍🏻 Although the hotel is at a busy intersection, it is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the main street in a small alley which makes it fairly quiet even during the busy rush hours. i’m The wifi kept disconnecting after some time of inactivity but the front desk was very prompt in providing reconnection codes even at odd hours.!! 👍🏻 I definitely recommend this property to business, solo & family travellers alike .! The AC and fans in the apartment were up to standard. The shower was very good and high quality. Our room was conveniently located right beside the hotel restaurant where breakfast was being served. The location of the hotel was great too - within the center of Trivandrum, only 10mins away from the airport, and just walking distance from many different stores and restaurants. Countless tuk tuks were accessible on the main street whenever we needed to travel to other areas of the city. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. They also connected us with their partnered taxi service which was very helpful. We requested an extra bed multiple times, but instead we only got a blanket. Also, the room states that it has a 'sofa bed' but in reality it is just a sofa. When the shower is used the whole bathroom becomes wet and filled with pools of water. Breakfast was nice, Local and affordable, but could've been better.

An amazing place!!! What doesn't fit to this professional place is the internet! We got a voucher which works only for short time, so you need to ask again for a voucher! We really don't understand, this is a lot too difficult, you do something on your laptop and after 2 or 3 hours it is finish?? I would suggest to change this, it doesn't fit to this place!!!
