Zina (10/5): - Such a nice, pretty apartment to chill in during this weekend. It was clean, comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. There was also a guide provided to us during our stay by the PikHost support team, to really help us enjoy our stay and not worry about anything. The apartment had all the amenities we could need, even though we didn't use much, but it was nice knowing they were available to us. Overall a great experience, will definitely make time to stay here again!

I wasn't expecting much considering the very normal price range, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, clean and pretty everything was. It had everything I could need during my stay. The PikHost support girlies were super helpful and even provided us with a guide for supermarkets, restaurants and pretty much everything else, making us really enjoy our stay instead of worrying about small things. Would definitely stay here again

Brett (7/5): Comfortable stay but bad communication and no staff - Close to bus station. Beds were comfortable and good AC. Bathrooms were clean and everything in the room was modern The vending machine in reception overcharged us. Also the check in process was not communicated prior to us arriving. We had to WhatsApp message them for instructions to get in the building. Then we processed payment/ checkin process all via WhatsApp as there was no physical staff member there. It would have been good to know this before arriving so we weren’t standing outside the building waiting for them to reply to get in.

Richard (3/5): - Listen carefully. I do NOT want to self-check-in. I do NOT want to learn how to use your credit card machine. I do NOT appreciate the website saying there is parking... but NOT telling me until later that it is an additional 10Euro. NET NET these are folks that have learned to program thing to make their lives easier... by making me do the work. You need to change your website to reflect the fact that I will have to do all the work in a language that I do not understand, in a city that I do not know. (I would chose something else) Put this in your focus groups and smoke it. respectfully, richard

Salvidea (5/5): Pesimo el sistema que usan - La habitación tenia dos camas pero no tenia dos platos, cuando hice la reserva en booking figura una dirección que no es, tuve que llamar del número de otra persona y estuvieron muchontiempo buscando mi reserva. Les envié un mensaje en La mañana y nunca recibi respuesta.

Tiziano Francesco (4/5): Pessima gestione - Il letto non era sfondato In struttura non c'era nessuno, il check in lo abbiamo fatto da soli, abbiamo pagato di più per una stanza più grande con bagno con vasca, ci hanno dato una stanza senza vasca e ci hanno detto che non c'era nella nostra prenotazione, gli abbiamo mostrato lo screenshot della prenotazione in cui c'era scritto bagno con vasca e non ci hanno risposto. Alla prima notte sentivamo rumori simili ad un lamento di neonato, alla seconda notte abbiamo scoperto che il lamento , che era molto più frequente e forte, veniva dallo scaldabagno, abbiamo anche provato a staccarlo ma senza risolvere, lo abbiamo fatto presente con tanto di registrazione audio e ci hanno risposto che sembrava un uccello, dopodiché abbiamo chiesto se era possibile farci cambiare di stanza, che tralasciando il fatto di non avere la vasca ma almeno di poter avere una stanza senza quel problema allo scaldabagno, non ci hanno più risposto. In sintesi per noi è stata una tragedia dormire lì senza considerare le blatte e i ragni che uscivano dallo stanzino in camera chiuso a chiave.

Отношение и подлая политика этой преступной организации.Хамы игнорировали мои сообщения трое суток,вплодь и до моего сообщения о точном времени прибытия.А,я всего лишь хотел,что бы мне обьяснили,как это после нажатия "Бронировать",цена вдруг выросла вдвое и отказ от бронирования стоил бы мне 19,3€.Потом уже в деталях я разобрался,что они добавили "уборка" -20€.В Албании за две недели мы поменяли в разных городах шесть аппартаментов и нигде такого отношения не было.Все были достаточно доброжелательны ,вежливы и гостеприимными.

Mehmet Meriç Can (7/5): Temiz güzel ve yeni. - Konumuna dizaynına rahatlığına diyecek bir şey yok. 38 euronun içine kahvaltı dahil olmaması biraz üzücü. İnternetle ilgili çok sorun yaşadım yüksek hızlı internete sahip olduklarını belirtmelerine rağmen. Kendi imkanlarım hallettim.

Best option we found Durrës in general not a nice city 😃 - - nice and big apartment - near ferry - good mattrace - kitchen badly equipped - you need to pet extra tax (be careful when booking) - Check in felt like an escape room, but is feasible. You get the code for the main code upfront. The code for your room is only send if you make the payment and send a photo for proof. Therefore you need to type the payment amount by yourself into the card machine (cash is also possible). This could be difficult for people that don’t have internet or are no digital natives 😃

Jan (5/5): It was supposed to be good, but wasn't - Nice modern room The check in was horrible. We came in the dirty room the staff didn't communicate about it. The wifi wasn't working properly. In the morning it didn't work at all. The power outages at night which woke us up.
Kateryna (10/5): amazing apartment to stay in Durres , really recommend it! - чудові апартаменти , є все , що вам може знадобитися. зручне розташування , поруч є дуже багато кафе та барів , 5 хвилин до центру міста та 5 хвилин до зупинки автобусу , звідки ходить автобус до пляжу. адміністрація завжди була на звʼязку та допомагала з нашими питаннями.

Ronita (5/5): Overall, it was decent. - It is located near several restaurants and markets. The manager was nice and quick to reply via WhatsApp. Although there was a mini fridge, there was no microwave to reheat leftovers. Also check in was confusing. If I hadn’t had help from a random local I would not have been able to check in at all. Later, I passed on the info to other visitors also confused about how to get checked in.
Jessica (2/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay there. - The location was perfect close to the bus station, restaurants and the port. The internet and the AC didn’t work, and there was no contact with the owner. I asked for a bed duvet and an iron, but he never replied. I had to leave one day earlier because the room was extremely hot and I couldn’t use the internet properly. I do not recommend this room or this place.
