- Jul_wo (5/5): - Es war günstig aber leider sehr runtergkommen. Für eine Nacht okay. Hatten 2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht aber leider nur eins bekommen... und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer wäre für 1-2 Personen okay... für 4 war es viel zu klein. Die Gastegeberin kam einfach in unser Zimmer als wir geschlafen haben, weil Sie die Buchung nicht finden konnte.

But the building itself was hard to find. Taxi driver could not find it so I had to wonder around looking for the building which has very little light and it is hard to find and see the number of the house in the dark. the studio apartment smelled very badly of cigarettes. There was ashtray in the kitchen/sitting area. The apartment was advertised as non-smoking, but that was not the case at all. It smelled very very bad of cigarettes.

- Zivile (1/5): Bad - I rented this apartment for 3 nights for my husband, but he had to leave after just one night. The place was disgusting and infested with bed bugs. Despite multiple attempts to contact the landlord, they never responded to our complaint. This property is completely unacceptable, and the landlord should be banned from this booking platform to protect other customers.

- Caroline (6/5): Cozy place that needs TLC - I liked how friendly the host was. The room was very spacious and very private. There is a nice balcony as well if you want fresh air. The kitchen has all that you need, pots, cutlery and a stove. It's very warm inside as well The floor was very dusty. Looked like it has not been swept for a very long time. Everything is dusty and needs thorough cleaning. Some of the pots were dirty. Just be careful. wash everything before you use.

Nice terrace overlooking the town. Quiet residential area, safe parking lot just in front of the house in private property, so we could leave stuff in the car, the name of the listing is not indicated on the building, it was difficult to find each other with the host, however, when we finally met, she was very friendly and welcoming.

Flat was not very clean. 3. Isolation is not good, at night you could hear how very clearly all the various sounds from other rooms 4. The breakfast that is included in the price was not actually there. We called to ask about it, and the person who picked up said that it will come and put down the phone. We waited till 8.50 in the morning and left.

- Silvia (1/5): Bad - We did postpone the time of arrival, because there was a storm on the way from Vilnius airport. We did arrive 25 minutes earlier and since there is no reception, and we had received instructions where the keys are, we went to the room. The room was not ready, it was dirty and messy, the way the previous guests left it, bed not made, dirty dishes in the sink, garbage bag full, food remains, smelly bathroom. Since the host has invited us to call or Viber in case we need something. I did text her, that the room is not ready, and I sent pictures to prove it. We went outside and sat in the car to wait for her response, which came more than five hours later. Next to the property there is a building which undergoes renovation, and we had to move the car, so we went to wait for the response in the beginning of the alley, which leads to the property. We stayed there until 16.20 and no one came to clean the room. According to the message they sent in the evening, the cleaning lady came at 16.10, which is not true. The property replied to my money back request - positive, and then they decided to claim, they do not owe me money, because of an early arrival, but the property was not ready at least 20 minutes after our arrival time. This is not the proper way to handle a situation with guests, especially when it is the property's fault. Yes, we did arrive 25 minutes earlier, but no one showed up for almost 50 minutes.

- Ilze (9/5): Nice stay at house with some flats for guests - Very good value, if you don’t want to be in the centre. Nice, safe surrounding, easy to reach by car. Public transport 25min to center. Room well equipped. It needs a bit instruction, how to switch on geating :) its easy, but i came in cold room and it took a bit time to find it.
- Domantas (5/5): Look for something else! - The place is not the best when you travel using the public transport. It wasn't very clean, you could see that they didn't vacuum because there was a lot of dust and crumbs under the bed. And near the sink you could see some stains on the wall (like coffee and pieces of food). The kitchen itself is not well equiped! You only have 1 pot to cook in so even simple meals take some time to cook. The fridge was a disaster, we bought some food to prepare in the evening and when we took i out it was rock solid because the fridge freezes just like the freezer compartment. After cooking we wanted to wash the dishes and even the dishsoap was o full bottle of water with like a bit of dishoap in. The apartament itself is not so big, the bathroom had a bathub of like 40x100cm, and you have to sit sideways on the toilet because there's no room for your legs. The bed was a little bit hard for us (but that's just personal). You can also hear the toilets flushing from the other rooms, or people talking and even snorring at night. The breakfast is hideous and not worth it!!! We both didn't feel so good after eating it. For this price you expect better, and with my experience (20-30 stays in Kaunas the past 2 years) i can asure you that you can find better places for the same price or much better places that cost just a little bit more.

- Игорь (4/5): Different - The thing I liked was the speed with which the owner fixed some problems with the key, the length of the towels, and the view was not bad. I wasn't crazy that as soon as I entered the apartment the floor was full of hair (obviously not mine). Another problem was the bathtub which was very dirty, as well as the sink, obviously I had to clean them myself. And to top it off after having reviewed the structure, the owner writes me telling me that I am no longer welcome, having said that I am forced to write all this.

But apartment was good despite the continuing constracion process. Internet. Fridge. Private bathroom. Free parking. There is a catacombs of Fort no.8 and observation place 100 m from the villa.
- Olomouc (2/5): Very poor - The appartment that was advertised on the booking.com was under construction... so the actual accommodation was around two km further from the city center. An old house at suburbs of Kaunas, it smelled really bad. It was very untidy, dusty, etc. No wifi. Breakfast was like take a look in fridge and choose what you want. The property owners were probably nice people in the end but they did not speak English and I felt definitely scammed.
