• mari (2/5): Imposible descansar - La ubicación Hay que subir un piso más cuando entras al apartamento y son bastantes escalones Pone habitación, no existe duermes en el comedor en un sofá cama muy incómodo, nosotros éramos tres adultos y había también un plegatin. Así que no hay un sofá para hacer una sobremesa y ver la tele, emos dormido muy mal imposible descansar en esas condiciones, también comentar muchísimas hormigas, vamos para no volver.para mi el descanso después de un día visitando Sevilla quieres llegar y descansar y eso es imposible con esas instalaciones.

• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - A fabulous location, right in the beating heart of Sevilla, the apartment has its own private lift entrance and a large roof terrace. The apartment didn't seem loved, with furnishings left unfinished and a dirty toilet upon arrival.
• Lina (9/5): Amazing apartment - I loved this apartment! The check in process is easy, it's remote and you will receive the instructions through the booking messages. The location is spectacular, absolutely unbeatable for this price - the windows partially come out to the windows of Plaza de Toros. It's close to everything and anything you may need. The apartment is huge, top floor with a gorgeous terrace. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with a stove (did not try using), microwave, capsule coffee maker, washing machine, teapot, dishes, silverware, oil, vinegar. The apartment has lots of windows and is very well lit if you want it to be, but just like any European apartment it has the shades you can lower at will. The apartment has AC/heater so you can stay warm/cool as needed. The wifi worked great. I loved the apartment, this is just some small feedback - It looks like the apartment is managed by an agency and I'm sure they have the best ideas in mind however I didn't love the individually packaged sponges, dish soap, kitchen cloth..while that is great, once you open the packet of dish soap, it leaks all over the place. In my mind having a bottle of dish soap that's just there for everyone is better - no shampoo, shower gel - luckily I fly with my own shampoo and conditioner just for cases like this, but it's still nice to have it for guests just in case, it's cheap to get a big bottle of each but makes the place much more functional - space for storage occupied by other things - electricity is a bit spotty, just gotta know how to restart - the coffee machine was there but there were no capsules; there was a used capsule inside so I'm not sure if guests come with their own or if they just forgot to leave some - the shower drains a bit poorly
• Riccardo (9/5): Good - The apartment has incredible potential, with a perfect central still tranquil position, good division of internal spaces and a great and very enjoyable terrace. There's only a sofa bed, but a comfy one I should say. All amenities, as well as the city centre with its main sightseeing spots, are at walking distance. WiFi didn't work during our stay and couldn't be fixed despite the kind effort made by the owner. Despite being of good quality, some towels were obviously damaged. The general perception is that some more investment could be made to pair with the potential of this beautiful apartment.
• Imad (7/5): very good location but not very comfortable at night - The location, the balcony, and the owner responds quickly to all questions. The smell in the building hallway and sometimes on the balcony, and the sofa bed is not comfortable for spending 6 nights. and it's noisy on the night, something that is normal for the location.

• Kutluhan (10/5): Super, clean and big apartment near everything - Very big and clean apartment. Location can not be better. I would book again if I come to Sevilla one more time. Maybe entrance pictures should be updated and improved. Shows different password then from the message.
• Miao (7/5): If you need a place to stay in Seville that is within walking distance of the attractions, this is a good choice - Good location, big room, and good view for the terrace The balcony was not clean enough and the mop smelled bad. There was a serious problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The instructions for entering the room could be clearer
• Larry (8/5): It’s OK but not comfy enough. - The bed is like a sofa converted to a bed. The mattress is thin and there are boards around half bed, making getting on and off the bed hard for the second person. The elevator can’t get to the attic door going up. You have to climb up two flights of stairs to enter the apartment.

• Telmo (10/5): Lovely night in Sevilla - Beautiful place, with a lovely balcony on a perfect rooftop!! Friendly owner and great information on how to get to the apartment. Big apartment, with a lovely bed and television. Everything was perfect!
• Kim (10/5): I definitely recommend staying here if you want EVERYTHING literally just a stones throw away. - The proximity to all the major sights are literally right on your doorstep - the location could not be any better. The apartment was clean, functional and had everything in it that we needed. Whilst we did have the option to surrender our car to someone the host recommended for €20 a day to park the car off-site, but as we wanted to explore outside of Seville we were lucky to be able to find much cheaper parking solutions on the surrounding roads itself, though this did come with a few restrictions like only being able to purchase a 2hrs parking ticket at a time, and parking needed to be paid for during the hours of 9am-2pm and 5pm - 8pm, but at least you didnt have to move the car every 2 hours, it was OK to keep buying new tickets all the time. There were a couple of chairs on the terrace - 2 of them (not the rocking chairs) had nails sticking out of the backs of them - which I cut myself on. So long as the host files those sharp screws down, everything would be fine.

• Jane (8/5): It's got a terrace!! - It's a pretty studio flat with a terrace, in an excellent location close to the river ,bus station, cathedral supermarket and many good restaurants The kitchen is well equipped ,but really small,so it's difficult to cook a meal
• Vladimir (9/5): Superb - It apartment is excellent and spacious. Location couldn’t be better. The kitchen is better equipped than my home. There was a problem with the electricity. It kept turning off and we had to restart the circuit brackers. But this was only on day one.

• Sara (9/5): Lovely studio - We loved this studio apartment especially the roof terrace. It was close to everything including the underground carpark. Communication was very good and we were happy to see a lift when we opened the front door! As many reviewers have said the sofa bed! There is enough room for a double bed especially as very few people would put back to a sofa during the day.

• Kellie (7/5): Trundle Bed and it’s uncomfortable!! - - location is fantastic! - terrace - smart tv - excellent WiFi - washing machine - coffee maker with coffee - apartment was not clean! very dusty with dirty floors - BED IS AN UNCOMFORTABLE TRUNDLE TYPE BED! Hard! Not really nice for two people!! Look closely at the pictures. - kitchen is inadequate if you want to cook; not well equipped - odd layout of apartment made it uncomfortable - only has elevator access but there’s an odd emergency exit that requires a key to exit; can’t exit during an emergency without the key; weird -small and nowhere to open suitcases, especially if trundle bed is open - just kinda uncomfortable overall

The bed is very comfortable and the terrace is just perfect for having breskfast or in the evening to enjoy some beers. Check in and check out was very easy. There is not a lot of kitchen equipment and also not a lot of space to cook or to do the dishes. So it might be not the right choice if you want to cook a full meal. Also it is in a very busy neighborhood, it is quite noisy during the nigjt.
