- Capretti (4/5): Bad general experience. - Pictures on site are probably years old. The building has seen definitely better times. See mine. No lights at the hallway and stairs, and no heat in the bathroom. The description indicates "Upper floors accessible by stairs only" unfortunately is not specified that the "upper floor" is a 5th floor. Knowing in advance I would not choose this place. Then just to get better the apartment but specially the bed was full of insects. The neighbourhood surely seem less “nice” than in the site pictures.

The building is awful,I needed to call the land Lady, I tried to get in touch many time but she didn't answer the phone, neder by messages, very umpolite, reading the instructions it's mentioned " in any case contact me by phone " so make your own conclusions.

- Kieran (9/5): Great apartment- right in the centre. - Pretty much everything I needed. Clean and quiet 10 am check out, what happened to 12 being the international time? Although they said I could stay until 10.30. could have had some soap beside the sinks (preferably liquid hand soap). Shampoo/body wash would have been nice too.

- Constanza (7/5): Central stay in Rijeka - Excellent location, very modern and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the television with internet connection, comfortable bed, and excellent lighting, everything was pretty clean. There are many stairs to climb, and it would be very difficult for people with reduced mobility. The street outside the building is somewhat noisy as there are many people drinking and partying. Additionally, the apartment was a bit cold

- Aybars (10/5): Comfort is in a place - The apartment is perfectly designed, and I can find whatever I need. The first floors of the building have no lighting, and there are kid pictures; it was a bit spooky for me at night
- Igman (8/5): Very nice apartment - Property was very clean, located in city centre, very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Host very helpful and responsive. No elevator, apartment is located on the top of the building. No curtain on roof windows.
