- Nataliia (1/5): Bad - I booked that apartment because of late check-in at 10pm and it was approved from the host. I wrote a time of check-in. But when we arrived to the accommodation I could not contact to the host - I texted and called. There was no instructions or any messages. Also I could not find other apartments that were opened at that time and was forced to continue my journey. Only at 2am next day when I was at home the host wrote that she is not in the country.
