Super emplacement qui permet d’accéder à pieds aux points d’intérêts et aux restaurants. • Andrea (8/5): Ein kleines niedliches Zimmer mit Balkon in bester Lage - Die Lage war super, ebenso wie die Vermieterin Francesca. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Mein Handtuch hatte ein daumengroßes Loch und der Duschschlauch könnte mal gewechselt werden, da sich da bereits Schimmelspuren zeigten.

The host Francesca is very welcoming and kind, and she helped us navigate through Sicily. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We highly recommend!
• Robert (10/5): Terrific two night stay in a B&B which is run by the owner and clearly she doesn’t disappoint! - Francesca was a terrific host and the location was the best right in the old city center. The Plaza Tarzana which we were we were able to view from the balcony worked great as we were able to watch it wake up in the morning and go to sleep in the evening. Many great restaurants a stones throw from the B&B. We followed all of Francesca’s recommendations and they were spot on! Nothing it came as advertised and delivered!

Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt sehr fußgängerfreundlich um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken. Francesca war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung auf Englisch unproblematisch. Das Frühstücksangebot dürfte für mich gerne frischer, hochwertiger sein.

• KabaliSenchem (10/5): Our trip in Palermo was most enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended! - The place of stay and the host, Francesca. The Residenza Tarzanà is situated in the city's center, allowing for easy travel throughout Palermo, with most tourist attractions within walking distance. We asked for a vegetarian breakfast (without egg), and Francesca served us an excellent meal, despite the difficulty of finding vegetarian options in Italy. And she recalled my husband's birthday and celebrated it with us. Nothing everything was perfect!

Hier gab es tolle Backwaren von einem lokalen Bäcker. Parkplätze sind vor der Türe. Es darf wild geparkt werden 😄, passend zum verrückten Straßenverkehr. Sehr zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt. Alles war ganz wunderbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

The host, Francesca, went out of her way to explain what to visit in Palermo and helped us with anything we needed. A very warm and kind person. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Palermo!
• Michael (10/5): We would definitely come back here again. - It was in a perfect location right across the bridge from Ortigia which was our favorite stop on our two week tour around Sicily. Parking was tricky (typical of city’s in Sicily). Ortigia is so clean and beautiful (no graffiti). Parking was tough but we finally figured it out.

Francesca was great and went above and beyond by helping us get a car to rent and by assisting us in dealing with Italian Bureacracy. A place separate from the room we slept in where you could sit to read and relax.

• David (10/5): Simply Fantastico! - Very convenient location in the heart of Palermo, close to everything you want to visit/ see/ eat and drink. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and very well decorated, very nice view from the balcony. But what makes the location so special and unique is the owner, Francesca. Always there to help, advise and suggest places where to go. Grazie mille one more time! Also, the breakfast is very tasty, offering a variety of options, local specialties, bread, cheese, croissants (I’m in love especially with the pistachio cream filled one 😋) fresh fruits and vegetables… an important start of your day. We loved staying in Palermo and Sicily. It was our first trip to this place and definitely not the last one. Everything was just great!

• Yaryna (10/5): The stay was really very nice and we felt great. - Our stay was in August, but I remembered that I didn't leave a review. When I arrived, I told Frenceska that from the feedback on Booking, she is the biggest attraction here😂. Francesca is a wonderful person and an expert in hotel management. It makes you feel like you're at home, but the attitude is very professional. Regarding the building/rooms: new building, there is an elevator, the room is light and not small. Big spacious bathroom, there is fridge and air conditioner. The bed is large, comfortable and with clean sheets. A lot of towels and cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious and there was what to choose sweet/salty. Maybe important: despite the fact, that the hotel is in the city center it was really quiet we did not hear any sounds (probably this is due to the fact that there is a courtyard and a new building as I mentioned). About Franceska, before departure she asked when we were arriving, how we were going to transfer, etc. She sent us detailed directions. We were always able to count on her to recommend restaurants, places, etc. Also, she is very talkative so it was always a pleasure to talk to her. • Kerry (9/5): Lovely host, perfect accommodation for a city break! - Fantastic few days had! Location is perfect, accommodation is lovely and clean. The host Francesca is very helpful and accommodating. Daughter especially loved the dairy free pastries for breakfast! 🥰 Also recommend using the taxi driver Dario too which Francesca recommended to us for the airport there and back. Nothing!

She was very patient when guiding us (when we first arrived) over the phone to the B&B from the bus stop. We liked the breakfast, plenty of options available. The location is excellent, so close to everything but far enough away to have some peace & quiet. Breakfast, we would have preferred fresh orange juice and more egg options. Room was small so not much space to hang up clothes etc. Bathroom was ok but could do with some touching up / refresh - shower unit had mould around the silicon.

The room was comfortable, very clean, and it was also cleaned daily. Our host, Francesca, was just amazing. She made a really good breakfast and made sure to ask as about food allergy before. She gave some pretty nice pointers about what to visit in Palermo and what to avoid. She was even kind enough to provide us with beach towels during our stay.

Loved all the little touches including the bottle of wine and strawberries with the towels in a heart shape and balloon for our anniversary. We had an amazing stay.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable though the space is limited, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and sufficient with various selections. • Can (10/5): Fantastic! Super location and very helpful staff - Incredible location, close to the harbor and the city center with lots of great attractions within minutes of walking. I was there to go sailing and took the opportunity to see the city for a couple of days before our trip. Francesca, the owner, was fantastically helpful and went to extra lengths to accommodate our requests. The room is cozy and in spite of being in the center, very quiet at night. Oh and the coffee.... :) My planning, I could have / should have stayed longer...
