- Dilek (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt in der Residence war sehr gut.Alles hat uns gefallen und wir würden es mit Sicherheit weiter empfehlen.1.Das Personal hat uns bei allen Anfragen geholfen.Es ist 24 Sunden im büro.Habe sogar ein Ladekabel bekommen weil ich meins vergessen hatte.Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.Sehr komfortabel wie zuhause einfach.Die Lage ist nahe von Bus und Taxi Stand.Auch zu fuss kann man die 3 bekanntesten Supermarkte und jegliche Restaurants erreichen.Meine Erwartungen sind übertroffen worden .Die grossen Fenster in der EG Wohnung gaben eine Atmosphäre eines kaffees Es geht aus der residence raus etwas Steil nach unten.Wenn man aus irgendwelchen Grund nicht so gut zu fuss ist sollte man auf jeden Fall den bus der 30 meter vorm Haus steht oder direkt ein taxi nehmen.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Each electrical socket was hanging out of the wall or barely clinging to it. Towels were clean (with a marked scent of disinfectant) but they were past their prime. Pillows idem.

- Fatih (10/5): - Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, wie Zuhause. Die Lage ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und dennoch ist man mitten im Geschehen. Rund herum hat man alles. Läden wo man einkaufen kann und die Verbindung ins Zentrum von Ankara ist auch gut. Immer wieder gerne!

Отсутствие микроволновой печи, состояние принесённой нам электрической печи, она работала только на максимум, её надо было просто выкинуть, готовить еду было очень сложно. Нас было трое. Один из нас спал в гостинной, отопление там не работало, спать было некомфортно.

Hold jer derfor væk derfra! prostitution foregår på dette hotel og det er helt åbenlyst, at hotellet selv er involveret. Piger der bliver sendt med taxaer. Receptionisterne tager imod unge piger i døren. Jeg har sågar set en halvnøgen kvinde løbe op af trappen fra receptionen. Samtidig har der været aktivitet i lejligheden ved siden af min. To unge mænd og derefter to unger piger forlod lejligheden efter en masse larm klokken 1.30 mandag morgen.

Insan maalesef igreniyor kaldığı yerden. Çünkü kaldığınız odalarda belki de bir gece önce neler yapılmış diye düşünüyor insan. Rezillik diz boyu. Allah'tan sadece yatmaya gelsigimiz için ailem pek bir şey faeketmedi diye umuyorum. Geç geldiğim bir akşam beni görür görmez resepsiyondan yarı çıplak bir genç kız meedivenlerden yukarı kaçtı. Yani adım kadar emin olmasaydım bunları yazmazdim

- Roman (3/5): Nice on pictures, not so nice inside. - The location is great and design of the facilities were quite modern. The staff is welcoming and willing to help, even though not always are able to help. The main problem is smoking. The staff smokes inside the hotel, in the reception, when walking in hallways and floors. Entire hotel and all rooms smell like an ash tray. Room’s floor, bad sheets, curtains, sofas, even a baby crib had cigarette burns. While the design of the interior is quite modern, everything was done very cheap. So despite the nice look on photos, everything is worn out, damaged and dirty. Rooftop balcony door’s lock is broken and very loose, so the door opens wide every couple of hours by itself. Showers never gave a comfortable water temperature, you are constantly balancing the temperature while using it. Wi-Fi is working 1 day out of 3. I was planning to work during the stay, but had to use a coffee shop nearby. We stayed 11 nights and never had our room cleaned. Overall, the rooms are cleaned very poorly, lots of dirt, dust an and mold in corners and somewhat hard to reach surfaces. If we could, we would cancel the stay on day 1 and moved elsewhere.

- Olha (7/5): - Просторі апартаменти, але забронювавши помешкання на 2 дорослих та 2 дітей, було готове 1 ліжко та 2 рушника, коли попросили додати, просто все видали в руки, застіляли ліжка самі. Рушники і постіль потребують заміни, вже сірого кольору.
- Eugenia (7/5): Nice appartment with breathtaking view - The layout of the appartment, including the terrace is really nice. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. It really had some smoking smell, generally it took about 5 mins with open windows to blow it away. But it regularly came back. Only two tiny spoons, and two cups, why so little? The apartment is for at least 4 persons...

- Awais (9/5): - Everything met my expectations from the facilities, cleanliness, and comfort to the helpful staff and pleasant surroundings. I have stayed here multiple times, and the experience has always been consistent. The staff are friendly, cooperative, and available whenever needed. The location is also very convenient with easy access to public transport, shops, and local markets. It really felt like a home away from home, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making the stay comfortable. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about my stay. The only point to mention is that the hotel is slightly away from the city center, but honestly, the location was still very convenient and close to the area where I had my business to take care of.

- Antonella (8/5): Appartamento spazioso con bella terrazza sul tetto - L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era molto spazioso, su due piani, pulito, in zona collinare con una bella terrazza sul tetto con vista su Ankara. Ottima la presenza della lavatrice. Personale molto disponibile ha accontentato ogni nostra richiesta, compreso uno stendino per i panni. Vicino alla struttura c'è anche un piccolo market per fare acquisti. Parcheggio davanti all'appartamento La dotazione piatti, stoviglie, bicchieri un po' scarsa. Probabilmente gli ospiti abituali non cucinano. Ma essendo la nostra una famiglia italiana, abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere almeno una pentola più grande per fare la pasta. Che però ci hanno fornito su nostra richiesta. Anche il fornello potrebbe essere migliorato

- Önder Ercan (7/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz - Eine sehr große Ferienwohnung, welches sauber und das meiste vorhanden ist. Wir haben dort nur 1 Tag übernachtet und empfand es sehr angenehm. Es ist 2 stöckig mit 2 Bändern ausgestattet. Alles in allem war es gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe war Problemlos weil eine Rezeption vorhanden ist. Es liegt etwas außerhalb und ohne Auto nur schwer zu erreichen.

- Barbara (3/5): Für den Preis zu teuer und nicht sauber - Die Größe des appartements Es wurde kaum bis gar nicht geputzt und der Müll nicht ausgelehrt. Man musste ständig urgieren und das war mühsam…. Für den Preis Personal war bemüht und konnte kein English!

Getting to the center is not a problem, as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Relatively inexpensive as well When we arrived to check in, there were three people at the reception desk – the receptionist and two other staff members. The two staff members were sitting at the receptionist’s desk and did not get up when we arrived, so we had to complete the check-in while standing, which was uncomfortable. In addition, the apartment urgently needs renovation. There are stains on the sofa, and I felt uncomfortable sitting on it. The air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the bedroom, so at night it can get quite stuffy when you’re trying to sleep. The hotel is also located on a noisy street, so you need earplugs to sleep

- Marcin (8/5): - Duży apartament wygodny dla rodzin. Położony dość daleko od centrum co może być plusem i minusem zależnie od oczekiwań. Plusy to cichsza lokalizacja i dobra baza gastronomiczna oraz sklepy spożywcze w pobliżu. Minus to konieczność dojazdu około pół godziny do centrum. Na szczęście dobre połączenie autobusami miejskimi spod chotelu. Za mało wyposażenia kuchennego. Brakuje sztućców, talerzy, garnków, suszarki do naczyń. Dużo szaf na ubrania ale ani jednego wieszaka.

- Bolu (5/5): Everything is good except the ants issue - It has everything you need. Like the washing machine.and free parking It should be more clean. As there are so many ants in the top floor room which make me feel very scary. There are ants everywhere like on the floor or even in the bed. You better check it before confirming the room. Sadly I have no room for replacing at that day.

- Gerhardi (5/5): Most uncomfortable beds and way to warm - Was specious. Smoking smell in rooms were overpowerig. Heat cpuld not be ajusted was soooooo hot. Could not sleap had to open windows. I know its winter but this was too hot we couldnt properly breath. Worst part is the beds. Honesly hardes beds weve slept in every. Travel full time and this wa sso horrible we tried sleeping on the couch but that smelt of smoke and was not very clean. Enede up working from 3am as not one of the 4 people could sleep on the beds. It was honeslty honeslty horrible.
- Raluca (8/5): Good place to stay for 1 night, smoke smell was the big downside. - The apartment was very roomy and nice. Good bed, firm mattress. Bathroom very spacious. They also allow pets. The location is very good near cafes and restaurants. People smoke in the building and you can feel that people smoked in the apartment. The bedroom is a bit noisy, being towards the main boulevard.

- Konstantin (1/5): Horrible, dirty and stinky!!! - We were looking for something more spacious than a standard hotel room, because we had 2 children studying online. So we looked for an apart hotel with 2 bedrooms. And YES - this place had a roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Everything else was a disaster! Well... the stuff was friendly and trying to help, but it didn't change the picture. NEVER ... EVER-EVER choose this place if You are a non-smoker !!!! It STINKS of ashtray!!! IT DAMN STINKS !! All the furniture had burn holes and looked like it was run over by a cow herd. They do not clean rooms in the normal sense of the word "clean". On the day 3 we specifically ASKED for cleaning, and maid told us she was too busy that day. She did come the next day, changed bed linen and towels, but didn't even touch the rest of the room. Floors were dirty and covered by dust and hair, chinaware in the kitchen was greasy, walls looked like someone vomited on them. Cigarette smoke coming in from the hall all the time - just now way to escape it. We tried to use A/C for heating - but it was awfully stinky from tobacco smoke. Disgusting !! TERRIBLE place - just avoid it !!!!

- Deniz (6/5): Large apartment that serves the very basic needs in a good location. - The property is located in a nice part of the town. There are lots of stores and restaurants around. There is also a playground down the road for families with kids. The apartment has all basic utilities, and it's sufficiently clean (could be cleaner - but nothing particularly disturbing). It's generally a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The apartment was not exactly as in the pictures (probably those are from another apartment in the building), although it's not completely different either. The sofa had a cigarette burn, some large stains, and was torn in some corner. The kitchen has only the most basic tools (few plates, few glasses, few utensils, etc), but nothing extra (no bottle opener, no tupperware, ... ). There is also no stove or microwave, even though it has a large kitchen, which seems like a waste. Also, in the bathroom, there isn't even a place to put your toothbrush or toothpaste. There are no large mirrors, nothing to put your luggage on, no wardrobe in the upstairs room. It can be improved significantly, but it serves the basic purpose if you just need a convenient place to sleep.
