- Klaudia (8/5): Authentic Balinese stay - Lovely stay with a Balinese family. Even though the lady didn’t speak English, she was incredibly caring and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, which made for a nice, authentic stay Not a big issue, but I had booked with breakfast included on Booking.com and was still charged extra for it. Also, the toilet is outside - though it wasn’t too inconvenient

- Pat (10/5): Exceptional - Most authentic experience
This was our first time in Asia and we were pretty afraid of getting bali belly or something similar. But we had no trouble whatsoever.
As for the general experience, It was incredible, it gave us a beautiful insight into the culture and we received a very warm welcome.
These were one of the kindest people we met, they were able to accommodate us, like picking us up late at night from the airport, driving us to do errands and even to our next hotel. We received a delicious homemade breakfast every morning served with the kindest smile.
The Homestay is run by an upstanding and honest working family and it's easy to see just by the way they treated us. Every time they went off to tend to their own business they made sure we were taken care of and had our plans for the day taken care of. Given that the location is too remote for services like "Grab".
With beautiful fields of rice, jungle scenery and a nice little café it really felt as authentic as it gets.
And the neighborhood seemed very kind and welcoming too. Really had "community" written all over it.
Overall it felt like a nice detour to get away from the big touristic areas and see what actually Balinese people live like. The location is quite remote but as mentioned, this does contribute to the authenticity of the place.
- Nico (10/5): Exceptional - The host are very lovely, and the surrounding so quiet. 1 of the best real balinese experience! Some people might not like the fact that the shower/toilet is outside but I actually like it as it is the proper Balinese layout of the houses
- Tati (10/5): Exceptional - Homestay is very good, quite place and the owner so kind and humble person.. naturally full balinese vibes🥰 i really enjoy and love it ☺️ i would go back here next time.. The bathroom outside the house.
- Anna (10/5): We had the most wonderful stay! - The lady hosting us was very smily and friendly and although we couldn’t communicate well as we don’t speak Balinese, she did her best at talking to us using google translate. The room and the bathroom was spectacularly clean and she cooked us delicious nasi goreng for breakfast and also dinner the night we arrived. Coffee was also delicious. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely come again.
- Giovanna (10/5): For nature lovers - A great escape in nature, away from Bali touristy routes. The room was okay and the bed super confortable. Great breakfast and the host was really lovely. Everything was perfect thank you.
- Hill (7/5): Good - I loved how kind the family was. They do not speak much english at all tho so I would highly recommend google translate. The made me nasi goreng (fried rice) 3 times a day. There is no A/C in the room tho but I did have a fan. Overall nice experience Hard to communicate unless google translate
- Hartmuth (8/5): Very good -
- Theodor (10/5): A ver enjoyable first night in Bali, giving us a good first impression ana warm welcome to Bali. - Clean room, nice warm water, very friendly and helpful owner, the out side but very private bathroom attached to the bedroom was an enjoyable novelty. Nothing
- Madeleine (8/5): Very good - It was a very good place to stay for a short trip to stay around this area. Very kind owner, they prepared a very beautiful breakfast! The bed was clean and the room. So everything was fine!! If I just compare it with other homestays in Bali for the same price I experienced more the Balinese lifestyle. So a very pleasant stay but its not a Homestay in the typical way I get to know in Bali. So it depends on what you expect! :)
- Leonidas (9/5): Superb - Very lovely family ready to give information about the area, and also very polite to offer you food and good hospitality
They all had real smiles 😁
