• Magezi (7/5): Good - In that premises only one thing was good it's their stuff Sedrik. The whole hotel was not responding to what was stated on their site. And the owner was so mean to us. The rooms are very poor maintained. Some didnt have light, some didn't have hot water, some didn't have blankets, and two of our rooms were flooding water from the bathrooms to the bedrooms and living room. In three nights bedding were not changed even once and rooms not even cleaned yet we asked for it. Also they don't have spare keys to rooms. The breakfast was avarage but preparation taking too long. Internet very weak and one day and whole night there was no power. One more thing. We booked a two bedroom apartment with one double bed and one single bed. But when we checked in the apartment had only one bedroom with a bed and the owner agreed to put our third guest in separate room free of charge as she said. But on checking out she made as to pay fully for that night for our third guest which was meant to stay in second bedroom.

• Gabriella (9/5): Perfect location and great staff. Highly recommended - Ideally located to navigate around Bujumbura. Cozy and comfortable apartment for my daughter and I. Must try the restaurant with green garden and freshly made food. Ideal to get some work done while telecommuting. Staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend if travelling with family. None
• Daniel (6/5): Less than expected - I loved the location, this was a great launch pad for anything in the city. Perfect austere conditions for solo traveler who is used to roughing it without electricity or water. I didn't like the fact that the location does not take local currency [what???] Or VISA/Mastercard. They do not announce on booking or at time of checking. Instead they want to knock on your door at 8pm and insist you drive with them to local ATM to pull out USD. Even when hosting company, very sketchy and might be due to the business trying to operate as if it has no guests to avoid paying tax. I'm not sure but it was major inconvenience and a risk. The property does not have adequate generator to provide water for dishes or shower when the power is commonly out for half a day. I would avoid unless you are a solo traveler.
• Sergei (6/5): Good hotel for Burundi - The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me to buy a bus ticket, to find a supermarket and to see the city. The hotel is quite good, if close the eyes for some things. Everything fine, but the price was very expensive. I stayed in some similar places and the price was twice cheaper. There is a kitchen, but you can't cook there. Also Wi-Fi was not stable, one evening there was no electricity and in check out day was no water in apartment...

• M (8/5): Not everything not everywhere and definately not all at once. - Roomy apartement, ok furnished, central location. Good tho slow restaurant. Laundry service. Safe space and mostly quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even though not very efficient. No hot water and no watercooker in 1 of the 2 apartments. 1 Hard and creaking bed. Breakfast (and all other meals) took an hour to prepare but the food was good.
