• MSAzham (10/5): Clean and Cozy - Strategic location. Shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Host was responsive and accommodating. The instruction for check-in and check-out including parking area was easy to understand. There was nice aroma upon entering the unit during checked in that lasted until checked out. The unit and the building itself was clean. Towels, bath gels, conditioning shampoo and hair dryer were provided. Sofa and beds were also comfortable. Overall the unit was clean and cozy. Just a minor suggestion - An extension electrical cord to charge hp or using the hairdryer would be great. And may be new towels since the ones provided were kind of worn out and stains are visible.

• Reshwin (10/5): A comfortable and relaxing stay in Desaru with great facilities and friendly service. ⭐ - The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location in Desaru was perfect and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The room was spacious, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
• CHEONG SENG (3/5): Disappointed - Location Screwed up during checking in. Original Apt allocated to me, was occupied by another rentee who had checked in 1 hour before me. Another apt was given after some 30 mins of telecommunication between the owner, security staff and myself. Apt was not clean and no toilet rolls were found anyway. It seems like the apt was not occupied for some time as there was a strong odor present. The guest toilet shower could not be used as the drain sump was choked. 2 pieces of carpet in the living and dining area should be discarded for hygiene purposes. The only saving grace is its location.

Highly recommend this place and definitely will come back. Thank you so much for the quick and prompt response to the check in and check out. We cooked and cleaned the place before leaving which made the cleaner an easier task to tidy up. Do check this place out guys 😄 Wanted to iron my shirt but iron leaked and seems not working so have highlighted to owner about safety but not a big deal if unable to use it.

The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities (got board games & books too) we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with Habib was seamless, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Desaru! Self checking in and - It is relatively new, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities that our family need. Close to many restaurants. Should consider providing another set of key and access card as sometimes we do not all go out together.
