Guest Reviews

- Sarah (10/5): Amazing! Highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely rent it again if I come back to Sevilla. - Very comfortable and charming, great beds, clean, quiet even the night of the day of the Andalusia, well located. Fantastic host (Alicia was our point of contact): helpful, super reactive and very kind. Perfect place for the price! The only thing if I must say something here would be maybe to add a little staircase bannister as it can be a little difficult to go down for old people. But it’s still manageable without it.
Also sometimes there is a little suage smell in the bedroom but this is not because of the property. It’s more a city issue.
- Sjoeke (10/5): - Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede ligging.

- Markus (7/5): Wohnung liegt sehr gut, Kommunikation suboptimal.

- maria (9/5): Seville apartment - This was a great apartment with detailed equipment to make every aspect of our stay comfortable some difficulty on arrival with greeter but made up for finaly by the owner

- Sergei (8/5): Very good - Check-in was great. Very responsive and polite host. Tried to help me with all my questions.
- Susannah (10/5): Lovely apartment, super easy to get keys, early check allowed. Would definitely return, thank you. - The apartment was perfect for myself and daughter. Nothing.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Great location in a beautiful relaxed quarter of Sevilla. Comfy apartment and a real bonus to have the outdoor roof to relax in between trips into the city. Locality has a lot of very nice places to eat , and a friendly vibe. City centre is a nice ten mins walk away with the Cathedral, Santa Cruz area and Castle about an extra 10 mins. Theres a Dulce Gusto coffee machine and Teas available and the Kitchenette is well enough equipped for a short stay. Beds and Bedrooms perfectly comfy and sufficiently away from busy areas to not be disturbed by street noise
- Nancy (10/5): So glad we stayed here for a long visit - We stayed here for three magical weeks. The neighborhood was lively with restaurants and shops filled with locals but reasonably quiet at night. There's a police station adjacent so we were confident it was a very safe area. We got around by walking everywhere, with an occasional Uber if we were tired. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and weekly cleaning was provided. We experienced a lot of variation in the weather (October/November), so we used both the air conditioning and the heating with great success.
A transportation tip: Use "Calle Lumbreras, 4" as the pickup/dropoff address for Uber rides; the official building address on Jesus del Gran Poder can cause navigation problems due to a nearby road closure.
A tip for lengthy stays: bring your Costco membership card, there's a store a short Uber ride away with many local products at good prices for stocking up. We were very satisfied, but one small suggestion would be for a Wifi extender to make the signal stronger in the downstairs bedrooms.
- Marsh (10/5): Loved it, would definitely come back and recommend. - Clean, well equipt and very comfortable 🙂 There was no sun on the balcony.
- Fanny (10/5): Very relaxing stay in a lovely, spacious apartment - Very comfortable and clean, lovely decoration, everything available to make your stay easy (the first coffee capsules, laundry detergent...). and the terrace was a fantastic place to rest after the visits (and even sometimes instead of visits, it was so relaxing). Great location. It's easy to walk everywhere and it is quiet. on the moment of our visits some sewer problems in the building caused some smells in the apartment, but thankfully only on the top floor (living room) so we just opened up the terrace door :).
- Mazzamacc (10/5): Perfect Home from Home in Seville - What a beautiful apartment! We felt immediately at home here and appreciated the many thoughtful little personal touches by Ángeles to make this a very special place. The location is away from the tourist area in lively Alameda de Hercules which has an authentic feel with lots of families and children playing in the square. The tree lined promenade is packed with nice cafes, bars and restaurants and has a lovely friendly atmosphere.
It took us 15 mins to walk to the main shopping area and another 15 to the cathedral. There is so much to see that it's a pleasant walk. But there are also buses round the periphery road to get back if you need a rest and which also make it a very easy journey to Santa Justa rail station.
The apartment is very nicely furnished with quality linen and cushions etc that all feel new. The bed is firm but comfortable. Great shower and everything very clean. The oven is a bonus - not many apartments have more than a hotplate. There's a huge fridge freezer. Ángeles is a cheerful and responsive host. We used the peaceful private terrace a lot and although it's a lively area especially at weekends, the apartment is cool, dark and quiet at night. We loved the gentle church bells from the terrace on our final breakfast on Sunday morning. Perfect. everything was so good
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very well equipped property in a good location and spotlessly clean, would definitely stay again.
Excellent communication with the owner. Nothing
- Monique (10/5): Best place and location to explore. - everything about this place is phenomenal. There is a lift to the 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area and seating is cozy. A good sized terrace with sitting area and lounge chairs has sunshine in the morning and a perfect place to “siesta” in the afternoon. The bedrooms are downstairs and extremely with comfortable mattresses and towels. One double and one twin room. AC is available if needed. The bathroom has lots of amenities- shower gel, shampoo, cotton wool, makeup remover etc.
We were in Seville for 5 days - and used the apartment as a base for daily exploration. It’s only 20 minutes walk into the center of town, which is very busy with tourists. Staying here gives you a feeling of being amongst the Spanish community.
Things I would recommend: Book your tickets in advance for the cathedral and palace. But a top tip is to visit El Salvador church (stunning) and get a joint ticket which allows you to skip the line at the Cathedral (there are many ways into the Cathedral but the entrance, with the skip the line ticket is by the main box office, but instead of waiting in line you enter left where the tour guides enter).
Bike tour is a great way to see the city. We used See By Bike €25 for 3 hours. Great guides who gave us an overview of the city.
Flamenco show/drink - €25 an hour and very worthwhile, but don’t eat there. Such passion. Was booked by the Bike company.
Metropol Parasol (mushrooms) was an interesting site to visit, but personally wouldn’t do the €15 tour on top of the structure. Felt like an Instagram frenzy at sunset!
We finished our trip with visiting the AIRE Ancient Baths in the old town. We opted for the 45mins massage and baths. Total time in the baths/massage was 2 hours €115. This package gave us the use of the infinity pool overlooking the Cathedral. Very special way to finish off our trip.
Shensations Shiatsu Wellness - highly recommended for a seriously enjoyable massage. Perfect on every single level
