- Rahul (2/5): Out from city rush, calm and residential area. but the owners need to rework on the premises - You smell dust inside the rooms, sheets was not properly washed had stains, bed bugs, and the staffs were okay & polite but i am sorry to say few of them were having infectious skin dieses. - Sailesh (3/5): Poor - Location wise OK Cleanliness
- Ravi (3/5): Poor -
- Chandran (10/5): Comfortable stay and neat - Property is clean and neatly maintained, we booked a family room with 5 adults to stay, staff were so friendly and kind, The rooms are air conditioned but only one bathroom is there in our room so it made us delayed to get ready , other than that it was good, I would recommend 👍🏻
- Mohan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gopala (7/5): Good - Comfortable and fairly clean place. The room was advertised as having 3 besa and 3 futons, but they initially offered us just a room with 2 beds and when we showed them the booking, they opened another room inside the room which was locked, but they were initially reluctant to open for us. There were no futons. Regardless, since we were one couple and two individuals, we accepted the room. Then there were no towels and soap, when we asked, they gave us 2 towels and two pieces of soap. Upon insisting, they gave us two more towels which were clean but ragged. Since we were just staying for one night, we made do with whatever they gave us. Overall not a bad place to stay, but they should provide what they advertise and we shouldn't have to have to ask for everything.

- Kvs87 (9/5): Superb -
- Easwaran (3/5): Poor -
- David (5/5): Passable - Fairly clean, standard, fairly modern room with air conditioner and fan and comfortable bed and, that rare thing, a comfortable pillow. No
room for a chair. Tiny window so hardly any natural light. There is a basic indoor common area, and limited access to a roof but no tea or cooking facilities Wifi was OK. Theres a few little shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. The bathroom was looking old, and not ventilated so the floor didn't dry. The hotel (it's not a homestay) is located a nasty half hour walk to the big temple (or 100 rupee auto ride). Tanjore is not easy to walk around.
When i arrived at 8pm, the night caretaker refused to show me the room, shouting in Tamil at me, until i started walking away. After that he acted really angrily, tried to insist i pay fully in advance, wouldn't show me the wifi code until i started asking other guests: all with lots of shouting. Not really hostile but weird anti customer vibe. He seemed to realise he'd gone over the top, as he was mellower the following days. The cleaners couldn't give me one of the threadbare towels because they had to ask the manager. Basically, unless you deal with the daytime manager - who was ok - be prepared for old fashioned 1980s Indian customer service style.
The main problem was that my room was only separated from reception by a window with a thin piece of wood covering it. So reception business was being conducted one metre from my pillow. And the night guy talked really loudly and played videos on his phone in reception, at full volume, so no privacy and not peaceful until about 11pm, at which time he sets up his bed, one metre outside my bedroom door. The upstairs rooms looked much nicer. But there isn't much choice in Thanjavur, and I'm nostalgic for the 1980s, so I'd probably stay there again but avoid the front downstairs room or try to negotiate a noise discount.
- Vaisagh_d (8/5): Calm and Peaceful Stay - The bathroom and rooms were clean. There were mosquitoes but I can't complain because I come from Kochi and moreover I could sleep peacefully. The apartment is located in a calm and peaceful area which I liked a lot. The room space was less when compared to the photo.
- Sekhar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Santhosh (6/5): Book only if you don't have any other choice - Nothing good except hot water No lift, staff worst behaviour, not provided drinking water, hidden charges, one of the attached bathrooms which we got is not sufficient for bath.
- Anonymous (4/5): Good - Extra bed Insufficient drinking water
- T (8/5): Very good - Clean rooms and surrounding area, with polite staff.

- Bellur (1/5): Better never anyone try this. Lest you will land in trouble - Nil Worst responses
- Chandu (8/5): Very good - It was good and well maintained, need some amenities to be added Room options good but bath room option less
- Shobana (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was good in this property. There is also a drinking water facility and the staff is accommodating. Overall the room is worth the rate. Thank you for giving me a pleasant stay in Thanjavur. The water heather can be improved as the heat Is not much. And also it will be advised to provide towels in the room facilities for more better.
- Gobbakka (1/5): Bad - Worst Support team They don't respond to the queries properly
- Raja (9/5): Superb -
- Amarnath (10/5): Exceptional -

- Rajendran (5/5): Passable - Located good Good
- Surendran (9/5): Superb -
- Saravanan (1/5): Bad - Except the location not happy with any other thing Front staff was not helpful. He was not even ready to give towel. Family room was booked for 5 adults and 2 kids. But bed was too small for 5 adults. They didn't even give bill. No towels were given. He was washing clothes , hands everything in walk space. Dirty toilet
- Krishnamohan (2/5): Very poor - 1 towel provided for a room with 6 people even though they charge for 6 people. It took 30 minutes to get a room late in the night. AC was not working initially.
- Rajesh (1/5): Bad - Waste no cleaning
- Yogeswaran (8/5): Very good -
- Kolur (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lakakkula (1/5): Bad - Very Poor maintenance and over all experience is very bad smelly room and got allergy i wont recommended any body this property and this price you will get better Hotels and no parking . I have pictures to I am Google local guide level 7 need major renovation
- Shreehari (6/5): Pleasant -
- Òscar (10/5): Recommended place to stay in Thanjavur - Kind security. It feels safe. Friendly staff. It is comfortable. Hot water for the shower. Clean bathroom and room. Spacious rooms. AC worked well. Flexible check-in. Nice common spaces with table and sofa. Near the residence there is a good restaurant zone with supermarket and KFC. Although location is not bad, we took a tuk-tuk to go to the Thanjavur Palace which costed around 150 Rs. Besides, it is 15 minutes walking from Thanjavur Junction railway station. As in many other places in India, there were many mosquitoes in the hotel.
- Premkumar (4/5): Not preferable and not value for money - Nothing specific Room is not properly maintained. Lizards were running on the bed and pillows. AC was not working properly. Overall below average stay.
- Adil (4/5): Disappointing -

- Gauder (7/5): Good -
- Sindhuja (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Booked this room seeing photos on Booking.com.

Room was not cleaned. Was very irritating to use the bed and the unhygienic bathroom.
- Chandran (7/5): Overall, felt like home stay:) - I liked the Mattresses. It was were good, comfort and clean. Please consider painting outer side of the building.
- Jyoti (2/5): Very poor - Nothing We had to wait atleast 20mins outside as nobody opened the door when we reached. They do not give any facility except a small room with a bed n bathroom. No hot water for bath. No tea coffee. There was a lizard and mosquitoes in the room. Nobody around if you need to ask anything. Miserable experience.
