• Elena (10/5): - Останавливались на ночь, ехали в Мегри. Тихое, спокойное место, просторные номера. Вежливый персонал. Уютный большой внутренний двор. В 15 минутах пешком отличная таверна с вкусной сюникской кухней. Была сложность с унитазом, не работал смыв, мужу в ночи пришлось разбираться. Утром на пару часов выключили воду

• Anish (10/5): - Friendly and accomodating hosts. Good value for money. The rooms are decent for the price. There's a common kitchen that can be used. And there's a beautiful backyard. Great for long stays.

I recommend it. Thank you.

• Bulle (9/5): - L'emplacement au calme, au vert et néanmoins proche d'un petit supermarché et accessible en Yandex depuis Goris. Le personnel, adorable, aux petits soins. Le jardin et tous ses fruits ! La chambre est spacieuse et propre, il y a de l'eau chaude et du débit. Possibilité de faire une lessive. Sayad et Hayk ont été adorables, merci ! 🤩 La literie pourrait être meilleure. La famille ne loge pas sur place, il ne s'agit donc ni vraiment d'une guest house ni d'un hôtel mais les propriétaires sont disponibles même la nuit par téléphone. Un hamac pour lire dans le jardin serait génial.
• Chevre (5/5): - Le jardin à l'arrière est magnifque et l'hôtel est très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Cet établissement n'est pas une guesthouse mais un hotel. Un peu déçus par l'accueil qui était relativement froid. A notre arrivée, la femme de ménage nettoyait les chambres et ne nous a pas vraiment dit bonjour. Une fois en chambre, nous avons cherché à plusieurs reprises le propriétaire de l'hôtel. Pour finir, nous avons pu le joindre par téléphone et il a envoyé son fils qui était très gentil et nous a aidés à organiser le petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Puis, il n'y avait à nouveau plus personne dans l'établissement jusqu'au lendemain matin.

• Katharina (4/5): Not as good as expected - The room was clean. Unfortunately, we did not receive a particularly warm welcome. The opposite was the case. It was rather a surprise that two guests wanted to stay in the accommodation even though we had made a reservation and we felt as if we were bothering them. When we arrived the power was out and everything was dark. After an hour everything worked again. After we paid, they turned around without a word and disappeared for our entire stay. The walls were very thin and we heard the moaning and loud snoring of the neighbors all night. Unfortunately we did not have the good experience described in the other reviews.

• Weng (9/5): An incredible experience in Shinuhayr, Syunik. - I reached the guesthouse only to realise it was full, actually accommodating refugees from Artsakh Karabakh during the Azerbaijan incursion. The host was unable to speak in English but had a big heart to make necessary arrangement for me by putting me up at their home instead. The hostess and the elderly mum are the sweetest Armenians! I was offered a huge room with thick blankets, homemade dinner and a filling breakfast, even the milk and cheese come fresh from a cow which lives beneath their living quarter. Their guesthouse, and home, is not far from the cemetery which affords amazing veiw of Shinuhayr and the surrounding. Their location is also great for day hikes to the abandoned villages Khot (aka Machu Picchu of Armenia), Shinuhayr, and Halidzor. I would come stay with them again if I am back in Shinuhayr. Make use of Google Translator to communicate with the host if his English-speaking son and wife are not available on site.

• Karine (10/5): This is a great place that makes you feel at home and also has great service. - If you want to travel and visit Armenia, then I recommend the Mirage Hotel. This is the second time I visited this wonderful place in Armenia. The hôtel is located in a unique historical location, in a quiet area where there are small shops and necessary services nearby. The hôtel it self has a garden and gazebos where you can relax and have a good time, drink Armenian coffee or just eat. It will be especially convenient for those traveling with children. My children were satisfied with both the food and their stay at the hotel. Food for all tastes, plenty of choice of fruits and vegetables, excellent homemade food, both European and Armenian. Hot dishes and excellent barbecue are offered, and flyers can choose their favorite menu. In the hotel itself it is possible to book an excursion, and there is also a service to call a car for an excursion, for example, on a cable car, which is listed in the Guinness Book of Records and which leads to the famous Totem Church with its centuries-old history. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need, a bath set, and snow-white bed linen. The room has Wi-Fi and a TV, everything you need for the evening. Service and comfort are provided by the attentive and polite hotel manager.
