• Ankita (10/5): A BEAUTIFUL Home With A STUNNING View! - Absolutely STUNNING. One of the best homes we've stayed in. The views were out of this world but that's not the only highlight. Damon and Emily's place feels like home. The kitchen is kitted out brilliantly, there are plenty of games to play and puzzles to do. Just perfect. The entire house is super cosy and comfortable. We were wanting for nothing. They'd taken care of it all - right down to the beach towels.

The host was so friendly, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were surprised by how well the house was stocked. Absolutely everything has been carefully considered. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay here, and such great value. Highly recommend. Thank you!

No television, and the children forgot to watch TV during their stay. So great holiday with no screen time was a bonus for us. We had a great family time.

• Whiu (10/5): Fabulous place to stay, you won't be disappointed - Amazing view, house fully equipped with everything you could need. Clean and tidy.
• Alison (7/5): Pleasant mini break in a comfortable modern bach style property & stunning views of Doubtless Bay - Stunning views of Doubtless Bay. Good parking for our boat, handy to the deck for loading & unloading. Owner responsive to my requests. Plenty of room with well stocked kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Washing machine & dishwasher. Drying rack for clothes drying. Proximity to neighbours balcony, lacks privacy and was noisy on occasion. I think a clothes dryer would be of benefit especially if you were there in winter or with kids. We found we can live without wifi, TV or microwave which is nice for a change but something to be aware of.

• Karen (9/5): Beautiful and clean, great views and modern amenities. - Location and view, modern amenities, and easy-to-follow instructions on how to 'do' the house. This place would be such a treat in the summer or drier weather. The weather played a big part in enjoying the outdoors and the outdoor facilities, and because it rained, a TV/screen would have been great to keep kids entertained with wifi. The property doesn't have a microwave, which would have been useful for popcorn!
• Stephen (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous place with stunning views. - Whatuwhiwhi Views was absolutely exceptional in every way. We were WOWED when we walked in and were greeted with the stunning view of Doubtless Bay. Having breakfast or a glass of wine on the deck at sunset was a real highlight - as was our stay in general at Whatuwhiwhi Views. It was just beautiful and perfect! Large living area / modern kitchen, two great bedrooms, fab shower room with laundry facilities, loads of beach towels etc to use….. everything was well thought out and spotlessly clean. There was even an outdoor shower. The info booklet really helped us with ideas of where to go. Thank you SO much - staying here was SUCH a memorable part of our travels and we’d LOVE to return! We loved it all!

• Darron (10/5): Superb near new - A modern take on the classic NZ bach and exactly what you want for a classic NZ beach holiday! Kitchen has everything you need and even some oil and spices. Spectacular near 180-degree view of doubtless bay. (No TV or microwave - only mentioning this because its easy to miss while booking). Not much privacy from neighbouring house on the right, but they are quiet, and it didn't affect my stay. The reason there isn't much privacy in that direction is it would cut off some of the amazing view!

It could have been better if their's heat pump/ air-conditioning system as it is hot and humid during the night.
