• Nicolas (10/5): RELAXANT - Séjour absolument exceptionnel au Baglio Tramontana. Probablement l’un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai eu l’occasion de faire. Tout est d’un niveau de soin rare : les espaces sont impeccables, l’établissement est neuf et parfaitement entretenu, avec une vraie attention portée à chaque détail. La literie est tout simplement incroyable — confort parfait, on dort vraiment comme dans un nuage. Le calme et la qualité des équipements rendent le séjour extrêmement reposant. Mention spéciale au maître d’hôtel et à toute l’équipe : accueil chaleureux, service discret mais ultra professionnel, toujours aux petits soins sans en faire trop. On sent une vraie exigence de qualité et de satisfaction client. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés. Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin. La communication en anglais peut parfois être un peu difficile, mais cela n’a absolument aucune importance tant le personnel est gentil, attentionné et bienveillant. On arrive toujours à se comprendre, et ils font tout pour aider.

• Frank (10/5): Tolles Zimmer, hervorragendes Restaurant, herrliche Dachterrasse. - Großes, modernes, sehr sauberes Zimmer in bester Lage von Gangi. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und von guter Qualität. Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen an, alle Speisen waren ausgezeichnet, besonders meine Pizza. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight, von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick in die herrliche Landschaft. Alles war gut.

We decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel which was a delight. A complementary pre-dinner cocktail was a nice surprise too. The room was spacious and spotless and comfortable and clean. In the morning we were presented with a lovely breakfast buffet and omelettes made to order by the kindest smiling chef. I cannot recommend this experience enough. We would love to return.

The breakfast was enjoyable, the room very clean and the roof terrace was relaxing with the most beautiful 360-degree view - including a view of Mt. Etna. The renovated hotel is incredible, with a beautiful courtyard. I would very happily stay again. Thanks, Fifi, for such an enjoyable stay.
• Baedke (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern facility in the old part of town. The owner took great care of us and was very helpful when we had a problem with our rental car. The streets are very narrow and if you have a car you must park it down on the main road, so it is a bit of walking up hill, but the old city houses are very interesting. The walking is good exercise.

• Michele (9/5): Lovely, modern, clean hotel with a wonderful owner! - The owner was very nice and communicated thoroughly prior to check in. The property had very modern amenities in an historic building. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! The hotel is located in a part of town that you cannot comfortably drive a rental car to. We were told to park on the outskirts of town and the owner would pick us up and transport us to the hotel. The owner picked us up in a car that barely fit our luggage - we had to leave of the back of the car open and put a suitcase on the back seat next to the second person staying. When we arrived to the property, we were given our choice of rooms to stay in. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the upper rooms and there was no additional staff to help carry the bags up multiple flights of stairs. We chose to stay in a ground floor room so as not to have to carry the bags upstairs. Upon taking a shower, the floor drain clogged and the entire bathroom flooded with water. The room could use the following: additional overhead lighting (room was very dim), waste basket in the main room besides the bin in the bathroom near the toilet, 2 drinking/wine glasses, and a corkscrew. Lastly, the main entrance glass door was left open all night and no one was at the front desk. While Gangi is a very small town, we felt unsafe as we were the one guests on property.

• Tim (10/5): Gangi was the prettiest of Sicily and this hotel is an ode to Gangi - Gangi is picture perfect and this boutique bed and breakfast is right in the middle. This. B&B in this recently (?) renovated house had it all: welcoming host, nice terrace with a view, a good breakfast with fresh food and it’s clean. Gangi is so small that you have to be aware that weekdays offseason are empty. Which gives you gorgeous street views, but also a hard time finding a restaurant. Most are closed. Get yourself a good lunch and some small bites during the day.
• Vincent (10/5): Perfecto! - What an absolutely gorgeous town! The people here are so friendly and inviting! Our host Fifi was so accommodating and wonderfully sweet! She felt like family by the time we left. Breakfast was wonderful and cappuccino was delicious! The room was perfect! Comfortable beds and the BEST shower! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they made it so special! Be ready to get your exercise in this town but that is all part of the experience! We loved all the restaurants we visited. If you are visiting Gangi, this is your place! Nothing!

The pizza and home made pasta were the best we have eaten here and the savoury breakfast was so rich and tasty the we didn’t need lunch that day. Just a great place and a must-stay if you visit Sicily and the roof terrace with etna view is a great bonus. It is a little off-track and might be hard toreach for inexperienced drivers but 100 % worth the trip.

• Elodie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely room with large shower and exposed stone walls. Very well kept property. Rooftop terrace with sweeping views. Gangi is a quiet, beautiful old hill town. It can be a little hard to find as it’s in the historical center, and you have to park several streets below. The staff helpfully came to get us!
• Mauro (9/5): Beautiful gem with beautiful people in the centre of Gangi. - The property was recently renovated. Beautiful outside and inside. The room was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a feast. The highlight was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and of the owners. They made every effort to meet our every need. There were not many options in Gangi for New Year's Eve, so they organized a beautiful dinner with many delicious entries for us and their friends. That was a taste sensation of local produce. We felt at home there and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much! We had a relatively big car and could not drive to the property, which is common in Gangi. However, the staff of the Baglio even came to pick us up and bring us back to a parking spot in the outskirt of the town, so this was not a problem at all!

• Christine (9/5): A great place to stay in Gangi! - Gangi is amazing! So glad we chose this hotel for our visit. The hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and has an amazing and accommodating staff. They told us where to park at the base road of the city and came to pick us up with our luggage. They drove us up to the hotel. Front desk staff were so nice! Helped us with suggestions and called ahead for us to ask about touring the Chieso Madre. We had made a reservation at their hotel for dinner but they didn’t seem to have it. Much confusion about getting dinner in the dining room. We finally ended up with a table so we could eat. Breakfast buffet was included in price and was convenient. They let us store our bags while we toured Gangi and then transported us back to our car. We are so glad we stopped in this magical place!
