- Helta (1/5): This hotel is the worst hotel in my life. - This hotel is not as good as it looks on the website. I booked a room for two adults and two kids in the booking system, but the hotel provided us a room with two small beds. Morever, when we complained to hotel staff, she seemed to not know what she was doing and asked us to pay more if we wanted bigger beds. To make it worse, having booked a room for two adults and two kids in the booking system, we only got breakfast for two adults only. They didn't consider kids humans who needed food and meals. This hotel is the worst hotel experience in my life. I won't recimmend this hotel ever to anyone I know. I didn't like everything. The hotel staffs are irresponsible.

- Alistair (7/5): Basic accomodation - The location is good. Close to two train stations and within walking distance of most of what I wanted to do. The laundry service was good value. There was nowhere to hang my clothes apart from a couple of hangers on a wall hook. No fridge either or tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was poor and cold on the morning that I tried it. I didn't bother the other mornings.

- Ruizhi (10/5): Great Stay! - Staff were very accommodating to my requests, location is just a short walk from main attractions like Ampera Bridge and Monpera, and the room i stayed in was very clean and comfortable! The room also had bedside power outlets, which meant I could charge my phone while scrolling in bed. A thoughtful touch!

I dont know where the bad smell come from), from the first time we open the door room. We stay at room 309 and my son at room 308 (his room also had a bad smell). We did not ask to get other room coz too tired.
