• Anna (9/5): Logement très beau, agréable et très propre. - La localisation était parfaite ! Proche du métro et dans une rue très calme Le canapé lit défectueux, confortable pour nos deux garçons en bas âge mais nous n’aurions pas pu dormir dessus en tant qu’adulte.

Spazioso con aiuto del personale ! - Ottima abitazione in posizione davvero perfetta, arredata molto bene, bagno con doccia molto grossa, camera molto bella e spaziosa, divano letto comodo. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie a disposizione Molto pulito

• Roberto (4/5): Brutta esperienza - Arrivati dopo le 23 [ orario fine ceck in ) ci ha aspettato un ragazzo gentile ( pagando 50 € in contanti ) , ci ha mostrato l'appartamento ed ha costatato il divano letto guasto , il giorno dopo avrebbe avvisato la proprietà , il giorno dopo hanno avvisato che nn potevano risolvere il problema in breve scusandosi , ci siamo arrangiati come da foto. Sistemando i vestiti nel armadio abbiamo trovato rifiuti e asciugamani del precedente soggiorno, allego foto, avvisato la proprietà scusandosi provvedendo ad un risarcimento ( dopo un mese gli abbiamo riscritto nn avendo ricevuto nessuna risposta)

• Madelon (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - Beautiful renovated apartment. Has everything you need. We loved the location! Lot of noise in the building, also during night. The sofa in the living room is really crap.not a lot of natural lightin the apartment.

• Sulaiman (10/5): Splendid vist to madrid ,thanks Madflats - First of all Madflatst they are simply great .The location was perfect ,supermarkets restaurants within 200 m away , subway 400 m gran via 600 m , plaza de spain 700 m and the others locations to visit within 1km .The apartment was very clean and tidy ,the stuff also very helpful specially Arturo ,the contact with the stuff also was very helpful,smoothy and respectful.The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need from the espresso machine to the washing machine 👍.I’ll give them 10/10 for everything.Thanks alot and I’ll come back soon.

• Tabitha (9/5): Stylish yet relaxing base for a city break in Madrid - perfect for 1 or 2! - The apartment was incredibly clean & stylishly decorated. The air conditioning works perfectly in both the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. The shower is large & powerful, perfect for a relaxing shower after travelling or spending the day exploring the city. There is plenty of kitchen utensils and a small fridge to have your own snacks & simple meals made on hob/microwave if you do not always want to eat out. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine for clothes which was really appreciated in the 35+ degree heat this summer. The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet and felt authentically madrileño. The host company communicated with us clearly through Whatsapp and sent very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. :) There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay, I was very impressed :)

• Dexter (3/5): Poor - Location The online check in process required a lot of details from me, they also demanded an additional credit card for a deposit. the madflats lot are effectively a broker for apartments in the area and don't really help. No baggage lockers either & the apartment wasn't in the best nick when we arrived. Will be taking up more specific issues with booking.com and madflats. Worst hotel I've been with on booking.com

• Dragos (9/5): One week family trip to Madrid - - Great location: walking distance to just about anything in the city center. Most attractions are between 10 and 30 minutes of walking. - Clean and well equipped - Super friendly and responsive staff The things I did not like would only be relevant for families or groups of 3 or 4 and that's because of the apartment's size. So: - Somewhat smaller than expected: I knew it was a studio but the extended the sofa takes most of the living room. That means that the table & chairs are always in your way and create plenty of possibilities to kick them :). There were other apartments on Booking that we crossed out because of this as their pictures did a better job at capturing that space. - The lowered ceiling lamp: i hate it :). With the sofa extended, the only way to move around will get you inches away from the lamp. Your forehead will meet the light bulbs at least once per day
