• David (10/5): Great location. Amazing host. Beautiful place to stay. Strongly recommend this place. - Beautiful guesthouse. Spacious bedroom. Comfortable and clean. Shared kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator allowed us to prepare all our own meals. Grocery store is within walking distance. Swimming pool and access to a bicycle are an added bonus. Host is very attentive and friendly. We had a lovely visit to the Buddha Eden Garden.

• Naftali (8/5): good value for money - Owner was very friendly and helpful! Free parking on the street nearby. I would expect that if the property accepts only cash then it would be clearly specified in the property description. The fact that prepayment is not required means nothing in my opinion, because we booked the room at the late evening (just 10 minutes before we arrived) so we guessed that this was the reason for the "no prepayment is required". Arriving at the evening and only then finding out that credit card is useless there was very inconvenient. We were lucky that the owner allowed money transfer to the bank account, as otherwise we had to leave the property as we had no cash and it was too late to go to the bank and we planned to leave early in the morning. Also, wire transfer can be a mess and sometimes expansive if it's an international transfer. Finally, if a TV and a kitchen+refrigerator are specified in the room's facilities, I would expect these in the room, not in the lobby or a shared kitchen, but this was not an issue as the refrigerator in the shared kitchen was available for everyone.

• Rebecca (9/5): Convenient, Welcoming, clean and comfy - The staff was really friendly. The owner even picked us up from our place as we could not get a taxi from our place to the hotel. She showed us the area and was very welcoming. The room was super clean and in the centre of the village of Bombarral which is a nice small village, less crowded then other places and cheaper than peniche or other touristic areas. However, the place is located just very close to tourist places like Obidos, Peniche, Lisbon, Sintra. For the price i thought the place was really good so I don't think there was anything wrong with it. Of course, it is located in a less touristic area so you must like quietness to crowdness.
