• Jonathan (10/5): - Probably my favourite place in vientiane to stay. It is great and the staff are very friendly. If you want a place in the centre for a good price i highly recommend here. And for a bonus there is a lovely French restaurant just outside with fantastic baguettes and a Japanese place with katsu and ramen plus seriously cold beer. Everything was great. I cannot wait to go back.

• Adrian Keith (7/5): It was ok. - It was within the proximity of everything and the staff were kind. I wont suggest the place for comfort seeker. The facilities should be improved. Though everything was functional but things seem a little outdated. The bed was kinda hard, the sink has a strong smell. The toilet could get some upgarde as well.

Bei Bettwäsche keine Einwände. Halt Asien. Elektrogeräte der Kochgelegenheit nicht in Reichweite von Anschlüssen. Funktion nicht geprüft. Ein Zimmer war nicht nutzbar. Licht war an. Tür stand offen. Fensterspalt groß. Massiver Moskitobesatz..Zimmer Hinterhof.

• Jodin (6/5): Good for a short stay - Great location, at the city centre and near to the attractions such as night market, monument etc The door is a hard to close / lock. The entrance is hidden in an alley. If you are arriving at night, may hard to find.

• Anna Leticia (10/5): GREAT PLACE - The place is clean and very well located. It's centrally located and has many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so there's no need to take a taxi. The entrance is a bit hidden, but from the photos on Booking.com, it's easy to find. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I had a very important meeting by google meets the day after I arrived and I was worried about wifi, but it worked very well, so I was super glad! The manager was incredibly attentive to me, even before my arrival, giving me a lot of guidance. I had a problem at the border, and he was able to help me resolve it. I asked him to give me a hand to organize my desk for a meeting I needed to attend, and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend this hostel. The receptionist doesn't speak English, so for those that are not familiar with technology, communication can be tricky. I always use Google Translate for these situations, so it's not a problem for me.

• Guest (5/5): - When we arrived to the hotel we left our luggage and went for a walk around town. As the sun was setting we were at a rooftop bar and realized that we (my wife and I) were both online searching for a new hotel to stay in. It was just dirty and moldy with tape holding up the trim boards and a giant gap under the door and the place didn’t feel very secure. I’m sure it is fine for a lot of people but we didn’t stay.

Even we waited for 10-20 minutes before we check in since there is no reception that time. But it’s okay. Also, i pay dollar but they just change me a Kip money.

• Anonymous (6/5): Considering the price, and following "you get what you pay for", it lived up to expectations. - Friendly staff. Free water. Big bed. Desk in room. Hot shower with good water pressure. Room was large. Nice size fridge. Microwave right outside door. Long lines of ants running from bathroom to front door, and lots of scouts in other rando places, especially the foot of the bed. Bathroom faucet was broken and difficult to use. The pictures advertised showed a separate shower and microwave inside the room, which is why I chose it, but the shower got the entire bathroom wet because it wasn't separate, and the microwave was also outside in the public almost empty kitchen area. The air conditioner makes a 'shaking' noise sometimes, was distracting once in awhile. Condition of the room and bathroom in general was along the lines of "old and falling apart".
• William (3/5): Poor - The room was clean and aircon and ceiling fan dup a bonus. Good Shower. No TV, no shower products, steep stairs too rooms ( dangerous when wet, no lounge area. One bottle of water on arrival ( no refills )Tin roof in the rainy season( which it did ). The hotel is up an alleyway so bigger sign needed it took my Tuc Tuc driver 30 minutes to find it. Although very good generally reception staff tried to charge nearly double for the booking on checking in although they backed down I still ended up paying more than double the booked price. This is a backpackers guest house with free enterprise staff ! If your literally just going to sleep ok .

Hot shower (though electric water heater at tap, if that bothers you). Booked here actually to have private room for shower and business meeting on Zoom while in transit. That worked fine for a one off, but wouldn't do it for longer because lighting in room was poor in the extreme. Two ceiling fixtures with dim blue florescent light. I needed my cell phone flashlight to read anything. Also, no TP in bathroom -- though with shower/toilet combo-chamber, not sure how you'd keep TP dry.

• Sergei (9/5): Batman - I can 100% reccomend this hotel! I've been arrived at night but the reception was opened. The room was upstairs, quite nice, the facilities and bed were clean. I liked this reference to Barman and the signs around that help you to find the hotel. There are many restaurants in this area, so the location is good. There was no option for a late check out. The sound isolation isn't good but not an issue for me.

Good location in centre of vientiene close to lots of cafes/ bars and restaurants wasn’t very clean, bathroom floor was dirty and was a used sanitary product on the floor. Some stains on the bed and furniture dusty. Feel bad saying it but wouldn’t really recommend
