Guest Reviews
- Mulholland (9/5): - It has a wonderfully hospitable host, and the room felt very comfortably and efficient. It was a bit distant from public transportation, particularly during offhours.
- Prasitthipat (10/5): - Location was very good
Very suitable for family

- satoru (9/5): 満足してます。 - 家族だったので一軒家でくつろげました。 清潔感があって綺麗でした。
- Jenny (8/5): It was a great and cozy place to stay and is perfect for huge families or a large group! - It was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay before we went back home. The staff were incredibly kind and generous and made sure we were okay. The location is close to amenities such as a grocery store and many different restaurants. My family and I had a great stay at the Guesthouse Cherry! It was far from the subway but luckily you can take the bus to the subway!

- YIJU (10/5): Overall, the four of us like it very much. The most important thing is that they are very welcoming! - The landlord and his family can speak Japanese and English, and the living room on the first floor is very comfortable and has a kitchen and snacks. There are two rooms and a toilet on the second floor, which is great!! The washing machine has some lint, and the second floor might not be suitable for elderly people with limited mobility.
- Erwin (9/5): Would do it again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend to family/friends. - The host was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the fact that when we brought up an issue about the washer, she immediately addressed it by coming over to resolve. (It turned out not to be a big problem after all, hehe). Instructions that she provided for the property facilities were very helpful, contained in a handbook. What we found to be particularly useful were the bus timetables and other transportation related guides. Rooms were just right to accommodate a family of five (5). We were able to treat it as a "home away from home" given the stove, microwave, fridge and other facilities. Probably the best part was how the host pointed us to a cool grocery store called "OK" where prices were crazy affordable (Hence the name, hehe) :) Well - the property is not near a train station which would have been nice. This is perhaps a factor for why this B&B is so affordable, so we really cannot complain. Just a heads up to travelers of 4 or more - you can take the bus from either Minami-Senju Station (from the north) or Asakusa Station (from the south), but you take the risk of encountering crowds of people on the bus, which may affect your riding experience given the luggage you need to drag on board. Our party of five opted to take the 20 to 25 minute walk from Minami-Senju station, each with luggage to drag - in the sweltering (92 deg F, 33 deg C) heat.
- Emmy (10/5): Very comfortable & cozy stay. will definitely stay here again & recommend to others. - The owner is super friendly, prepared us with welcome gifts 😍. Conveniently located, really close to bus stops & OK Supermarket. Nothing
- Kee (9/5): Superb -
- Teigen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for only two days, but it was the most comfortable, feel-like-home place during our two-week trip to Japan. The attentive host and quiet neighborhood made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you so much for the great communication and lovely presents, which made our eventful days in Tokyo even more memorable. We sincerely hope to spend more time here soon.
- Pam (10/5): Exceptional - The staffs are very nice, friendly and kind. The location is very close to supermarket just 2 minutes walk but still quiet to stay. Super clean and very good facilities!!
Close to the bus stop to go to the city. The way back needs a bit of walk but not too far. Recommend for a group or a family because of seperate sections.
Overall Heartwarming to stay💕 Nothing
- Danessa (10/5): Awesome is the best word to describe our 5 days stay! We met the most lovely hosts and place! - This accommodation's hosts are nothing but the most thoughtful and caring! They are so easy to approach and replies quickly when anything is needed. Their guesthouse is so clean and comfy and got everything you need, you can easily feel at home. OK Hashiba is less than a minute walk away, so convenient. It's also very near the Sumida Park and river. Tokyo Skytree can be clearly seen from the accommodation room's windows. We loved our stay so much! It's a little far from the train station, a good 20 minutes walk or so. But there are buses you can ride, though there is a need to get familiar with the stops and schedules first. Just needs a little more time to get used to so it's not too bad :)
