• Yunus Emre (8/5): - Arkadaşımla seyahat ettiğim için ilk önceliğim 2 ayri yatak olmasıydı. Bu özelliğini ve odanın japonya standartlarında ideal büyüklükte olmasını sevdim. Metro ve tramvay 10 dk yürüme mesafesi uzaklığında. 15-20 dk icinde Akihabara yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Fiyat olarak olanakları iyiydi. Yataklar rahattı. Oda temizliği yok. Kaldığınız süre boyunca odanızın temizlenmeyeceği ve çöplerinizin alınmayacağını bilin. Hatta 4. Günün sonunda görevli bayanı yakalayıp havlularımızı değiştirmesini istedik. Tuvaleti gerçekten cok küçük. Banyoda bir yerlere vurmadan üst değiştirmek zor. Duvarlar çok ince olduğundan ses direk dışarıya çıkabiliyor ve ses yapmayın, kovulursunuz uyarısı yüzünden telefonla bile rahat konuşamıyorsunuz.

• ASUKA (8/5): お布団など清潔感あり、とってもお安い！ - とても安いのに キレイでアメニティもちゃんとあり、 ベッドが低かったので 狭さを感じさせませんでした ユニットバスがとても狭かった 荷物をもって階段を登らなければいけなかった
• Marylou (2/5): 9 minutes from the train station, newer built but poor customer service - Location I reserved a quadruple room with 4beds but we were given a room with 2 double beds. We have to share beds because they won’t respond to any of my messages or emails. The bathroom is so small which is good only for people less than 5feet tall and <100lbs. No place to put your toiletries and had to squeeze in to get in. We asked for more towels and garbage bags but there were no response. We messaged them thru WhatsApp and still no response.
• jules (1/5): Rubbish- avoid - It was relatively close to a train station Not allowed to open windows message pinned to wall by window telling us not to. towels tiny, bathroom the size of a cupboard)( im 5ft3 and sat with my knees to my chest to fit in the bath) can sit on toilet, hands in sink, feet in bath. Bathroom had lots of dark hair in it, had to wash bedding myself on arrival as smelt bad.( Don't think Bathroom was cleaned before we arrived or bedding changed) Toiletries in bottle with no label and whatever was in the dove body wash bottle wasn't dove- so had to buy own toiletries too. Main door to street insecure , people can just walk in. Walls thin can hear every noise from neighbours. During 6 days stay no housekeeping offered or done. Returned one day to find a woman going through our rubbish id left out to be collected in the communal hallway. Water took ages to drain from bath and smelt horrendous .

• misaki (1/5): - 当日行っても誰もいません。受付にそこに記載されているLINEに連絡しても繋がりません。ホームページに書いてある電話番号に電話しても今はつながりませんとなります。その後たくさん調べて電話したところがやっとつながりました。前日に部屋番号のメッセージを送ったと言われました。当日急に別のホテルに泊まりましたので返金の対応をお願いしても対応してもらえてません。みなさんおススメしません。
• TADASHI (1/5): - 特になし。 2泊したけど、ベットメイキングがなかったのが、非常に残念でした。タオルやシーツは使いまわしになるので、衛生面は最悪。普通は、無料でやってくれるはず。タオル交換が有料はおかしい！ トイレと風呂のユニットバスが超狭かったし、トイレットペーパーの替えすらも置いてなかったので、ありえないと思った。もう二度と泊まることはない。

• dany (1/5): Nastiest Place Worldwide - Literally nothing good about this place. Everything was filthy dirty, dusty and sticky all over. Beds had hair and signs of use. Random plastic object around the room from "repairs" which makes no sense. Bathroom was moldy. Beds has nasty stains aswell. We asked to get new bedding due to hair and stains and they refused to believe us that it was dirty. I can't even believe this place was so bad and nasty and I wish I was joking

• Sara (4/5): Pas de staff à aucun moment n'est pas rassurant pour moi. - La chambre était bien. la tranquillité du quartier. Je ne savais pas que c'était un hotel sans staff, et je n'avais rien reçu sur mon email qui me donne mon numéro de chambre ainsi que le code la porte, donc à mon arrivée vers 1h du matin, il y'avait personne, j'ai paniqué et dû prendre une chambre dans un autre hotel pour passer la nuit. Pas de réponse au numéro watsapp laissé sur le contoire de la réception. Un calvaire et une grosse peur car l'hotel semblait désert. Le lendemain, ce n'est qu'après que l'amie qui a booker l'hotel via son compte (l'email de reception était le mien) leur a envoyé un message sur booking qu'ils ont répondu. La chambre était bien (même si cétait au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et avec une très grosse valise) mais cette histoire m'a sérieusement contrarié.
• Mayumi (5/5): - 立地。夜も静か ・部屋番号などのGuideが6日前に送付となっているが送られてきていなかったので、なかなか部屋に入ることができなかった。 たまたま他の宿泊者がいてメッセージを送ると返事がくると聞いて送り、やっと部屋番号がわかった。 ・清掃代として宿泊料の他に3000円も取られているのに、バスタブの排水が悪くシャワーのあと流すのに困ったり、ハンドソープが空だったりと損した感が強い。
• 丸之内 (10/5): - 立地がとても良く、駅からも近いです。駅周辺には飲食店も多く、コスパもとても良いです。
• nobuhiro (1/5): 宿泊代の2万円が世の中の勉強代だった。 - スタッフが不在で宿泊手続きができなかった。 電話で伺ったが、対応期間が過ぎているとの返事で役にたたなかった。 結果的に宿泊できなかった。 70歳過ぎの人には無人手続きは難しい。
• Jorge (3/5): Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación, ya que es muy difícil encontrar algo amplio en el cen - La amplitud de la habitación, así como su ubicación en Tokyo. La llegada fue muy confusa, no tienen personal y no nos contactaron antes para facilitarnos los datos de nuestra llegada, tuve que escribir un whatsapp para que nos los facilitaran. Era un tercero sin escaleras, por lo que subir y bajar las maletas fue una odisea. Una de las ventanas de la habitación no tenía cortinas, por lo que a las 6:15 de la mañana todos los días entraba plena luz del sol a través de ella y era muy difícil de conciliar el sueño. El hotel no tiene personal visible en las instalaciones, ni un solo día de nuestra estancia recibimos limpieza en la habitación y escribí un par de veces al whatsapp facilitado del hotel para pedir un cambio de toallas limpias y nunca me respondieron.

• Selina (7/5): - Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert. Check-In war einwenig verwirrlich. Das Personal hat aber schnell geholfen.
• ryo (2/5): コスパ悪すぎ - 無人フロントなので分からないことはチャットで質問するとすぐ回答してくれた。 清掃が若干雑 ユニットバスが狭い タオルの吸水性が悪い ティッシュなどのアメニティ類が少ない 子連れで行ったのでベッドが多い部屋を選んだが値段にしてはお得感がなかった。

• Dilara (7/5): Close to good tourist spots and station! - The closeness to the stations! The great location near Asakusa sight seeing spots. Near Tōkyō tower. Very small, got crammed with two big luggages. You could leave your luggage outside the door but we didn’t want to risk theft so we kept it inside but was sort of a struggle. We didn’t stay too long though so it was bearable. Bathroom was too small for us. We are tall siblings, 173cm and 190cm. If you’re smaller it should be ok.

• Melinda (7/5): Good for value, don't expect too much. - It's hard to find one room with two double beds for family of four. This availability was attractive. Beds were comfortable enough for the price. There was air conditioning and check in process was easy enough to follow. Just remember to fill in all guest details before you arrive to save some time. There were the basic things provided like hair dryer, small fridge and kettle, but there were no any sort of cups. There were no rubbish bin but garbage bags. Room size is small and not much room to move around if you want to buy bento and eat in.

• Michalia (7/5): It's an okay stay. - I loved the location. It was convenient to get to everywhere. I loved that it was modern and beautifully decorated. I also love that there was a separate seating area in the room. The pictures don't do any justice showing exactly how small the room is. With 4 people in the room you barely have space for any luggage. Despite looking nice the shower curtain was visibly moldy. For the price, it wasn't really worth it even with it being a convenient location. The limited space is definitely major major downside. But at least the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable.

• Merili (8/5): Pleasant homestay if you want to get away from the city rush! - Very comfortable beds, spacious for 3 people - much more space than in any other Tokyo hotel. Close to 7/11. 8-10 min walk to different metro stations. Not enough toilet paper for 5 days, had to run to 7/11 although it should be a necessity in a place light this. The headboard was dusty and although I'm a blonde girl, I found some black hair in my bed .... Be careful when you have a lot of luggage - going up the stairs might be a bit tricky.
