Saç kurutma makinesini 2 kere istedik, hemen gönderiyoruz dediler ama gelmedi. Kapalı otopark günlük 20 Euro. Otopark girişi ve çıkışı karla kaplı ve kapıları onlar açtığı için araba çıkarken kayıyor

Nisu nista rekli nego samo da moram da pomerim auto a tek kasnije decko koji tu radi mi je rekao da je led pao sa krova . Cista LAZ da su napisali da led pada sa krova . Klasicna bosanska prica , daj pare a i ne moras da dodjes . Hostapleri i prevaranti . Izbegavati u sirokom luku . Naravno da cu ih tuziti za ostecen nov BMW .

Kayak merkezine çok yakın yürüne nesafesinde. Zaten Termag Hotel ile aynı işletme olduğu için kayak kiralamamızı da Termagdaki kayak odasından kiraladık. Oradan direkt kaymaya başlayabiliyor ve bitirirken odanın önüne kadar kayakla gelebiliyorsunuz. Tam karşısında küçük bakkal gibi bir market var. Ev için alışveriş yapacaksanız havaalanından çıkınca Bingo süpermarket var. Biz alışverişimizi yapıp öyle gittik. Girişindeki restoran zaten hem kahvaltı hem akşam yemekleri için gayet uygun ve lezzetli. Tesisin çalışanları her konuda çok yardımcılar. Çok doğru bir seçim yaptığımızı her an hissettik.

• Victoria (9/5): Lovely hotel and location with helpful staff - Fab property, our apartment was great, big size, quiet, lovely decor, comfy bed and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is in a good location to the slopes and there is a boot room. You rent your skis from Hotel Termag across the road, so very easy to sort. Two small things we couldn’t get the heating to work and the phone didn’t work. There is no iron in your room, you are charged per item for them to do this, not expensive but good to know. The biggest thing for us was the smoking in the restaurant, this was a lovely place with great food but this was not great. This is the same as every restaurant at Jahorina.

• Petra (10/5): One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced — unforgettable in every way. - Honestly, I’ve stayed in many accommodations in my life, but this one is easily one of my absolute top favourites. The place is simply brutal 🤎it has everything you can possibly need. The view is breathtaking, the atmosphere is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I also ate at the restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing 🫶🏻truly top quality. The restaurant staff were super cheerful and made the experience even better. Literally everything exceeded my expectations. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. If anything, I just wish I could have stayed here for a whole month 🥹that’s how good it was.

• Volker (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr neu, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir waren im Sommer da. Parkplatz noch im Bau. Insg. wird sehr viel in der Stadt gebaut. Da es auf Wintertourismus ausgelegt ist waren wir praktisch fast alleine im Hotel. Rezeption war im Nebenhotel problemlos erreichbar.

• Nedim (10/5): Relaxing, serene - I stayed off-season, and my experience was truly positive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the space was just the right size, making me feel at ease. The balcony offers a stunning view, which further enriched my stay. The main reason for my visit was to escape the city noise, enjoy the silence, breathe fresh air, and rest my eyes on the beautiful forest. I truly enjoyed my time and felt refreshed after my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and it frequently disconnected. However, the cable access to the TV allowed seamless Netflix streaming without any issues. Since I'm local, I could rely on my 5G connection, but this could cause significant problems for international visitors.

Well located in the village with two different lifts in short walking distance. Really friendly staff and great value for money. Bit of a confusing lift system to get down to the boot room and the outdoor boot room path was unfinished - so boots basically get muddy trying to get in.. other than that, it was perfect.

• Alenka (8/5): - The property is new, the furniture and the whole building is very nicely decorated with natural materials. There is an option for breakfast in the restaurant. Ski slopes are in the walking distance. The receptionist are not friendly at all. We could not get into our apartment in 2 occasions, because the electronic key card didn't work. I would expect some compensation as in the one occasion my partner couldn't get inside at 11: 30 at the night and had to wait for the guy to come to open the door with physicals key, The second thing was that our car was damaged by the ice falling down from the roof. we are solving this with them.

The apartment is stunning, such nice interior design and great communal space - which made it great for a friends/couples holiday. kitchen basics could be provided - such as oil, salt, pepper etc.

Nadmašilo sva očekivanja, prvi put na Jahorini i stvarno usluga je baš odlična i ljubaznost te pristupačno osoblje tu u Monterri i u Termagu te po preporuci sa recepcije išli jesti u Kolibu i hrana odlična i usluga za 10. Svuda na Jahorini gdje god došli od kave, hrane i ostalo je usluga i ljubaznost baš izražena. Vanjski parking je odličan, siguran. Nema te stavke, stvarno sve je bilo extra odlično.
