Taxi operator easily available through hotel desk. Small bathroom, towels provided have lost their lustre, looks dirty. Definitely not a 4 star. Bathroom door and toilet seat right next to bed. Not worth paying 6400rs/- per night without breakfast. Wifi is patchy. Couldn't do work video call. Menu was kept same due to cylinder shortage but chef could've improvised.

Behaviour and attitude of the reception staff are very pathetic, except one lady staff 2. Rooms were not clean 3. The issued room was not the same as shown in the picture 4. The carpet outside the room was full of dust and they didn't clean even though requested 5. The bath towels were dirty and it looked like they didn't wash properly 6. Poor quality of tap water, smelly and itchy ² 7. It seems that there is a discrimination against South people, so people from South India, better avoid booking this hotel 8. And lastly but not the least, it's not worthy and overpriced. we have paid 6,000 rs for one day and based on our experience, the price should be halved...like it is worth around 2000 to 2500 rs only

• Albert (5/5): Триптам Вриндаван - Есть кондиционер, холодильник, горячая вода, свет, лифт, на ресепшен поменяли доллары и приняли оплату в долларах. Кровать удобная, вид из окна на посёлок. Номер маленький, ванная очень маленькая, принадлежности для душа на 1 человека, нас было 2. Фена нет, завтрак скудный, вегетарианский, что логично, Персонал неприветливый, в коридоре постоянно кричали русские соседи. Тапок нет, и это за 9000 рупии в сутки. Стены в номере разрисованы карандашом, и меню тоже, Красная цена 3000 рупии.

• Vipul (5/5): Property was ok but they should’ve more honest with you about their facilities. - Location The property was promised certain amenities such as door-to-door parking. However, this is not available as the site is used for functions and my parents must walk from the main road and park on a different location. Additionally, the food for drivers was excessively expensive and there were no facilities for drivers stay unless you pay crazy amount for their stay. When I raised this with the manager they were uncooperative.

• ADHYARU (10/5): Excellent hotel - Radhe Radhe we stayed at Triptam for the second time. It is a perfect location to visit all the local temples. The staff at the hotel were polite, helpful and provided excellent service. This also includes the restaurant staff, espically the chef: Anandji who came and spend time with us when we were in restaurant. My utmost thanks to General Manager Manveerji and Vaibhavji who came out of their way to help us. If you visiting Vrindavan Dham then we would highly recommend this hotel. N/A

He was particular in knowing our taste and backgrounds while suggesting dishes. Ashu Chauhan the supervisor too is vigilant and always there for guests needs and promptly addressing them. My special mention with Thanks for Mr Vaibhav Garg, the FO Manager. He has exceptional knowledge of the hospitality as well as informed with relevant issues that guests might have. I was attacked by a monkey for spectacles. When he learnt he insisted upon getting treatment for rabies and TT. He arranged for the doctor visit and care was taken immediately. His knowledge of Dham on its nuances with insights make an interesting conversation. This was my spouse's 3rd visit at Triptum while my was the first yet I'm sure is beginning. As the name suggests the hotel makes the guest truly TRIPTUM...

The staff were exceptional, helpful, took care of our every need and sometimes went beyond our expectations to help us with our travel plans and temple visits.
