• Cynthia (10/5): Excellent apartment that met our every need!! - The apartment was clean and tidy!! The courtyard and walkways made for nice surroundings. The stairs were cumbersome but could not be avoided.

Lovely garden grounds you would not expect to find on a main road, would be amazing in the summer. We had forgot to ask for a cot and high chair and this was brought really quickly for us. Nothing.

Heating was superb Sofa bed and the living room kinda needs some work i didn’t like that it moves when you seat on it for too long. Also check in time is 3:30 and that’s pretty late and I think unfair that’s the only reasons I didn’t give them a 10.

• Ann-Marie (10/5): We found the apartment very inviting and can't way to go back again. - The apartment was immaculately clean and very well appointed with basic supplies for cooking. The beds and lounge were very comfortable and it was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. The location was great, very central to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. While there was a folder with compliance reports etc it would have been helpful to have some general information about key features of the apartment, such as how the heating works.
• Kirstie (10/5): Lovely apartment, will return. - Lovely apartment, safe, cosy and nicely designed. Bed is super comfy. Large TV and sofa. Large shower, soft towels. No dishwasher in this one, which was a shame as there is room. Need some smaller oven trays. There are some huge ones, but nothing for cooking for one.

Malheureusement plusieurs points négatifs L appartement que nous avions réservé devait avoir un lave vaisselle mais celui qui nous a été attribué n en avait pas. Deplus il était situé en haut d'un escalier au premier étage ce qui n'était pas indiqué ! Enfin le canapé lit était inconfortable et très difficile à plier. Bref l'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos ni au descriptif Nous avons du faire une réclamation.

• Guest (7/5): - Clean, cosy & warm. Apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable, clean & warm. Breakfast bar was stacked with teas, coffee & biscuits. 2 out of the 4 days there were joiners directly outside livingroom window working. Very little privacy & it was noisey. We closed curtain but noise distractions & lights on was not our ideal. Furthermore, the tables & tools outside apartment meant that we couldn't go outside with our toddler & enjoy garden.

This was our last stop of our travels and I was genuinely ready to just carry on straight home after the previous experiences.. but we arrived and had never been so happy! Lovely spacious apartment, everything you need and more! Just the fact they leave a little chocolate on the bed, milk in the fridge and there's shampoo/soap, just shows this host really actually cares! We wish we'd booked to stay here longer. We where in 166, east access, easy parking. Morrisons a 30 second walk away, we got a take away delivered which was also super easy! Washing machine and dryer for our soggy wet clothes from walking in the rain. Just... THANKYOU! will 100% be staying again. There's nothing. Everything was just perfect

• Ece Sila (10/5): Lovely place to stay - We rented two apartments with my family. Overall, our experience was great. The apartments were clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, capsules for the coffee machine were included :) Inner courtyard was also lovely with a small pergola. Our host, Chris, kindly offered us a lift when we could not find a taxi to go to the train station. He was so kind and helpful with everything. I recommend it to everyone! -

It had everything we needed An instruction book would have been useful to let us know what to do with rubbish. Did it need sorting for recycling and did the host want us to go put our refuse in the outside bins before we left?.

• Maria Jose (9/5): Lugar excelente si quieres tranquilidad y buena ubicación - Elegimos este alojamiento por estar bien localizado entre Edimburgo y Glasgow. Visitamos muchos castillos y escenarios de la serie Outlander y la ubicación no podía ser mejor. Nos encantó lo amplio que es, los servicios que tiene y la cantidad de facilidades con las que cuenta, todo muy bien cuidado. La limpieza era mejorable, pero nada exagerado.

• Janice (10/5): - We had apartment 164 which had two bedrooms. It was lovely and very comfortable and clean. It was close to the town centre and had a big retail park just around the corner. Very near to the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel which was our main reason for going. Nothing we didn't like, but an en-suite in the largest bedroom would have been useful as we were 4 females sharing one bathroom 😊

• Lisa (10/5): Family break - Beautiful, well equipped apartments that are spotlessly clean and well maintained.  What makes the apartments special is the outside area which is perfect for dining, relaxing and few drinks under the stars. • Janet (10/5): - Lovely furnished apartment with everything required and beautiful garden area for sitting out in. We stayed for 4 nights in no 174, ground floor which we requested as had a dog. Apartment was spacious and bedroom had plenty of storage and bed very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped with full fridge freezer dish washer etc. Even had small bottle of milk along with Tea/ coffee.Couldn't really fault it for the price as we thought it was great. The train station only 10 min walk so perfect for day trips to Edinurgh, Stirling etc. Didn't have any issue with parking which was 1 less worry, we pretty much dumped the car and used the train for our day trips, apart from the local stuff. There's a park across the road which was perfect for our dog and locals were very friendly. Owners really nice and very helpfull aswell. Definitely stay again👍 Nothing

• Judith (9/5): - We stayed in 166. It was a lovely apartment and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and had a lovely shared back garden. Nice and handy to shops and rail and in a quiet location. Overall, it was a lovely stay. The main bed was extremely comfortable. There was a mixup over which apartment we were staying in, which was quickly resolved but made me feel I was the person at fault. The apartment number could have been clearer in the messaging. Very minor, but the couch for us was a little too deep and not overly comfortable to sit on. It also acted as another double bed, so dual purpose, but my friend definitely found the pull out section more comfortable. Apart from these very minor points, a lovely stay and would recommend the apartments to friends.

Etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Lage landschaftlich nicht so schick, aber perfekt für Ausflüge. Leider nur in einem Zimmer ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

• Mary (9/5): Good place to stay - Good location within walking distance of Falkirk Grahamston Train Station as well as a shopping area. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Communication was great. Seating at the dining table is a little crowded. It worked OK for two people, but would be challenging for more.

The way they kept the gardens well maintained and the spacious of the whole apartment was more than what I had expected! Beautiful! What was there not to like! It was amazing!
