• Kathy (10/5): Very clean, very comfortable, just like staying at a friends apartment overnight- had all we needed full kitchen! - The property was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all one would need to stay 2 days. We were 3 female friends doing activities in the West Palm beach area. You park right at your entrance door. The area was a bit eclectic didn’t explore much around home. We only stayed 1 night. But it fit our needs. A clean comfortable place to sleep, socialize with appetizers indoors. Then get up and go again the next AM Area seemed a bit sketchy- but I don’t know area first visit

• Elizabeth (9/5): Pleasant, immaculate, friendly owners - It was cozy. The owners were on premise and incredibly kind. All I had to do is ask for more water or an extra blanket and they responded immediately. They even took in packages for me that had to get delivered. I was very impressed with their hospitality.

Host is super friendly and very easy going, I hate staying places that make me feel like the host is very uptight so I was very pleased here. I came for a work trip and it was a very peaceful place to come home to after a long shift on the roof. also very the host was very responsive which is nice!! Nothing, stay was great

Outside patio area was great as it allowed us to sit outside also AC seemed to have difficulty cooling during day. Not terribly uncomfortable but for someone coming from the high country of Arizona where temps are cool and dry, we felt it. Seemed ok at nighttime and ceiling fan in bedroom definitely helped

We loved the separate rooms and full kitchen that came with a lot of stuff, including cook books!! The location was perfect, only 7 mins away from downtown and very close to the beaches. The host, Scott was wonderful and very attentive.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Great place to stay when checking out West Palm Beach area. - The place is very well thought out with modern conveniences, including a few that were a little high tech for the seniors. LOL The place was immaculate. It was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The towels were of good quality. There were a lot of nice touches to the place. Perhaps adding a deadbolt or double lock on the door would give a greater sense of security, similar to hotels. Instructions for the TV would have been helpful.
• Doug (7/5): A nice enough apartment in a grungy neighborhood. - The interior is impressively well decorated and well maintained, but the neighborhood – well, let’s just say it won’t make any magazines promoting West Palm Beach tourism. It’s in a transitional pocket of residential properties amid a sort of warehouse/industrial area that’s conveniently close to the upscale restaurants and night spots of downtown West Palm Beach. When we first drove up, we were almost scared away. What they call “Wellington Garden” is actually the back half of a grungy-looking house with a weed-covered lawn that, when we visited, looked like it hadn’t been mowed in months. But while the front of the property looks like a dump, around the corner on a side street sits an entrance to something quite different: A brightly decorated and well-tended two-bedroom rental home. The apartment is equipped with new, up-to-date amenities and the kitchen is attentively stocked with plenty of coffee pods, teabags, popcorn, snacks and individually wrapped breakfast pastries. It’s a little hard to believe this lovingly furnished place is the back part of a house that looks like something you’d find in a trailer park. My brother and I were just two bachelors who needed a place to stay one night between spring training baseball games so it suited our needs, but I’m not sure I’d bring the whole family to stay for a few days. We were impressed with how close we were to downtown restaurants, but it's a strange locale for a short-term rental.

The beds are comfortable and there is everything you need for your holiday. The owner is amazing! In 5 minutes by car you get The Square and in 10/15 minutes you get the beach. I really recommend this place.

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space to charge electronics. A nice space for sitting outside. We were there for an event at the convention center and the location was very close, about a 5 minute drive. I would stay again and recommend to friends. No complaints at all.

Very kind and gracious hosts that went above and beyond to help and accomodate us. The house is extemely comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Cute little sanctuary in the Patio garden :) Nothing.

• Whitely (10/5): Our state was amazing and the property was beautiful - The location was Central and close to everything. My family and I thought the house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything as far as a full kitchen bath and the beds were very comfy. I'll definitely recommend this property to anyone. Miss Ann is the owner and she did stop by to greet us and let us know if there was anything we need it she was very nice very professional and this is a beautiful home. I'll definitely be going back
• Diana (9/5): Home away home - It was very clean and inviting, it is not spacious but is very cozy. We only stayed 1 night but was perfect for us. I wish it had been closer to the beach, but if you don't mind driving, it was near shopping areas and driving distance from beach. Hostess is very friendly has everything you need to make it a great stay. Will definitely stay again. A home away from home I happened to get the bed that creaked with every little move, and because I move alot when I sleep I woke up often from the noise but otherwise, everything else was GREAT

Full kitchen with cookware, dishes, cups, glasses. Microwave, ceramic top range with oven, full size refrigerator with icemaker & freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer. Beds very comfortable, fluffy white bath towels, 2 large TVs, no carpeting, hair dryer. Very easy for ADA needs. One very small step from the driveway to the front door. Highly recommend and NO COMPLAINTS. Great value Nothing - since everything was so well done
• Steven (9/5): Quant duplex feels much more spacious than it looks - The property is a duplex, which means it's a single house roof that is divided into half by a shared internal wall. I assume the owners live on one side and we used the other half. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels for our group of 5. We took the queen. Parents took the two twin beds and my aunt took the sofabed. Fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, which is very rare on the budget rentals like this. House was cool upon entering. Responses from the host was very fast and courteous. Because it was a duplex, there was already a truck in the driveway and we drove around the corner to use what we thought was the other driveway. But there's only 1, so it's a shared driveway. The only other complaint was that I normally bring my own pillow and I forgot to bring it, so I didn't like the pillow provided but everyone else liked them.
