• Mark (8/5): - This is a hard place to rate. Jurgen is simply the nicest young man you could hope to meet. This is a bit of and old guy thing to say but his parents should be proud of him. He waited for us until late because of a rental car issue in Tirana and greeted us warmly despite the late hour. The big pluses are the location, space and price. It is not the fanciest street but close to all you need. We came back 3 days later and early check-in was no problem. The technology (wifi etc) is all modern and functions well. The flat is up a few floors so not for those with mobility issues. The hot water played up a bit but we managed. The place is a bit worn out across the board but that is more than reflected in the price.
• Mar.25 (2/5): Horrible - No nos gustó nada. Por lo menos la chica solucionó el tema de internet... Apartamento en un edificio en mal estado. 5to piso sin ascensor. La puerta de entrada al apartamento se sujeta con un gancho y papel/celo. Utensilios de cocina (como la sartén) sucia y oxidada. La encimera de la cocina con hormigas. La nevera sucia por dentro. Llegamos y no iba el WiFi, cosa que la chica solucionó llamando a la compañía de internet. Lleno de mosquitos y con una sola mosquitera en la habitación principal. No había cortinas, solo una persiana rota. A las 6:15 de la mañana que nos despertamos no había luz ni agua. Fatal.

• beatriz (9/5): - El apartamento está a unos 15 minutos caminado al centro El apartamento es muy amplio aunque la fachada necesitaría una reforma Jurgen ha sido muy amable con nosotros y siempre ha estado pendiente y ha dado una respuesta rápida
• Christopher (6/5): Basic place but nice guy host, generally a thumbs up - Great views from the ( closed in) verandah. . Fifth floor so nice and breezy often enough. Very nice bedroom and lounge. Very hot water. Walking distance from central city. Very good contact with host, he kept in close touch as the apartment is a little hard to find. And carried my heavier bag up. Nice guy ! Fifth floor in an old apartment building, so no lift ... kitchen and bathroom still to be renovated, but basically functional. Very little hot water cylinder ...

• Maaike (6/5): - De lokatie was goed. In een leuke wijk, loop afstand van het centrum, goede bakkers vlakbij. De host was vriendelijk. Het uitzicht was geweldig! Volgens de omschrijving zou het appartement 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer hebben. Er was 1 slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. We hadden geboekt voor 4 personen. Maar er moest nog beddengoed gehaald worden voor de slaapbank en in de slaapkamer lag alleen een laken op het matras. Achteraf hadden we hier de host natuurlijk over moeten berichten. Maar we kwamen er pas laat op de avond achter. In het hele appartement waren mieren. Hierdoor had je het gevoel dat het niet heel schoon was.

• Mikel (6/5): Pleasant - The price. The host was nice and after the "misunderstanding" he was friendly. The information in "booking" is wrong. They said in section "Policies" that Cash was NOT accepted which we liked (prefer card) but reality was cash only. And NO washing machine. And 5th floor, all stairs. No coffee machine and no microwave. Rest of the kitchen was fine.

• Klajdi (10/5): Exceptional - The best choice to stay in Shkodra!👌 + We had a great stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was in the heart of the city. Close to everything, shops, restaurants and all the main attractions. The host was kind and responsive, always available if I had any questions. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-maintained place to stay in the area. Would definitely book again!

• Vlak (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the most about the house that is quite and in a confortable place, you have everything that you need near you. The host was very helpful and very kind, he explained everything about the house and about the city, where to go and what to do first. For me is a perfect place to be and to rest. I enjoyed it and I want to share this experience with the others.

The the kitchen was very good and with all the necessary tools! It was the cleanest apartment we have ever been in Shkoder. The rooms were big and comfortable, the apartment had air conditioner and a big balcony where you can smoke cigarettes. The bathroom was very clean and also had a bathtub which was a plus for our vacation! the location of the apartment was very favorable and it was a very quiet neighborhood. There was a cafe nearby where you could have breakfast (coffee and a special croissant), there were grocery stores and bakeries nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment(also the price is very low for the accommodation there) ! I will definitely come again here soon:) a big thanks goes for the host :)

But one thing needs is cookware. The bathtub was hard to get out off. When your older it makes it hard. Other than that perfect.

The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel right at home. The property itself was just as impressive, offering a beautiful view that I thoroughly enjoyed. Its location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the area so convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
• Kean (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. In a good location. Not too far from the centre. The host is amazing and very friendly. Brilliant communication. Parking is available in the area. Bakery around the corner. If you're staying in Shkoder, this is a great place to stay.
