• Caroline Zohar (1/5): - Очень веждивая и приятная администратор.вчегда ответит и подскажет.и гоиова помочь. Комнаты большие,всё соответствует как на фотографиях в этом плане. Не знаю кто все гости которые ставили оценку 10,но мой опыт был таким что все 2 ночи которые я была тут я не спала из за шума людей,собак которые лаяли,машины которые приезжали на парковку до 02.00 ночи,( мой номер был на 1 этаже где и парковка)люди которые ходили ночью туда сюда громко говоря.смех из комнат рядом как будто у меня в номере.вообщем ужас По поводу номера: Засор в раковине в ванной От кровати и подушек я встала с болью в шеи и спине все эти 2 ночи. И с головной болью в подарок.ночью кто то кусал,зажгла свет по кровате ходили муравьи и на мне тоже. В ванной по полу тоже заметила кто то ползает мелкий но это не муравьи. Утром в 8 утра соседи по комнате врубили музыку на всю катушку. Если кто то хочет не испортить себе поездку подумайте пару раз перед заказом если вам нужны эти апартаменты Сам апарт отель находиться на одном участке с мед училищем где до 18.00 вечера тоже шумно от студентов и постояных машин. Нет зеркала в комнате кроме ванной,и темновато мало осветления Проход в гостиницу если можно так назвать между двором по которуму верёвки с бельём от жилых квартир. Так себе удовольствие.

• Antonina (10/5): Nice stay at Chigureti - The size of the rooms, location, it’s a little hidden in the inner yard, but still near to the Main Street in Chugureti area. Amenities were available and a small kitchenette in the room. The lady at the reception is friendly, helpful and always there available. In our room we felt smell of cigarette smoke, for those who doesn’t smoke at all, can be a little irritating .

If you truly want to relax and free yourself from the daily rush, I recommend staying at this wonderfully beautiful and warm place. Это очень уютное и спокойное место. • Anna (10/5): Чудесный отель - Отель располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Мардженишвили, в одном из самых красивых и дорогих районах города, в пешей доступности от Старого Тбилиси. Отель находится в очень тихом, в отдалении от шумной улицы, месте. Нам было очень удобно добираться до любого района города. В отеле были все необходимые для нашего удобства принадлежности: посуда, фен, холодильник. В помещении было достаточно тепло, работала батарея. При заселении (31.12.2025) хозяйка отеля нам подарила бутылку грузинского вина, что стало приятным новогодним сюрпризом. Безусловно рекомендуем всем выбирать этот отель для комфортного отдыха в Тбилиси.
• Kateryna (10/5): - Очень темный переулок и в номере было холодно, пришлось играться с батареей пока настроили ее так, чтоб она действительно обогрела номер.
• Alexey (9/5): Удобно! - Уютный внутренний дворик. Можно посидеть на улице если тепло. Близко от метро. Рядом продают классные пончики. Внутри тепло и чисто. Могут быть сложности если надо оставить вещи и все номера заняты. Ресепшена нет.

• Kunjal (10/5): Good stay in the city centre - Location was excellent, there is only a lady as a staff who manages it but she was always available and helpful. We had booked 8rooms here and all of them were good with kitchenette. The area was very safe and we could walk around post midnight without any fear.. No lift so we had little difficulty in carrying our luggage but again its just ground and first floor

• Alyona (3/5): - После моего скромного отзыва здесь на букинге, с оценкой "3", что вполне адекватно, учитывая грязные полотенца, отсутствия лампочек как на потолке, так и в ночных светильниках, грязный холодильник, волосы на постели от предыдущих гостей, неадекватной шумоизоляции (было слышно в 4 утра как пьяные соседи привели прости Господи женщину к себе в номер и громко занимались своими делами), а мы всё-таки были в номере с ребёнком и выспаться перед дальней дорогой так и не удалось. Эти минусы можно перечислять бесконечно. Так вот, после всего этого, мне на мой личный телефонный номер администрация данного отеля прислала СМС оскорбительного содержания по национальному признаку (мы украинцы), я просто в шоке от такой наглости и непрофессиональности. Нормальная администрация отреагировала бы нормально и спросила бы, что не понравилось, а они вот так себя ведут! Буду жаловаться в администрацию букинга. Моя оценка "3"была очень завышена, по факту нужно было ставить "1".

• eliran (8/5): приятно и доступно! - очень признателен за ожидание нас для заезда, мы изначально по расписанию полета должны были заехать поздно ночью а из за того что полет почти на 2 часа задержали наше время прибытия сильно изменилось но даже так хост нас дождался и даже предложила расплатиться за заезд уже только утром чтобы было для нас удобно за что я искреннее снимаю шляпу. Так же неплохое местоположение хоть и вход находится в переулке но близость к метро и самых разных магазинов краине удобное было несколько поломок в номере , например отсутствие лампы возле умывальника но сильно на нас это не влияло. поэтому не могу сказать что качество и чистота нас огорчило

• Gerardo (4/5): - Great location and helpful staff The mold problem is huge in Chugureriti even though most locals are oblivious to the dangers posed by by mold. That being said the whole area is infected by it.

• Mariana (2/5): Bad experience - An awful situation happen with us. Myself and a friend, two girls were awaken up at 2:50 am during night with strong hits at the door. It was the woman that looks after during night with other guys. We were exposed during night to men that we have no idea at 2:50 am. This is unacceptable and we were so scared. I just opened the curtains and closed because of course we were very afraid of what was happening. The day before the own administrator also went to our room and aggressively asked when we would do the checkout and I explained that we had more one day.

• البرنس (6/5): Pleasant - The place is beautiful. The location is in the heart of Arab Street. The staff is nice and respectful. I hope the cooking utensils and water kettle are clean and new, and the windows are dark for privacy.
