Ein paar Basics in der Küche fürs Ankommen wäreb schön gewesen, z.B. eine Flasche Trinkwasser, etwas Tee und Kaffee sowie Handseife fürs Bad. Ansonsten aber alles top und klare Empfehlung.

Kirstentapril (7/5): Beautiful place, rude owner - The place itself is beautiful. I think it looks better in person. The owner was there all day everyday on each of the days that I stayed which made it feel uncomfortable and like being watched all the time. I found her to be rude. I came to stay as I was visiting my family. Guests are allowed there however when I had guests she asked what time they were leaving. This was only 4/5 in the afternoon. Everyone was very respectful and not loud. Unfortunately as beautiful as the place is I wouldn’t recommend this place as I felt I couldn’t relax with a contestant watchful eye and no welcome.
Brelynn (10/5): A home away from home! - All the staff at Aflica are wonderful! They welcomed me on arrival and answered any questions I had. Every day, my dishes were cleaned, clothes washed, and room tidied. They truly exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaborone. Such a cheerful, quaint, and safe place! They even have mango, guava, and lemon trees! Nothing! They did AMAZING!!
Tebogo (3/5): We had a very unpleasant stay, definitely not going back. - It has a beautiful sitting place and loved the pool area and deck. At booking stage I wanted a 3 bedroom apartment, the establishment booked is into a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment which wasn’t a problem, we got there and the 2 bedroom was occupied and we were given single rooms that were far apart and had to negotiate that we be given rooms that are next to each other as a compromise which was still a train smash to get done. The owner kept harassing us because we were sitting in the general area claiming that his permanent residents say we are making noise. The permanent residents were not mentioned at booking stage, if that was the case I wouldn’t have booked the place. The owner called and told us that we should be sitting in our rooms because his white residents are saying that the black people are making noise, spoke to me in a very condescending manner and very disrespectful. I responded to say that if the general area isn’t meant for people to sit and dine then he should remove the chairs and tables, if the swimming pool is not meant to swam in then he should close it. I had no towels in my room, they put in 1 roll of toilet paper in the rooms, we all ran out at some point in time and had to ask the help to replenish, what would have happened if one had a running stomach at night🤔 The rooms didn’t have condiments, no coffee station that I take is a standard for accommodation places. The other thing is that I was overcharged for the stay, I was told that it would be refunded immediately and it still hasn’t been done.

Sylvia (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and exceptionally competent staff. So so clean, I couldn't get over the level of cleanliness. Very neat and organized compound in a nice location that was also a walking distance from the venue of my meeting for the week although Aflica also provided several contacts for cab services since it is generally not recommended to walk after 530 or 6pm. The apartment was spacious even though it was a studio and very tastefully decorated with new and did I say very clean appliances - fridge, microwave, inbuilt cooker, and electric kettle. Thank you so much to Bonnie who received me warmly and was always at hand on phone or in person for any enquiries. I'm sincerely grateful. God bless you.

Dianne (8/5): Nice ground floor apartments in Gaborone - The apartment was spacious and well appointed with everything you would need for an extended stay. The outdoor communal area was lovely and a great place to eat our take away! The host, Natasha, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. There was also very secure car parking provided. Sadly, the pool did not look terribly inviting - had a layer of dust and floaty stuff on top. When I booked, I overlooked the fact that there weren't any facilities within walking distance. Natasha kindly pointed us in the direction of restaurants that delivered food.
