• Blair (8/5): Lovely beachfront - It was lovely apartment nice and clean great quite location across from the beach and a we walk to town .very happy to stay will definitely be back if we get the chance. Only a couple of things . The fridge is very noisy at night for some reason. Couldn't get the tv to work but that was no biggie and the bed could be a little softer but I guess it's what your use to but over all great little place.
• Phillip S (10/5): Excellent! Impeccably clean. Spacious. Modern fit-out. All kitchen equipment you need. - Easy and pleasant walk to centre of township. Didn't meet hosts. Very high standard accom. Complimentary wine was a nice touch. Highly recommended No washing machine, but able to handwash. Access to clothesline would be good.

• Hans-Joachim (10/5): Vorbildliches Feriendomizil als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Golden Bay - Die Unterkunft hat ein perfektes Raumdesign, das sowohl sehr gute Funktionalität als auch Ausstattung bietet. Man merkt das hier vom Nutzer aus gedacht wurde. Selbst für mitgebrachte Dinge ist ein Stauraum vorhanden. Die Beschreibung und die Darstellung der Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den realen Bedingungen. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls die gute Lage unmittelbar gegenüber des Strandes. Das Dorfzentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Hallie und Peter verlief sehr angenehm. Das von ihnen bereitgelegte Booklet enthielt alle wichtigen Informationen zur Wohnung aber auch zum den Möglichkeiten vor Ort. Dazu gab es auch noch eine Tafel leckerer Schokolade zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank. Nichts!

• Franziska (10/5): Cozy, stylish and exceptionally well-kept place! - We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully and stylishly furnished — every detail feels thoughtful and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and had such a warm, homey atmosphere that we instantly felt comfortable, almost like arriving at a friend’s place rather than a rental. We arrived late in the evening due to a delayed ferry, and the hosts had kindly turned on the lights and heating for us. That little gesture made all the difference after a long day and showed how much they care about their guests. It was honestly a shame that we couldn’t spend more time here, because this apartment is truly wonderful. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and exceptionally well-kept place to stay!

• Terry (9/5): Very easy and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. Would certainleyt return! - Great location, great space and high quality touches. Well equiped and spacious. The only minor points I could think of were from initial design, as I would have kept the bedroom seperate to the living space for privicy should one person won't to get up earlier than another. I would also fit an extractor fan in the bathroom.

• Jackie (8/5): Very good - Beautiful warm little unit, well decorated with everything we needed. Great shower and comfortable bed. The couch was very uncomfortable and had no views to the beach across the road.

• Katie (6/5): Beautiful Studio Apartment - Fabulous studio, a beautiful job of the details & renovation. Lovely hosts. Suggest maybe a shoe rack inside or outside entrance as we arrived in the rain and had muddy shoes The photos mislead that you had views are from the studio, but are rather from the driveway at the front of the house. Understand the studio is underneath the main house, however the thumping footsteps above from early morning everyday was extremely unrelaxing
• Helen (10/5): Beach retreat - Exceptional facilities with great attention to detail. Loved the decor, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom also, with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the lounge area lovely to sit in and unwind. Could not fault this place.

Even though the studio is underneath the main house it’s totally soundproof and very private . The space is nice and cool even on warm days/ nights and the hosts have thought of everything absolutely everything .
