• Cristiano Duarte (10/5): Great location apartment with a high value for money! - Amazing location, literally could not ask for a better one! Yes, it can be a bit noisy at night in one of the rooms (the one facing the street), but the windows have wooden doors on the outside and are double-glazed, so if you close them, it is super chill. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the house had all the amenities we might have needed.
• Steve (8/5): Central spacious and clean but very noisy outside at night - Central spacious clean. Host efficient responsive and friendly. Problem with the lights soon fixed. Bar opposite very loud until early hours.

El espacio es bonito y sería un apartamento de 10 con un poco más de renovación y mantenimiento. La ubicación es buena y céntrica pero la calle es ruidosa por ser la zona de ambiente nocturno juvenil. Olor a tabaco en la vivienda y menaje escaso. No está cuidado. Se ve que habitualmente está ocupado por estudiantes.
• Lea (9/5): - Communication was easy via booking.com, everything was arranged accordingly what we discussed in advance. Hand over of keys was easily arranged - all the thanks to Martina, who also provided us with good food recommendations! Apartment consists of two rooms with double beds, a bathroom and a room with a sleeping-sofa and the kitchen. There is a fully equipped kitchen - though we did not use it, as we wanted to enjoy the good Bolongese food! There's also a washing machine that proved to be very valuable. We were 4 people but it's enough space to accomodate 5-6 people. WIFI was provided and good. The location is very central, you're at the twin towers and at Piazza Maggiore in 10-15 min by foot. Very good location to explore central Bologna via foot. No need for other transportation. It is a very bustling neighbourhood, with a lot of food stalls (very convenient!) to the left when you leave the appartment and also bars (especially in the street of the apartment). That said, yes it gets loud in the evening, up until 1:30 in the morning. The window in the kitchen/living room blocks out the noice very good, the other window that is in the one bedroom facing the street not so much. Even with my earplugs it was very loud and I could only sleep either after 1:30 or with my noice-canceling headphones. However, in my opinion, that is something you have to bear being so centrally located in a neighbourhood with lots of bars. If your sensible to noice and want to go to bed early, this is not the right accomodation, or you should sleep in the bedroom that does not face the street or in the living room. Only the noisy bedroom. However, like already said, that is something you have to bear being so centrally located in a neighbourhood with lots of bars.

• Ana (9/5): Stuff was super super nice, responsive and they helped us with our luggage and when we asked for a second pair of keys. - Amazing location, bright apartment and spacious. A bit loud neighborhood (but it is fine with the windows closed).

• Vali (9/5): Very well located, comfortable accommodation. - The accommodation is very well located, close to the centre. Good room layout, large living room, comfortable rooms. The accommodation is in a bit noisy area, people were partying under the windows in the evening, especially on Saturday night, so it was a bit noisy, but with the windows closed it was not so disturbing. It can be worse in summer. Unfortunately there were only 2 sets of towels for 4 people, so not everyone had a large towel. There could be an extra blanket or two in the cupboard in case of need. There were double sized blankets on the bed, which is not always easy for 2 people to cover themselves with.
• Casuneanu (8/5): Ok for a few nights! - Well equipped and very clean and spotless towels and linen! Comfortably beds. May be a bit cleaner! A noise street during the night, (we knew that and is not owner s fault), but when you close the windows it is OK.

• Maria (3/5): Poor - Good location, close to all the sites but noisy at night due to the many bars in that street. The airconditioner is placed in the corridor, does not cover anything but the corridor. There was a fan in the living room, broken. When we asked for 3 new fans, they immediately provided.
• Lucy (8/5): A comfortable apartment in the student section, so with a lively street scene at night! - This is a spacious and comfortable apartment. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning as it was hot during our stay – when we arrived the unit in the hall wasn't quite able to cool the whole apartment, so we requested a fan for the living room, which was delivered promptly. The washing machine was also very welcome! The neighborhood is very noisy at night. Fortunately we had the windows closed, but with the windows open it would have been difficult to sleep. The stairs are also very steep and there's no lift (though Francesco who met us with the keys very kindly carried our bags up for us!)
