Nojus (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and the photos on the booking are exactly the same as the apartment. The location of the apartment is very good, really close to a tram stop that gets you straight to the city center, the neighbourhood is calm and safe. All in all the apartment is a perfect place to stay when spending time in milan

During our stay, on one morning, the hot water wasn't enough for 2 people to take a shower. The water wasn't cold but it was warm.

Vadim (7/5): Good apartman - Very comfort and fast check-in (I applied a form before my trip) and then i got a special code from my apartman. Nice location (yes, it's a quite far away from city center but you've got everything you need: two big groceries stores, restaurants, bakeshops, cafes). Nice communication with a host (via Whatsapp) Good price I din't noticed it's ground floor apartman so I was a little bit dissopointed (but that's definitely not the apartment's fault). There are no olive oil and spices (only salt). One TV remote had no batteries. The iron had a different type of plug than most sockets in the apartment. There were some problems with public transport and it was difficult to get to the center

Gergely (8/5): Great value for the money - The apartment was close to my destination and the price for value was great. I also liked the video guide of how to get into the aparmtent. The sofabed is not the best, the matress should be replaced.
Kinga (9/5): Nice and clean apartment - It was clean. The door lock wasn’t in good conditions, it needs to be changed. The noise from the main pipe during the entire night was horrible. I couldn’t sleep well.
Inga (10/5): Good place, would choose again! - Check-in was very easy, I got all the information online and paid even the city taxes online. We didn't see the hosts, but had a great communication via whatsup and they were very responsive to a few questions we had. The location is good, easy access to the city center and easy to get around. The apartment is fully equipped even for a longer stay. We would definitely choose again if in Milano, felt very comfortable. Thank you! The heating is not adjustable, because it comes from the entire building, so it was too warm for us (but I guess you can't complain for that :D )
