• Nina (10/5): - Локацията е отлична, в самия център, с много ресторанти, кафенета и удобства на пешеходно разстояние. Апартаментът е на много добра и разумна цена спрямо това, което предлага. Чисто, уютно и приятно място, подходящо както за кратък престой, така и за по- дълго настаняване. Гледката също е много хубава и допринася за цялостното приятно изживяване. Определено си заслужава и бих го препоръчала. Единственият недостатък е, че апартаментът се намира на 4-ти етаж и няма асансьор, което може да бъде неудобство за хора с двигателни затруднения или след операция, в моят случай травма на крак... Като цяло престоят ми беше много приятен и мястото напълно оправда очакванията ми... 😊

• Nikita (7/5): - Nice location If you think that there is a parking or something, you are wrong. No second bed, the couch is grumpy and probably this apartment is for couples only.

• Guest (10/5): - The position was perfect, the apartment spacious and fairly new. There were even more amenities than described (such as towels, shower products and a hair dryer). The owner answered quickly and gave clear instructions for checking in and out. Definitely a good value for the price and the view was outstanding. It's important to know that the apartment is on the fourth foor and there is no lift, anyway this wasn't a big issue for us during the stay and the view more than made up for it.

• Georgi (10/5): Auf Flugverbindung gewartet - Die zentrale Lage, die Klimaanlage in der Hitze war super. Eigentlich habe ich nichts zu kritisieren, nur muss man erwähnen, das die Wohnung sich in den vierten Stock sich befindet, ohne Lift. Für junge und sportliche sicher kein Problem 😉.

All avai - We had all the facilities available, everything was clean and very cozy! Only downside is parking, there is “blue area” which allows not more than 2 hours stay, no parking at property.

Was impressed by stylish cutler. this is the unique conditions- payment, availability, check-in check-out time - the most flexible I have ever seen. Thank you Nikolai! would be nice to add some little things - like washing machine gel or new bed sheets and dishes, but stunning city view, big table and comfortable sofa completely compensate for this impression. Will book it again!

• Velyka (9/5): Superb - The room is large enough for a couple and has all the essentials. You have to do the self check in, which is pretty easy and instructions were clear. The position of the house is in a strategic location

Short walk to the main squares that tours etc leave from. I was alone so the room was fine but would be difficult for a couple. The shower is over the toilet so you can’t really use the bathroom after you shower.

• Karl (9/5): Perfect for backpackers, not for elderlies or someone with issues with mobility - Location, only a few minutes away from restaurants and the attractions. The bed is super comfortable, had a good sleep. No noise as well. AC works well. Toilet and shower is so clean. Its on the top floor, no lift. The corridor is so dark. I did hope theres free water bottles in the fridge like other accomm even one will do. I think the wall is not sound-proof. Im not sure if a neighbor knock from the other side.

• Aleksandar (8/5): Very good - We liked the most location, it was quiet. The apartment was spacious, with many accessories. The wifi was good. No elevator, the apartment is on the 3 floor. The smell in the apartment was not good, it needs refreshment. The location is good but parking was limited by time, and busy. The bathroom is very small.

There’s no wardrobe or place to put clothes, the toilet is small (the shower is on top of the wc), has no ventilation (windows) and the door is intended to be closed (smells like damp). It’s good for a day but not much more.

The beds were very comfortable, very clean and kitchen well equipped, in bathroom you can find necessities like shower gel... The apartment is located very close to the center. Highly recommended! -

• Александър (9/5): Great, would use again. - Great location and exactly what was marketed for the room. My only complaint is that it was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator. This wasn't explained on the booking page and might cause people with disabilities (like me) problems and disappointment.

• Stefan (4/5): Disappointing - The location is perfect it is in the center of the city, you can go everywhere by foot. There was no hot water in the apartment, there was humidity in the bathroom, the bed was very uncomftrable and the bathing towels werent clean.
