Razak (3/5): Poor - The arrangement of packaging is disorganized. The floor is dusty, and the dirt has not been cleaned properly. In the balcony area, there is a lot of bird droppings. For a family vacation and comfort, this place is not recommended. It is extremely bad.

Blur (5/5): Good Location, so-so hotel room - Although it states that this is an entire apartment, it is actually a half of a standard apartment. As this unit has 2 doors after the main entrance, there are no sofa in the unit. I think it can be considered a hotel room with balcony rather than an apartment. The staff is fast-reacting as we did inform that there was no hair dryer in the room, and they sent the hair dryer within 15 minutes. Besides, they also sent their maintenance staff to unlock the main door (which help to block noises from outside) as per our request. There are restaurants, shops and mart surrounding the apartment, it has a good location. By the way, if you want to park your car inside the building (L3 or L4), you need to know which wing your apartment locates at (South wing or North wing), as the entrance is different. The fridge in the room is clean and working well. We didn't have time to turn on the TV, so I was not sure if the TV is working or not. If you look things in detail, you will find the cleanliness might be an issue. They only provide body shower gel in the bathroom, so please prepare your own hair shampoo. They didn't provide indoor slippers and tooth brush sets as well. But for frequent traveler like me, it is not a big issue. The air-cond is working well, but the blanket/quilt provided is quite thin, and we felt so cold at night. No bottled water provided, but an electric kettle. If you do mind the hygiene, you can visit the TF mart which is opposite the hotel to purchase drinking water at reasonable prices like we did. The balcony is somehow dirty with a lot of bird shits around it, maybe because it closes to the beach (?).

José (7/5): We can’t say it was horrible, the balcony facing the sea give us the opportunity to assist fireworks, a bit of sunset an - Close to local night market (that happened during Malaysia National day), close to restaurants and coastline Feel pity for the owners of this building, it looks they don’t take care and all building facilities as well construction looks abandoned very depressing to see such nice building it’s architecture falling apart. The room is not clean with cleaning products for a long time, have dirt anywhere from dirty mirror, to windows/balcony doors , toilet …can’t understand how the owner can treat the guests this way, maybe one more building that will close in coming years like some around. Port Dickson. Sad 😔

We just love to keep coming here again and again and the kids loves it too. View is nice, countless airplanes on sky, nice swimming pool for adult and kids, house s very cozy. Owner guide from A-Z. The floor of the bathing section of bathroom/washroom is one step lower than the rest of the floor, which is a bit dangerous for person with weaker eyesight. Bathroom door lock seems like broken, unable to close the door properly.
